We were so looking forward to the pool out in Palm Springs for our stay 1st day of summer. I wish they would’ve told us prior to our reservation. Pool unavailable and surrounded with caution tape all around. I noticed there was a note on the gate, which said to use their sister Company, didn’t see or say the location or phone number. Front desk didn’t tell us upon arrival

Love the recent room renovations, and everyone is so friendly! Between the relaxing pool, the fresh grapefruits, cozy firepits, and the perfect location, I highly recommend checking it out!

The grounds were beautiful; room was decent, comfortable beds. The a/c unit was quite noisy but understandable since it's a window unit. Pool chairs definitely need replacement. Location is great.

My sister and I took our teenage boys to this hotel this weekend. We appreciated so much about this hotel. The cleanliness, the fact that it is barely a block to Starbucks, and shops... Staff was pleasant, grounds nice, pool nice with music playing. One thing was truly missing for us... A Restaurant and a bar. As long as you understand that it has neither, you will be good to go. Also, it says it is a spa, but they only offer massage, and the gym is off site one mile. It said "excellent" on the reviews. I guess if it had all of the other things listed, it would be double price like every thing else. All in all good.

Nice property, Looks newly remodeled (IKEAish). Very clean. Nice pool/hot tub and outdoor fire pits. No restaurant, no bar, no tennis/pickleball courts, no breakfast on the property. Not a resort ($22 resort fee each day) Great location. Access the heart of PS one block away.

There 2025 construction is now. Rooms are dated and dark. Staff is nice but your pool day will be interrupted by hammers and construction equipment till 5pm. Stay away till Q4 2025.

First room on second floor did not have a locking deadbolt. Moved to 3rd floor and room was good. Elevator wasn’t working and the heat in Palm Springs was oppressive this time of year. Checkout staff were excellent and exceptionally friendly.

The photos of this property are a bit deceiving. The property was well maintained but it's an older place with a fresh paint job. I paid extra for a poolside room that wasn't really poolside. The fridge in the room had a big hair in it and I woke up to bugs in the bathroom on both days. They have a roach problem as well. Finally the AC unit in my room was horribly noisy. It was hard to fall asleep. Overall I would probably not stay here again. The staff was great but all they did was comp my resort fees.

The bathroom was kind of dirty. Many long black hairs left on floor and counter. Toilet had urine drops on side of seat. The television only had about 25 channels and 50 were advertised. Most of the channels said no input or service. The AC was so loud we could not hear the TV. The pool has lots of dead bugs in it and was kind of dirty. There was a roach near the jacuzzi. The staff were nice and friendly.

I have stayed here twice; once for a work conference and once with my family. My family and I were able to quickly book a last minute room here after checking out of another hotel nearby that was just awful. The rooms are clean and the property is well-landscaped, giving a peaceful feeling as you walk around. The location is ideal to easily walk to downtown shops and restaurants. We spent a lot of time at the pool with our child and it was family friendly and not too busy. On my first stay, I also booked a massage at the spa before I left, which was great. Palm Mountain may be my go-to for any future trips, as I love visiting Palm Springs.

This was a trip for Mother’s Day, just one night for my son and I. When we came to the room the bed was full of dark hairs (my son and I both blond) they did not offer a different room, but we had to wait for them to come and change the sheets (we only had one night) so we had to waste time on that. Oh we also had lots of ants on the floor. Not the best experience for my Mother’s Day as a single mom :(

Pretty chill vibe. Clean, big room. Nice balcony with seating overlooking the pool. Staff was friendly and responsive. Room walls were super thin and the rooms themselves very echo-y (tall ceilings, hard floors), so noise bleed between rooms was pretty bad. Pool was clean and easy to get seating. Would be nice if extra towels were available at the pool. Great central location close to all the goodies downtown. Limited but easy parking. There's a resident dog named Max! So that's bonus points. :)

This is second time we were staying in this beautiful boutique resort and from the moment we arrive and until check out we always enjoy being there. Not only the rooms are newly remodeled and staff is incredibly attentive to your every need, it’s location is the best - within 2 min walk to downtown.

Fantastic stay! Room was excellent, bed was Extremely comfortable. My room overlooked the pool/courtyard with a private balcony. Even with activities at the pool, it was very quiet. Check in-Checkout was seemless.

This hotel is superb! The beds are very comfortable and the room so quiet at night. Love the balcony outside overlooking the pool. The convenience of shops and restaurants in walking distance is ideal as well. It’s our second time staying here in Palm Springs and we had a fabulous trip both times.

Upon entering room 233 there was a strong musty smell, almost old house smell, that was very concerning, but then we ran the fan the entire five days and four nights we were there and found that helped but the smell didn't go away entirely. The room was clean, the bed comfortable. On the third day the water had been turned off, no one notified us about this. There was no water in the room for most of the afternoon, once the water was back on again, we did not have hot water in our room for the rest of our stay, barely warm enough for a nice shower. We did inform the front desk and we we met with the answer that she hadn't heard from others about it, so we left it at that....We loved the fresh grapefruits that were available on the property grounds. The pool area was clean and there were always pool chairs available. Not the most comfortable loungers, there is a gap between the bottom of the lounger and the back part and makes it uncomfortable unless the pool towel is bunched up and stuffed in the gap. We were able to check in early and they granted us an hour on our last day for late check out. All in all this is a nice hotel. We met guests that come back year after year and spoke highly of the area. Lots to do in the nearby area. We rented a vehicle but found we didn't really need it. We spent a lot of time walking. There is a mountain to hike just behind the hotel. Very challenging but well worth the time.

The good: walkable to main drag with restaurants and shops, bikes on site for guests, most staff very friendly and helpful The not so good: the property is in need of a good refresh - many areas around the pool needing repair, bathroom in room needs maintenance and updating. If you like to sleep in the dark the doors that lead out to the balcony have blinds in between the two window panes and do not block light. I had a problem in the room that impacted my stay - after discussing with the front desk, I asked for a call to get further information and details. I was never called, I have had to call them, and weeks later this issue has yet to be resolved to a satisfactory resolution.

We had an amazing time! Our poolside patio room was right across the pool and fire pits, very convenient. The staff was outstanding allowing us both an early check in and late check out. The hotel was classic Palm Springs, wonderful... the stagf ruined it.. we are locals and buisness owners and sometimes when we want to get away we do a staycay to keep our money local and every tome we do it leaves us with a sence of pride but this time the guy who checked us in for wome reason felt it needed to insult us in a very guetful demeaning way, we simpke looked at each other and continued to be our happy selves but in disbelief in hiw we were treated. Sadly this will be an experience we will nevwr forget and now re forced to think about it wverytime we get asked what waa your worqt experience staying in Palm Springs... i only write this because i hope this male checkin person that wa the only one there May 23rd at 6 pm gets notice of this and feels awful and never does it to anyone else,

Checkin was horrible awesome. Stood in line OVER a half hour because just one front desk attendee. The line was even longer after me. They need more front desk help!!!!! REALLY SUPER frustrating and irritating when you just want to get your room. on the other hand, the gentlemen who was there was overwhelmingly nice, thoughtful, and perfect for any service industry front desk. if it weren’t for the long long lines for checkin, I’d have rated the service #5

This place was right in the middle of everything, yet quiet. We were pleasantly surprised by how affordable it was for the location. Rooms were clean but could have been decorated a little cuter. Still, we were very happy here. The pool is nice too, but it would have been better if they had some sort of bar service at the pool. I definitely recommend this place and will stay here again.

Check in and staff very good. Rooms very old and worn out. Smelt musty in the room, ripped carpet. Described as a resort, but no restaurant or bar on site so feel that is a bit misleading. Our fault, as we should of researched more. Overall would not consider this hotel if back in Palm Springs.
