Simple decor, neat, spacious reception area, easy check in and out. Very efficient. Freindly staff. Lovely breakfast food, selection and dining area. Reasonably priced. Good standard room. Cleaned each day, with good quality towels and bed linen. Slight criticisms would be a tiny lift that barely fit my husband and I and 2 small cases and there were no hooks anywhere for coats and towels etc in the room. We also only had 4 hangers for clothes between us, which frustrated me a bit. We did request more, but the hotel was full as it was the Wimbledon finals weekend, so we didn't hear anything back on the request. I would definitely go back but would possibly upgrade my room.

Good points… free parking although limited spaces. Very clean. Bad points… hotel very tired in need of refurbishment. Reception not particularly helpful. Lift is the size of a shoe box so have to lug all luggage up the stairs.

Lovely receptionist checked us in even though we were early ,free parking and easy walk to train station to catch bus to the tennis would stay again.

Great location nice hotel with parking only housekeeping let it down. Room 454 wasn’t an inviting room on arrival as the window glazing had blown and we couldn’t see out. Towels were removed despite hung to dry and not being replaced,1st night as no phone in the room we had to phone the hotel twice late at night before anyone answered and the missing bath towel was delivered. 2nd night again same senario no 2nd towel, no coffee and the bin still full!!! After a long day out bath towels were needed for a relaxing shower before bed so very stressful and very unnecessary what a shame!!

Good hotel, a little dated but comfortable. The room looked clean enough however the tv remote was disgustingly dirty. So much so that I decided to not touch it, so I didn’t get any use out of the TV. I don’t recomend the breakfast either, very basic for the price. I left most of my breakfast as it was almost cold, dry and hard. Like it had been made and left sat out. Staff are really friendly and helpful.

The bedding was all synthetic, very unnatural to sleep with. You would either start sweating underneath it, and then push it off you, but with the bed already moist, you would quickly get cold, and then take the bedding back over you. This is how it went all night, resulting in having a cold from staying at the hotel. But many hotel beds in the UK are like that, too synthetic.

The room was nice, location was good and close to the tube - what I needed at the time. I thought charging £20 for a check out an hour later was a bit much when the hotel was empty and I got a single mushroom for breakfast - literally one mushroom.

Very spacious room for 4. Beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. We saw mixed reviews about breakfast but we were impressed with the range including cereals, fruits, yogurt, breads and pastries. The range of hot food was replenished frequently. Very friendly staff, chatty and happy to help. Thanks especially to Samantha who really made us feel welcome. Would definitely stay again.

I had a lovely top-floor room with a balcony. Nice large room and the staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. Also, a very good breakfast and eating area. The WIFI was super fast and so could easily do a bit of work at the desk in the room. Good transport links and bus stop right outside - 3 quick stops to Wimbledon train station. Will stay again.

We returned to the Antoinette after enjoying a previous stay whilst visiting family in Wimbledon. The hotel impresses us with its professional and friendly staff, the breakfasts (which are excellent) and the exceptional cleanliness of the rooms. This time, we also enjoyed the in-room dining, having ordered from a local restaurant using deliveroo, with the hotel providing cutlery and crockery. We have stayed in many hotels including the big ones but find the Antoinette an excellent stop-over during our visits to Wimbledon.

The room was large and clean I was presently surprised as its not the most appealing building from the outside, No restaurant but you can order in and they supply plates and cutlery. Plenty of places to eat within minuets walk. All the staff were very nice.
