We have just returned from the most fabulous London stay! We booked here due to the close proximity of Ronnie Scott’s jazz club, which was the purpose of our visit in celebration of our anniversary. The staff, in particular Joshua, could not have been more helpful. We felt really well looked after and the personal customer service was way above anywhere else we have stayed. Our room was beautifully decorated whilst we were out with hearts and rose petals and a celebratory bottle of Prosecco. The room was lovely, especially the shower and the bed was really comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect with everything being close to hand. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming towards us and we were able to leave our luggage. We even managed to get checked in when we went to drop off our case before check in time! We had such a relaxing, enjoyable break - the only slight disappointment was the spa being closed for renovating, but we plan to return in the summer so will try it then. Thanks everyone and keep up the wonderful customer service! Can’t wait to return! ,

This is a great Boutique style hotel. Great old building. Awesome location, short walk to Piccadilly Circus. LOTS of Pubs, resturants and sights within 5-10 minute walk. Staff was great, helpful.
