When we checked into the hotel, the front desk let us know that they did not have any keys operating right now so he would have to let us in the room every time we left the room. That is made us feel very unsafe and inconvenience. It was already pretty late in the day so we were only staying for one day so we did it, but we woke up at like 5am out of power, but us. So on top of the keys, not working and the power being out which means to know AC in Texas, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a hotel.

It had been several years since I stayed at this property, but they’ve done a great job with remodel. Nice and clean. It’s in an industrial area, so not much around it, but they have a nice little kitchen and bar area that has several options so you don’t need to leave the property after checkin. I’ll stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay here. Easy jaunt to the stockyards which was great for us. The pool and hot tub were small but no one was there. The hotel was clean and quiet. Check in was easy and overall great price for a clean safe hotel.

There was an additional $100 deposit up front for damages! But, there were previous damages in room I was assigned(toilet loose & shaky, safety hazard) & one elevator was out of service & working one appeared to be on its last leg. Property not maintaned well.

We came for the pool. It was green. Inside water area closed too! No apologies offered. Only disappointment after we checked in and walked by the area. Staff was great otherwise. Would i go back, no.

Staff was courteous. Bathroom grout needs replaced (missing throughout the bathroom, in particular in front of tub area). Caulk around tub needs removed and replaced. Missing between wall and tub... black and gross. Door frames need painted... sections missing paint altogether. It definitely was not the quality we expected from Hilton Garden, but served it's purpose for an overnight stay. We will probably be returning to Holiday Inn Express.

Broken down abandoned vehicle in the parking lot. Someone else’s dirty socks on the chair in the room. No dining available the entire stay even when told there would be by staff. Room not turned over even though room cleaning staff spoke to me and saw me leave. She was literally outside my door with her cart. Hard to find staff - not present at front desk. Definitely not Hilton standard.

We arrived at 4:45 and our room was not ready; check-in is 4pm. Staff was working alone at the counter therefore she was also busy trying to help others. Our wait for the room was 15 minutes. We stayed in the King Suite; very spacious and accommodating however the level of highway traffic noise is truly terrible. We barely slept due to this fact alone.

Everyone was very nice and the facility was going through an update and the top floor was under construction. The bathroom shower door leaked water onto the tile and I could tell there was previous water damage from the same issue that needs to have a seal installed… other than that, tons of space and very nice.

I will start out with a compliment that the air and heat worked exceptionally well the rest was, you get what you paid for situation. The customer service was mediocre at best. The construction of the building is so lacking you can hear every person that walked down the 2nd floor hallway and almost every truck that drove by the side street. The pillows were terrible. Mattress was functional but between that and the noise we did not sleep well the entire weekend. No vents in the bathroom so I hope your real comfortable with whom your staying with.. Will look elsewhere next stay in Ftw!

The room was updated but had a bathroom door that was peeling apart at the bottom (toe/foot hazard) the shower head in the bathroom was difficult to adjust, and the toilet paper was one ply. When paying for a Hilton room, you shouldn’t feel like you’re in a motel 6!

Checked in around 330 thru hilton app for digital key. Waitied till 4pm to approach desk. Room wasnt ready for 30mins after check in. Everyone else coming in was getting rooms no waiting for them. Then charged the wrong amount for my room. I bought 2 breakfast but was only given one free voucher. Easy location but never there again

Beautiful and modern hotel. Very spacious and nice facility. But- The staff was very inattentive, though. No one at the front desk and we had to wait a while for someone to show up to assist both days we were there. We were short on towels, requested another, but it never showed up. Staff not very helpful with any questions and acted like we inconvenienced them just by showing up to stay at their hotel. Did not expect that from a Hilton.

Upon arrival and check out there was no one covering rhe desk. The room smelled damp, stall and it did not improve during my stay. The desk clerks seemed to wander about the hotel and there was no calling bell to get help you just had to wait until they decided to come back.

Check in was a disaster. I booked my room back in October 2024 and when I got there, they told me that they couldn’t find my reservation. At first she seemed hesitant to work any magic on finding my room. She just kept telling me that they were all booked up. Which is why I booked almost 5 months prior…I honestly think if we wouldn’t have contacted hotels.com directly, and stayed to figure out the problem, she would’ve sent to women off with no where to go… I’m not sure whose error it was but after an hour had gone by, we checked into our room. The room was ok but the toilet quit working and we had to call Maintenence. Considering everything that happened and just the condition of our room, I won’t be staying at this location ever again.

We immediately felt unsafe leaving my vehicle parked in the lot due to the fact that there was an obvious broken car window all over the spaces. The lady that checked me in was very nice and cordial. The room however had an overpowering oder when inside. I did not ask for another room. We opted to not stay and left.
