Workers were very helpful and nice, room was very clean and comfortable, has a very nice outdoor area with seating (looked great at night with the fairy lights!) and the view from the room was amazing! Highly recommend this hotel, we stayed for 2 nights and it was very accommodating to our needs! :))

I was definitely a bit frightened after booking when I read on Google Maps about bedbugs! Luckily those are very old reviews and the hotel has clearly gone through some improvements since then. Right on the edge of Notting Hill but in a quiet neighborhood where you can get a good night’s sleep. The hotel upgraded me free of charge from a single to a double. I happened to visit on one of the few truly hot days in the London year: AC would have been nice but a fan and open windows was enough to keep me comfortable.

The room we received was extremely small. We couldnt open our suitcases and need to open and close each time we needed something in our suitcase. Washroom was small as well. Sitting on tje toilet and your knees touch the sink in front of you. Also room was very warm. There was a fan but it still was warm. The pictures do not show the smallness of the rooms. Good thing we were only there 2 nights.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was very warm with no a/c, the room was very small, the hairdryer would only work for a couple of minutes before overheating. From 6.30 there was a lot of noise outside the room due to being close to the breakfast area and lift/ stairwell.

This hotel was very good. The check in staff very friendly. Was happy to have a elevator! The room was small but not ridiculous. Excellent shower too. Walkable to two or three tube stations.

The reception was lovely but they had no idea how to process a cancellation. left due to mold in the bathroom and no air conditioning except a small fan, when the listing said it provided air conditioning. we did not like the conditions at all. the process to cancel was a nightmare.

I have spent months traveling all over Europe and staying in many types of hotels and I have to say I loved this property. Great location near two tube stations, safe area, quiet, comfortable bed, great tub and shower, nice breakfast spread, room cleaned every day, very friendly front desk staff. Just North of the beautiful Kensington Gardens and Royal Albert Hall. This place gets a 10+ in my book.

Great location near Kensington Gardens & tube stations. The lobby is really nice, but the room is really average. The shower was the smallest we’ve seen in Europe and had a lot of mildew. It was impossible to shower without touching the unclean walls, which was a bummer. Otherwise, good place.

It looks clean. Is is very small. Room in two level. Under it is cold, upstares to warm. Shower cel is full of black molt. Breafast is al in mini size. Go out for breakfast an book the hotel without.

This was a terrible experience. The rooms are so small, you can’t even open your suitcase. It was so hot, you felt like you couldn’t breathe. It was dirty, and extremely outdated. Don’t be fooled by the air conditioned lobby. The hotel staff was stingy about giving water bottles when needed. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. It really put a damper on our trip. The shower was so small. Do not stay here.

Great place we will be back. The cleanliness and comfort of the hotel was next to none. The best place we have stayed in a good while. The staff were very nice and friendly. The building had character to it and was very close to Hyde Pk and tube station. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you.

Every one of the staff were excellent! Kind, helpful, friendly. The place was immaculate, super clean. The room was a bit small but we knew this when we booked it at at a fairly reasonable price. The hotel is in the Queensway section, a few blocks from Kensington Gardens, so we used the Bayswater station of the Circle line underground every day. Very easy to use with a simple tap of our credit card. We loved the Pembridge!

The room was not cleaned properly on our arrival, during the first night the fire alarm went off 4 times without any fire due to a malfunction from 1 AM to 4 AM. We were "upgraded" to a triple room that was next to the elevator so the noises of the elevator were constant.

Nicest staff ever. So friendly and helpful, a pleasure! However, the room we were given was awful. It was in the basement, the door to the hall area was not in any way sound proof, and the room shared a wall with the dining area. This meant that every person going to the breakfast area in the morning was clearly audible (that’s MANY people talking right outside your room when you are hoping to sleep!), and that clinking and clanking from the kitchen staff starting cooking and setting tables woke us up at 6 in the morning on our holiday. If at all possible, steer clear of this awful room B02! But besides that, I will repeat: nicest staff ever, they were so nice that we couldn’t bear to complain about the horrible room.

We book a room with a double bed and a single bed. We received a room with a single downstairs and a single upstairs. The hotel did not fix the issue and sent us to Expedia and it was not resolved before we left the hotel

This is a very nice, quiet little hotel in a great location just north of Kensington gardens and near two tube stations (Queensway and Bayswater). Great service and breakfast too. Every type of restaurant you could ever want is within a ten minute walk (ethnic, American, fast food, etc). Also, a grocery store, pharmacy and several quick shops. I’ve stayed here multiple times and highly recommend it.

Nice budget hotel. Around 7 mins walk to the nearest tube station Bayswater and another one Queensway 2-3 mins after that. Rooms were very tiny and hallway was also narrow but beds were good and comfortable. Breakfast was not included for us (desk person told £11 per person which seemed a bit high - so we declined it) but overall stay was good and pleasant.

Hotel was on a quiet street but had easy access to restaurants and the metro. Everyone was friendly. The hotel was nice and clean. I had a single room. It was tiny but functional and fine for just me. And it was clean and looked well maintained. The breakfast was fine, decent food pretty standard for a hotel breakfast.

The location was very good—close to shops, restaurants, and multiple tube stations (very helpful in London), as well as parks, and more. The room was exactly what I expect in London. It was clean and comfortable for two, although some people might find it small. (But that is usual for the price and in a city such as London.) Friendly staff, secure property. I would absolutely stay there again.

Pembridge Palace Hotel is difficult to find. It is about a mile from Paddington Train Station and Paddington Tube Station. Shopping is within walking distance. The rooms are quite small but this was within my budget. (London hotels are expensive.)

The hotel is in a very nice, safe and quiet part of London. Two underground stations and bus stations are nearby (about 10 mins walk). Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room for 3 persons was quite small but neat and clean. There was daily room cleaning, changing of towels and replenishment of water, instant coffee, tea and cookies. There was good heating as well. We're very satisfied!

I stayed with my two 13 year old daughters for one night. The duplex room was perfect for us. The room was small and bigger people might feel quite cramped but it was clean, tidy and the beds were fine for us. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine- help yourself to full English items, cereals, fruits, yoghurt, cheese, mini croissants (and for some reason a bowl of custard creams!) Good location in Bayswater/Notting Hill. Loads of cafes, supermarkets etc a few mins walk. We walked from Paddington which took about 20 mins but there were tube stations and bus stops a few mins walk. We would stay here again

We stayed there with our two little kids and had a wonderful time. Staff was very friendly and competent. The team around the breakfast buffet was excellent and very attentive. Breakfast was delicious, they even served fresh salad, fresh fruits…. Continental and English breakfast. The rooms were fine, everything we needed was there. The rooms were cleaned daily. Short walking distance to Bayswater station so the location is top for a city break. The hotel is definitely recommendable - especially for families since breakfast and check out until eleven!
