Didnt agree with parking charges these were applied for the leisure centre buy in my opinion guests should be free. Staff looked like they didnt really want to be there.

Over priced, dirty room, that was as hot as a sauna and had no Air-conditioning. Window was wide open and we had to wedge main room door open to try and cool the room and let air in. Itinerary stated there would be shampoo, conditioner etc and there wasn't. Shower had hairs in it, toilet was dirty. The tray for coffee etc was absolutely filthy, with dust, fresh coffee marks/like spillages. Floor was dirty in both room and bathroom. There was no heating in the room that we could control/turn off. We experienced a cold and cheap quality breakfast (with no microwave to heat your food) poor quality and awful tasting coffee, cloudy water dispensing instead of orange juice and this was not long after breakfast had opened for service! I would NOT recommend staying here.

Pretty tired interior, reception and bar staff did bare minimum, basic hotel information was not forthcoming felt like I was inconveniencing them just asking when gym opened, for a receipt etc. £12 parking is pretty steep considering location and rooms rates.
