Dominion Inn and Suites

There was no was no working television in the ENTIRE hotel. One elevator was broken. The other questionable and first night I got in it there was a used razor inside and then the second day I was woken up by PEST CONTROL to come in and spray the rooms

The hotel is in terrible operating conditions. Hotel staff is overwhelmed and limited. Only one working elevator and it's extremely slow. Hallways smell like smoke and mildew. Hotel is near the airport, but still a very seedy location. Old and worn bedding and towels. It's affordably priced for a reason; I would not recommend not will I stay there again. Better off sleeping in the car and showering at a nearby gym if you're funds are this low.

Well it was not a bad stay. They need to kind of remodel there facility a bit. My motel room door didn’t have a safety latch on the it. Only one of the elevators was working. It was inexpensive but you get what you pay for.

The property was under renovation. Staff said they were not accepting reservations anymore but "honored our reservation" We had to "look" at 4 or 5 rooms before we found one that wasn't flooded with water, sinks disconnected, no water, no phone, dirty etc. No TV's throughout the property were working, no internet throughout the property. Neither EXPEDIA or the Hotel notified us that the building was under major renovation. I'm not sure the building was safe for occupancy. It didn't seem like it

Elevator was not work. My room was on the 5th flloor

Place is run down and on the middle of renovations should be closed until all renovations are completed.

Room smelled so bad that it left a smell in our clothes for the rest of the trip. Had to check out after one day due to the terrible conditions. They were doing renovations to the lobby and there was cement everywhere. Elevators did not work and room was so dirty especially the mattress which had dead bugs and was super dirty. Don’t stay here. You’d be better Off sleeping in your car

Every time was good the TVs you have to always call staff to come turn them on that's a hassle when you just wanna get comfortable another thing they have two vending machines but they're not working that's an inconvenience that means we have to leave out the building just to go get a bottle of water

Extremely run down hotel. Provided extremely dirty and worn out towels. Room was full of bad smell of smoke and weed. Would not recommend to anyone.

The first room we booked had bedbugs. Went down to the desk and asked for another room. The lady at the desk gave us two room keys and told US to check them and pick which one was clean. The first room we check also had evident bed bugs. The second room was bedbug free but so nasty. All the room clearly hadn’t been clean, the sheets still had hair and food bits from previous guests. We asked for non smoking and the entire room smelt like cigarettes and weed, the smoke detector was even covered with plastic. The third room (the bed bug free room) also had vomit on the wall and pictures. The tv was busted with lines down the middle. Unfortunately for me I didn’t realize they were connected/affiliated with Rodeway Inn (I had previous issues with a Rodeway Inn) had I of known, I never would’ve booked. I’ve never seen a non infested Rodeway Inn. It’s cheap, sure, but bedbugs are never worth it. GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE.

We checked out as soon as we saw the room. It was disgusting. I wish I could post photos. Dead and live roaches everywhere including inside the freezer. The light didn’t even turn on in the room and the boxspring had blood or some other reddish brown substance all over it. There were large holes in the carpet.

Very rough and dirty hotel. I asked for cups and the hotel said they ran out of them. I asked for extra towels and they said they didn’t have anymore. Terrible ..stay away!

This property is clearly in the midst of repairs from what I can only assume is major water damage. The room smelled moldy, there was visible mold damage, the carpet and chair felt damp, and there were bugs. This property needs to be completely shut down until it's actually suitable for guests to stay in.

The hotel has roaches, poorly clean room, drug paraphernalia, water leaking from the AC and mold everywhere. I spoke with the front desk and let them know, I asked them for a refund and they said yes but I'd have to go through Expedia. Per Expedia agent: "Tayia I just spoke to the Front Office Manager on this and managed to get the refund for you for the unused night here that will be for 7th Jul, please do not worry our backend team will be placing the refund here for you and update you at the earliest. The refund will be processed within 24 hours on our end and you should receive it within 7-10 business days depending on your bank's policy." "I understand totally I would have loved to help you with the full amount but as the money needs to be released from the hotel here and the Front Office Manager declined so here we have option further option I hope you understand our limitations" "I am truly sorry for all these you have to go through, I would like to inform you that as a token of apology we would like to offer you an amount of $25 as a token of apology from our end as we really never want our guest to go through these situation. I truly apologize for the inconvenience you’ve experienced." Received an email A few days ago stating, "Unfortunately, after multiple tries, we weren't able to obtain an approval from the property manager to waive the cancellation fee. This means the current rules and restrictions for your booking apply and a refund can't be granted."

First thing I saw when I could finally get the door open was a roach on the wall. One of the lights didn’t even have a light switch to be able to turn the light on. It suited our needs, but I would not suggest this location to anyone else.

Room was dirty and they have bed bugs

This place is absolutely unacceptable. Our room didn’t have pillow cases on the pillows, Roaches everywhere, cigarette burns on the sheets and tables, cigarette ash on tables, room smelled bad, floor was wet, disgusting place.

It was okay but the table was broken The light wouldn't come on The microwave you could not use it and you sit on the bed feel like it's going to fall on the floor for that money it wasn't worth $68

Rooms need to be remodeled. Outdated furniture. Need to be repainted and redone completely. Clean bed and sheets. TV does not work too.

First room had broken tv and toilet. Second room had broken tv and privacy latch on the door. AC didn’t work anywhere in the building. Only really good thing I can say is it’s cheap.

The flush of the bathroom did not work.

I have stayed here many times now and I keep coming back because for the price I don't think you can get better in the area. It's a affordable hotel, so often you're going to have noisy neighbors that you will hear, especially if you are put in a connecting room. The beds are pretty hard and the bathrooms aren't comparable to the Ritz by any means but the ladies that clean do a good job for the amount of rooms they have to turnover every day.

There was no TV service. The carpets need more cleaning.

They say the tv’s don’t work, but in reality, the service/signal is trash. The only channels that work are the news and the TV Guide. I didn’t have a fire stick or anything like that, so I was stuck watching cable news and my phone for my stay. Other than that, the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, and they didn’t charge me for staying over when my ride was late picking me up.

Quick and easy check in

Front desk person rude. Didn’t have enough towels/shampoo & when I went to ask for more the front desk person told me I’d have to get them from the maids. I asked the maid on our way out to lunch, we never received more towels/shampoo. There were roaches in our room. No ice machines on property & the vending machine took our money.

The service is perfect

Paying just 57 a night, I pretty much just had a room on board. It had cable TV and a comfortable bed but no other amenities included. I would admit it was very close too restaurants and the airport. Staff was very nice, check in and out with no issues.

Like the location

It was clean, secure, quiet and close to shopping and restaurants. Affordable price will have you coming back.

It was quiet and it was in a nice area

I left a review before and was very upset. But I will say this time was much better than before. It’s very convenient and very clean and comfortable. It’s very affordable and I apologize for leaving a review when I was angry. The rules are the rules and if there is ever another time. I will check out then check back in. Thanks again Dominion inn you guys are really great and a life saver in a time of need.!

Was as expected for a $5-0 room. Had a good fridge, small TV, no desk chair, A/C was good, bathroom needed work, but was functional. Front Desk is not well staffed. All in all I will stay there again, it was not gross or buggy or anything horrible. Does have one ice machine on the second floor

Worst hotel. The beds were uncomfortable with springs poking me. No ice machines. No breakfast. Wait forever for the elevator. Front desk lady was extremely rude and talked like i was stupid. The rooms were not cleaned but i will say the floors are clean. Door lock was broke. Neighbors fighting all nigjt. Whole hotel stank.TV was cracked. I would not recommend anyone to stay here if you want to be comfortable sleeping.

Only issue was Thin blankets and lack of ice machine on our floor. But overall decent place just to lay your head for a couple nights.
