Clean and quiet rooms. Staff nice especially young man this morning who helped us with transportation to paddington station. We booked a taxi for 6:30am but no show as man locked keys in his vehicle! Man at the desk called few taxis but unsuccessful so called an Uber for us & hotel paid for it. Will definitely stay at hotel next time we visit London.

My second stay and it proved the first wasn’t a fluke….this hotel is a great find in London! Rooms are clean and fresh, well equipped with kettle, hairdryer, toiletries etc. Staff friendly and helpful. Superb location close to plenty of restaurants & cafes plus 2 mainline tube stations.
