This is defiantly not 5 star hotel the bed and floor creaked badly the bath tub plug didn’t work also we rang before hand to tell them we’d be there later and they had issue with air conditioning and only told us after we turned up when they knew when we spoke on the phone of this issue thinks a glass wine makes up for it. Also the breakfast isn’t good selection for continental not a potato product in site better breakfast at premier inn to be honest wouldn’t recommend told hotels.com they have compensated us something as the hotel refused to do so aswell iv stayed in a lot of premier inn and cheaper hotels there defiantly better quality

Well-located, quirky and comfortable. Helpful and friendly staff. Do recommend! The bathroom could do with a little TLC: shower tabs had no labelling so that it took a while to figure out how to use it, shower door did not close, small mastic smears in the shower, the seat did not match the toilet, the bedside table had obvious wear and tear marks.

The stay was great. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful, and the hot tub in the suite was a beautiful touch. I was particularly pleased that they provided multiple towels, as I apparently sweat profusely when things get a little too hot. All in all, I’d definitely recommend. Great night. Y el coño… echando fuego. 🔥
