Really liked the hotel. Staff were super-friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. There was some noise during the night from the street, which they cannot control so unfair to judge on that front. The hotel was slightly dated, and that is the only reason that we marked 4* instead of 5*. Staff are absolute shining light!!!

I am sorry but I really can't say anything positive as hotels.com made a duplicate charge on my card and have charged me twice.I have sent multipole e-mails to try and resolve the problem with no response via the virtual agent I received a case number and was told I would be called back by customer services this has never happened. Absolutely appalling.

The staff were unfriendly and weirdly insisted on having photo ID for Uk citizens ( which I didn’t have. ) The room was tired with battered furniture and the most rudimentary of hospitality trays.

We were unable to book the breakfast on the Hotels App when I booked. Having eaten this morning, we then found out it was nearly £50 for the 2 breakfasts! I have never had such an expensive breakfast in my life. Our room was clean, but the catch on the window was loose, which left a gap, so we heard the traffic noise in the night. If only we'd realised before we went to bed, but it was too late to ask for a different room by then. The hotel was clean, but not a good value breakfast
