Nice beds, but pool not open.

The property is right by an awesome Ingles grocery store and across the street from the outlet mall. Staff was extremely friendly. Room was very clean, big, and had a large mini fridge. The bathroom did not have a lock on the door. The pool is so small it’s basically a bathtub. The parking lot is very small as well.

The shower was broken and we didn’t know it until early the morning we checked out when we went to take a shower. So there was no tie to report it and have it fixed. Parking lot was small and tight for larger SUVs. Lack of flexibility for early check-in and there was a charge to do so.

The parking lot is small. If you come in after 9:00, you might not find a parking space!

They did not have a big enough parking lot for anyone pulling a trailer. The nice i was in the parking lot I couldn’t turn around. What a terrible design. Breakfast was pretty good though.

Dirty and they didn't care when we asked them to check our room. Blankets smelled like private and he said if he couldn't smell it standing up, it was fine. He finally said he would give us sheet but we would have to do it our selves. :(

Overall no complaints other than room has the old bathtub shower combo with no grab bar. Prefer walk in showers. And, shower curtain was moldy/ mildew, needed to be red placed or bleached.

We stay here three times a year. The front desk is extremely friendly. We love that there’s no carpet. The rooms have always been spotless! Would highly recommend.

Upon arrival the comforter and top sheet showed visible signs of being dirty. There was also hair all over the floor and on the shower walls. Parking is also very tight, however the breakfast was surprisingly delightful. Overall I would stay at the location again.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and it consistently meets my high expectations for cleanliness and comfort.

Front staff was very nice and friendly. The room was also cleaned very well. Just had roaches. The front did take some off our bill.I personally can’t stay again. I thank them for being friendly.

We were very pleased with our stay. The room was in excellent repair and was very clean. It was very spacious and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had plenty of counter space and good water pressure in the shower. There was very little noise. The only negative was that the check-in clerk was not welcoming, though she wasn't rude.

I stayed here for a quick one-night trip while in town for a football tournament. The location was super convenient — lots of restaurants nearby, which made it easy to grab dinner after a long day. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and I really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning — good variety and fresh options. The only downside (and the reason for the four-star rating) was that I found a few hairs on the bathroom counter that clearly weren’t mine. It wasn’t a major issue, but definitely something that could be improved. Overall, a solid stay and I’d consider booking again for a short trip.

It was just....fine. The room was sparsely decorated and furnished. Check in was a little delayed due to a technical issue. Everything was at least clean. Would I go back, maybe, but I've experienced better in the same price range. Breakfast staff were very pleasant.

Hotel was great. Only negative was person above our room kept me awake for an hour or so. Sounded like they were jumping on the floor. I prefer rooms on the top floor for this reason.

The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The room was just off a bit. The door to the bathroom rubbed at the bottom making it difficult to close. The door to the bedroom would not close at all. The tv in the bedroom was crooked. Not a bad place to stay but I will try simewh

Internet service was good. Staff was excellent, room very clean, and breakfast was just okay. We had a two room suite which we loved. Bed was very comfortable.

Everything was great except for two things. The bed is way too hard and there’s no 24 hour coffee in the lobby. Other than that it was nice. Clean. I loved the non carpeted floors!! Quiet. Fairly large rooms. Staff friendly. Convenient location to all sorts of Asheville attractions.

The room was spacious for a king-size room, and the bed was amazingly comfortable. I would stay here again for the location, cleanliness, and quiet.

We try to stay at this hotel when we travel to Asheville. It is consistently clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. We like the convenience of being across from Asheville Outlets as well as about 15 minutes to Biltmore Estate. Breakfast is good and part of what makes the hotel a good value. The rooms have been recently redecorated. The mattresses are too firm for me, but do not bother my family.

Stayed 2 nights. Clean spacious rooms with two AC units, both capable of setting the fan to remain on. Bed was comfortable & pillows were ok. Bed is in separate room on exterior wall. The blinds roll down & are fantastic- blocked out all light! Walls are a bit thin. The first morning we woke to footsteps above us & in the halls, followed by relentless repeated knocking on other doors. Unsure if it was the cleaning staff or guests that left keys when heading to free breakfast. Multiple cleaning carts in hall when we decided to venture out at 8:30am. The 2nd morning was quiet & only one cleaning cart in hall. Bath and shower were ok. Additional sink in main room along with a decent sized mini fridge. TVs in both rooms, laminated channel guide also provided. Breakfast ok - identical both days. Everything is locked up or turned off promptly at 9:30am. Front desk staff often on phone, but courteous when directly approached. Handout provided to relay things to do/see which was helpful. Staff would refer us to it & maps of the area when we made inquiries. Pool was completely covered during our stay :( Location: Nice hotel at half the cost of comparable places downtown. We had a late check in & parking was not bad during our stay in late September. Large supermarket is literally next door & small outlet mall across the street from it. Great pizza joint off a side road in direction opposite from downtown. Better than anything else we ate downtown this trip.

Good for quick overnight stay, walls are a bit thin. Breakfast was great. Besides breakfast no other food on site, but other restaurants kind of close. Clean rooms. Quick in and out to interstate.

When we come to Asheville we usually stay here. The front desk staff weren't friendly the last 2 times we've stayed here.

What an amazing service. From the moment we got there. We got upgraded to a suite which was so sweet of them to do. The breakfast was one the best I’ve had in hotels. I truly loved this hotel and if I’m ever in Asheville again i definitely will stay here. Also the outlets are in walking distance as well as many restaurants.

The check in was not the best, when asked for a credit card and I reached her the Hotels.com card, she has a back and forth with me that this is not a credit card, and proceeded to take my card to the back to question it. I was not elated to see that instead of running the card, she would rather question my integrity of giving her a bogus card.. Ao needless to say, I wasn't happy with check in.

Staff was awesome- front desk girl was the sweetest! Breakfast was good- room clean, comfy beds- love the room darkening shade- location was awesome- so convenient- they gave great suggestions for dinner, etc.

I was about to give the entire experience a 10 until the last night. At about 4:00 a.m. in the morning the fire alarm for the entire hotel went off. The guests all evacuated the building and had waited outside for about 10 minutes .No one representing the hotel had come out to address the guests concerning the problem. My wife called 911 only to find out that the alarm had not been reported to the fire department.Once the fire department arrived they found the mechanical room had overheated causing a burning smell.15 minutes later the building was cleared to re-enter.Whoever was in charge that evening was not very responsible. No allowance towards the cost of our stay was mentioned the following morning during check out.

Was not happy whatsoever with the staff knocking on my room two hours before checkout! Not just knocking, but walking in to the room when I’m there with my 2 daughters. The do not disturb sign was on the door. Then, the came back 45 minutes later and did the same!! You DO NOT walk into someone’s room EVER

Checking was fast and easy. They had info on local restaurants and other things that they gave you.

Desk person upgraded our stay to a Suite! Additionally, she gave me a sheet that informed of local things to do and restaurants with 10% off if I told them I was staying at Radisson, which I used. Further, she reminded me of the hot breakfast with my stay, that I enjoyed. She was wonderful and stay was wonderful.

This was the worst experience we’ve ever had with a hotel and it’s housekeeping. We checked in for a 3 night stay and were told upon checking in that housekeeping services were available upon request only. The clerk told us specifically, if we wanted services then we needed to request it in the morning. So we stayed the night only to be told the next morning that we had to request housekeeping at least 24 hours in advance. We shared what was told to us by the previous clerk but this new person was unmoved. We asked for the manager and she proceeded to tell us she was the only manager and there was no one else. She was rude & very matter of fact about the situation, We tried to make the most of our stay but were really disappointed when we tried to get ice only to find our ice bucket wasn’t changed from the previous guests! Not to mention the shower soap dispenser was empty and the bed frame was really squeaky. Needless to say, we’d never book this hotel again.

The local is good, just in front of a big outlets.

We were very pleased by the convenient location off I-26, comfortable and clean accommodations, courteous staff,and good rate.

Bed was comfy. Hotel was quiet. Location was perfect! Across the street from shopping, 10 minutes to the biltmore, 10 minutes to downtown, 5 minutes from the blue ridge parkway. Everything you could want to do in Asheville, this area is great to see it all!

Great location

Good location to visit Arboretum and places to hike off the BlueRidge Pkwy. Very nice and helpful staff. Room was clean and looked as described. Loved being able to regulate thermostat, and really loved that it was quiet and had blackout shades. Bed was a bit soft and uncomfortable for us but may work for those who like softer mattresses. Toilet tank showed visible caulking. It worked fine and did not leak but this is a hotel. A slight inconvenience to turn into the entrance if you’re on the opposite side of the road. You have to make a U-turn to enter. We would stay there again but would request a suite with a firmer mattress. Price was very affordable.

Easy access to the outlets and to the Biltmore mansion.

The location of this property is simply an A . Even do the fire alarm went off during one of the nights and we had to evacuate, I like this hotel and could stay here again. They have places to eat, places to shop, gas station, etc. and the hotel it self is not bad. I look for several things when I stay in an hotel: location, cleanliness, comfortable bed and good water pressure. This hotel checks them all.

Since I arrived at the hotel I loved it, small but very cozy. The girl at the reception was super friendly, good chemistry, she explained everything to me and I loved the clean room. I loved that it had a supermarket next door, you could walk there.

I've stayed here several times. The staff are always friendly and rhe rooms are clean. There is a grocery store store right next door within walking distance abd a mall across the street. There are plenty of places to eat.

Stay was good, room clean and neat. Only complaint is we stayed 4 days and breakfast was the same every day. Not a deal breaker.

We were pleased with our one night stay. Our rooms were clean and workers were pleasant. The only GF option for breakfast was eggs, sausage or a yogurt would like to have had either a gf bagel or gf toast options. We didn't get to use the pool but it is very small!

one suggestion: please change the brand of coffee used, both in the individual pods and in the therma-pot in the breakfast room. it tastes terrible.
