When i arrived the staff member on the door didn’t help or open the door as I struggled with my bags. Whilst walking towards reception there where staff just sat around looking down at their mobile phones. When I arrived to my room I was amazed on how small it was for the price I paid. later around 11pm went out to grab food, no security on the front door when I left and arrived back, walked straight in and up the stairs with no one to challenging me.

Room, Bathroom small but to be expected in this kind of accomodation. Lovely cosy bar area however over all could do with some attention in some areas, carpets look tired. Definitly in my opinion this is not a 4 star hotel , 3 at best. Staff were very good.

First arrival and receptionist looks miserable. I told her I’d come back later to check in and left my suitcase. Came back later and a different receptionist who was friendly. Lift takes ages and only fits 2 people The vegan options were non existent so didn’t eat there No air con in room but they left a fan
