Perfect for a one night stay, close to Portobello Road and Notting Hill. A 20 min walk from Paddington station or one stop on the tube. The rooms are small but comfortable. The room did get hot, but it was 30 degrees outside so to be expected. The staff were welcoming and provided an early check in at no extra charge. Only improvement would be to tidy up the terrace area a bit. Didn't have the breakfast, which was £15 pp, plenty of cafes etc close by.

The hotel is in very nice building and probably in one of the best places in London for holiday stay. Easy access to transport, shops, bar and restaurants. This district looks very safe and well maintained. Excellent breakfast for this class of hotel. When air temperature is hot, like during my say, the room was very hot as it is not A/C system. They were two fans in the room, but it was more noisy than reduction of air temperature. Secondly, the room is quite small for three persons so it is rather for a few days stay

VERY nice hotel!! We were so pleasantly surprised. The rooms are as you'd expect for London hotels - none of them are big. And that is to be expected. Having said that, the bathroom was really nice, the bed very comfortable, and very clean . Breakfast was absolutely incredible and totally worth every penny with lots of hot options. Wonderful variety of things. The hotel itself is very pretty as far as the lobby and there's an outdoor seating area that we actually utilized quite a lot even though it was a little chilly out. Statues, a little fountain, very quaint! Really liked this hotel and very well located. Would definitely stay here again
