The elevators are simply in adequate I spent more time waiting for them and on them Then I stayed there they are so inconvenient I wouldn’t stay again And the stairs were not a option due to once your in the stairwell you can re enter the building

Right across A1A from the beach, dedicated and locked gates on the bridge for Bahia guest only. Stayed for 4th of July. Was very busy. One elevator was out of service, and it was a mad rush afterwards to the elevators. Was a nightmare. Emergency stairs were physically outside the hotel and couldnt be accessed from outside. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again

I always stay here after my Keys dive vaca because it has great parking and the pool/beach skywalk makes it easy to hit the surf and lounge by the pool all in one shot!! Plus it's close to Las Olas blvd attractions.

Great bang for the buck. Facilities are awesome, clean gym, clean pool and clost to everything. Not so great: beer and seltzer drinks ate $10 each at the pool bar, mixed drinks are $15; front desk staff are not very friendly, no greetings, appear to be bothered them if you have any questions. This is my 5th time staying at this property.

Rooms for sure need an upgrade. We had to slam our door shut to get it to lock. Super hard to open and the door handle looked like it was about to fall off. Water damage on the ceiling. Mold in the bathroom. Pool table and ping pong area in bad condition.

Overall an average hotel. The carpet in our room was really dirty. I’m guessing they rarely vacuum Woman at Front desk deemed a coworkers conversation about personal issues more important than checking us in. We waited a few minutes for that conversation to finally end. Location was good.

They are trying so I appreciated that. The complimentary drinks were a nice touch but how complimentary are they when you are parings a resort fee? My room Marina Wing was musty and just felt old. The free bikes were unsafe - lose seats - broken bells. Parking was not included but rather cost another $45. The staff were very friendly and the beach was lovely and the decor in the main tower was nice but aI wouldn’t go back. Hilton overcharged and under delivered at this property.

Check was nice, front desk was on her phone for the entire check in process, but she was friendly and checked us in. We booked an oceanfront room with a balcony…. But the balcony was about 2 inches deep so it’s more of a sliding window. The tv was broken and didn’t work and parking is $50 a night… fyi

Chose this hotel because of the walkway over the street to the beach. But as it turned out, it wasn’t accessible to my wife who uses a rollator due to all the stairs. Room was average, no choice of firmness for the pillows, bed was uncomfortable. The location was excellent, however.

This is an expensive hotel. A very busy hotel. It has access to the beach and it has a nice pool. Downside is the staff use the elevators to transport their cleaning and supplies upstairs to the rooms. Not so great when everyone is coming and going during check in/out. The balconies are partial. You can’t sit on the balconies. The staff really aren’t that friendly. The person on the front desk wouldn’t give any change. Just a no. Not accommodating at all. Not personable. Very slow to check in. Like watching paint dry. The guy serving the breakfast was running around and doing everything. He is the star of the show. Hotel is close to airport and cruise port but I think too expensive for what is offered. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Property had a very nice pool and easy access to the beach. Loved that they give you two free drink specials per day. The location is great. Thought I reserved a room in the tower building which is beautiful but we got put in a room in a smaller building that smelled like mildew. Very damp feeling in the room. Room was small and had no microwave. Parking was $45 a day. The beds were comfortable.

Hello , My stay at Bahia Mar was nice but sadly the pictures of the rooms were not accurate in the marina view rooms . I had 2 family members book partial ocean and ocean front rooms which were really nice and updated and looked like the pictures . Our hotel was not horrible but it was not as nice as theirs and it was in a whole different building . So just be advised if you book marina view or anything that is not ocean view or partial ocean view you will be in the other building that is a little outdated but it seems like they have done small renovations .

The staff was friendly but there was a problem with the virtual credit card from Travelocity so even though we paid for the room May 18 it took over an hour to get an agent from travelocity to pay them so we could get our room. Arrived to a sarcastic employee at front desk, because we didn’t do the check in made us wait 30min until we had a room available mind you this was already scheduled and paid for. Housekeeping arrive at 7:30am slightly knocked the door did not wait for an answer and just opened the door when we yelled occupied.Later on at 10am the same scenario. In addition to this no hot water was working and air conditioner was lazy to work. Would not recommend!!!!

Due to the tardiness of the Bahia Mar, (4pm check in not ready till 5pm) and our 5:00pm event, we were forced to walk a mile @ 4:30pm, to our event with luggage and change clothing at the event's public restroom in order not to miss it. We walked back a mile after the event (@ 11:00pm) to finally get our room key.

The perfect place to stay while waiting for your cruise. Short walk to beach and restaurants and close to main strip but far enough away that it’s quiet. We stayed for 3 nights with our kids and enjoyed 2 amazing days at the beach. Staff are friendly , beach chairs and towels were a nice bonus and the cookie was delicious!

The location of this property is excellent and the rooms are great, very clean and good size. The pool is awesome. While we were there though, they had a large private event in one of the event rooms and so the restaurant and staff were completely overwhelmed. Room service was unavailable. Someone pulled the fire alarm and the elevators weren’t working most of the night. The market closed earlier than the listed hours, and the front desk was understaffed.

The pool and beach access was great. For the price you would think they would have a complimentary coffee station for n the morning. One of the women in the cafe was super rude and actually yelled at me while trying to get a coffee in a to go cup.
