Unit I I stayed in was a bit dated. This is apparently a condo unit turned partial hotel. There is no Ev parking on site or win a reasonable distance. Valet will not allow you to charge at front of hotel. Nearest fast charger was 4 miles away which is almost 30 minute drive in Miami. Restaurant and bar is closed staff suggested it wouldn’t reopen. Overall nice stay and very walkable. Did expect more late evening food options available. After 11 you are stuck with pizza place a few doors up.

This hotel is great overall! Spacious rooms, clean facilities, good views, and it’s in a great area. The only downside was the elevators… only two of the four actually worked; so it made entering and exiting a little longer. Great stay overall though.

My main issues about the property was the parking. The fact that it was $39 a night, but that wasn't my main issue. They only had one person working the valet parking each day and night. At busy time you had to wait just to have them get pick up the car or drop off. Besides that I enjoy the my stay there.

Excellent stay. Unfortunately our TV did not work for the whole of our stay despite the engineer keep visiting! It was during the election period so we were keen to follow. There was no restaurant or any eating facilities as it was being upgraded. Pool was beautiful and we took a swim every day.

Arya, you could have such a nice hotel if your owners paid some attention to it. We've been going to Arya for 3 years. For 3 years a "part" has been ordered for the elevators - only 2 elevators work now. During the busy season, believe me, THAT MATTERS. For 3 years the restaurant "is getting ready to reopen." For at least 2 years there's been scaffolding at the parking garage entrance. The only redeeming quality, and why we go, is the location in the downtown and across from Peacock Park. I sincerely hope that the owners aren't viewing this proximity of location as an excuse to continually ignore the maintenance of its facilities and amenities. We're only there a night at a time - if we truly wanted to vacation in Coconut Grove, we wouldn't be staying at Arya. Kudos to the staff, which has to deal with the owners' negligence. And would it kill you to offer free coffee in the lobby in the morning?

Unfortunately my daughter was bitten by bed bugs very badly. Nobody gave us excuses or apologized words.... This is not our first time experience with this hotel, usually order through the company and never had problems. Room looks dated. You need to take care of room 1209!

Was a very good trip, we enjoyed the suite with one bedroom, all was VERY comfortable from bedding to view. We only lacked housekeeping while there, they never came to makeup room or replace towels etc..I didnt ask bc we were only there 2 nights, but that was it. It feels like the rooms needs a refresher, becoming a bit dated, but otherwise clean and comfortable. Staff was super at front desk. Would definitely stay again!

5 minutes after walking into my room I was bit by a flea that I caught in a cup, the room was noticeably not clean, no help with bags upon arrival and they don’t have a ramp just stairs. Couldn’t get a hold of the front desk to see if I could check in early. Overall, I would never recommend or stay at this hotel but the location is in a good spot if you are okay with the conditions.

Dirty room for the $500 price per night, you would think that someone would clean the handle of the sliding glass door. It was obvious that no one had cleaned the handle in years, the dirt was caked on. If you cant clean a handle on a door then what else are they not cleaning or changing. We have stayed their for years, every time the Coconut Grove Art Show is going on, but not anymore, the wife and I agreed this is the last time for the Arya!

Please contact us regarding the cleanliness of this property. We found a cockroach in the bathroom and the manager on duty offered a deep cleaning of our room. We came back after the cleaning crew had access to our room to find no improvement. We have images to share of our experience.

The toilet was backed up and would not flush waste and the bathroom was dirty. I stayed from 1/2-1/4, and I know the sheets hadn’t been changed because there were sequences in the bed. So gross. The mat for the shower had hairs on it.

The building and neighborhood are very nice. The unit was not so great. In need of maintenance and upkeep. There was peeled and chipped paint on doors, mold in the bathroom, windows and sliding glass doors were very dirty.

Everything was great about my stay from the size of the room, the view, the location, etc. The only criticism is the bathroom. It needs to be updated, particularly the shower head has to be replaced - it was a sputtering disappointment.

Fantastic location in the heart of coconut grove! Renovated lobby and rooms that are clean and comfortable. No restaurant except for breakfast buffet on the pool level. However there are tons of fantastic restaurants very close to the hotel all around the neighborhood. Great place to stay in coconut grove at a very reasonable price!

Our 'water view' room was just a sliver of a view blocked by the pool deck umbrellas. They obviously split what used to be a larger room into two to split the view. The balcony was so small it only fit one chair. Not worth the price for the upgraded view.

This was hotel number 4 on a college tour trip. Room was the smallest of all the hotel rooms. Disappointed with the room needed to have our open luggage. Other than that, everything was okay.

What an amazing stay ! Booked this for my family and I to celebrate my husbands birthday ! We absolutely loveeeed that it had a range inside the room which allowed us to cook and stay inside ! Especially with this random Miami weather 😁 Smack in the middle of Coco walk and everything being walking distance was so convenient . The staff was incredibly friendly and so accommodating !

Girl in the front desk uninterested in helping, Rooms have a 2 door system. Main door to our room was locked. When coming down to ask desk to open main door, was responded with attitude. In the process of getting our key situated sorted they slapped a sticker on my car while taking bags up to the room. A little customer service goes a long way.

Experience was subpar. Extremely difficult to reach front desk to ask about early check in (by 40 minutes). Valet driver was incredibly condescending Hotel hallway carpet smelled of urine and carpet inside hotel room was fraying pretty badly Hotel charged for fees not disclosed by Hotels.com, and 'mistakenly' charged for two overnight parking fees which I'm now trying to correct with the hotel.

Great location. Great front staff. Parking staff does their best to keep up. We had to valet park ($36 per night) and it becomes a hassle because there are too many cars, no space and they can’t process it quickly enough. Also, the rooms need updated: Paint, carpet, furniture, etc. Lobby looks good.

It is in a great area...Coconut Grove... great for walking and exploring. Wonderful selection of restaurants. We also arrived in advance of check. I was expecting to store our bags but our room was ready so we got to check in early - really appreciated this. Finally, the rooftop pool was amazing!.

Hotel Arya is located in lovely Coconut Grove, within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The hotel was clean, quiet, and I felt safe. I was disappointed that their restaurant was closed, and the complementary breakfast unavailable. They did provide a voucher for $10.95 which could be redeemed at B Bistro, which was conveniently located right next door, and was excellent. Their pool was closed for a few days, but you could use the pool at the hotel next door. All in all, I had a very good experience, and would stay at Hotel Arya again.

Great location and views—both city and waterfront—in CG. Very clean. Restaurant not open so no bar near the pool. Not enough mirrors in room. Hair dryer smells like it’s going to catch on fire. Balcony is lovely!

Good freshening smell from the moment you walk in, friendly service, good area. Offered to hold my bags while I wait by the pool an hour before my room was ready. The buffet breakfast was only like $19. Would recommend and stay again!!!

The cocunut grove area was wonderfull and found the night life and local restaurants fantastic. Forget people watching , as you will find yourself watching all the well behaved dogs in the area. The rooms were clean and the pool was amazing , dont miss out on the great breakfast served at the restaurant on site for a small cost. Well worth it. We would stay again if in the area.

Nice hotel! Stayed a couple nights before a cruise. On the downside had no cleaning service and would not do the breakfast buffet there. Most of the hot items were lukewarm if that. They did make more eggs and potatoes for us and bacon that was out but can find better in the neighborhood for the price
