Great service at the front desk. Hot tub not bubbling. People had 2 young children in the hot tub naked. No clothing at all. Good breakfast missing fruit and coffee maker at the lobby

The pool was so cloudy that we couldn’t see the bottom, even at just 5 feet deep, which raised cleanliness concerns. This was a second stay for us because we enjoyed our first stay. However on our second stay, the hot tub wasnt working, the room was dirty. There were dirty socks from the previous guests in the corner of the room. Furniture was dilapidated. No table by the couch, which we had had previously and enjoyed. Our neighbor was constantly smoking on his balcony which wafted into our room. And we were situated over the pool and could hear people screaming from there. Breakfast was good, but the area is crowded and its hard to navigate when everyone comes to eat. Overall an uncomfortable experience. Will not stay again as the price does not match the value.

The hotel was next to a kennel so I heard dogs barking upon arrival and during the night. The hot tub was broken and the pool was not heated as stated. Our door was not closing properly and the a/c unit was so loud we couldn’t sleep. The breakfast was very limited and they seemed to run out of things and not want to replace. Upon arrival, the area did not look like the pictures on the internet. It was more outdated than the pictures portrayed. I don’t think that I want to stay there ever again.

The hotel was quiet, the room was very clean, and check in was easy. Parking was very inconvenient. It was located at one end of the hotel and required you to walk to the opposite end of hotel for the elevator. The bathroom design was not very efficient. There were no rods to hang towels and not enough counter. Space. One of the bolts on the toilet seat was rusted through causing the seat to wobble back-and-forth. I would not stay there again mostly because of the parking and bathroom inconveniences.

The sheets had some brown substance on them. I phoned the front desk and they wanted me to come down to get new sheets. I was there alone in my pajamas so definitely not doing that. She eventually brought them up. No apology or anything. I was exhausted and shouldn’t have had to make a whole bed late at night.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Best Western Alamo Suites . The entire hotel is well maintained. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfasts were very good. The staff was always friendly but professional.

Breakfast was delicious. Room possibly not used for a few days. Dead ant on first bed. What looked like bugs in pullout couch. Quick vacuum of the pullout bed should do the trick. Bathroom very clean. Wont let me add photos. Happy to email them.

We were only here for one night for a concert. Took a shower next morning and found out then that the tub would fill with water as you took a shower. Had to get out if the shower and wash my feet from outside the tub. This was at 10am and we were to check our at 12pm. No, we did not complain in that instance cause we were not going to gather all of our stuff to move to another room to shower in within an 1 and a half to check out by the time we got settled. When we took out the sheets for the pull out sofa some dirty stuff came out of the sheets that i cannot describe. We ended up using some of the blankets we brought instead. The final thing was the a/c took forever to cool down the room. Just for context, when we got to the hotel, all we did was check in, put our stuff in the room and left to the concert. When I told the front desk at check out, they took my concerns to heart. They even mentioned that i should have told them about the bathroom righr away and they would have moved us. Again, with the time contraint and all of our stuff out, it didnt seem feesible to move to another room at that time. Not a great in room experience.

No clerk at check in for 5 minutes. Carpet wasn’t clean. Awkward floor plan, couch and chair crammed together, facing a floor length mirror. Small pillows. I’ll fitting toilet seat. Horrible view of industrial wire towers and tanks. Noisy. Good: all the appliances worked, great shower, plenty of towels, very courteous staff. Standard, plentiful, clean breakfast buffet.

The hot tub and pool were nice. The couch cushion had a hole in it. There was no service. Had to get our own towels. There wasn\'t enough shampoo for 2 people. We purchased a double "suite" which meant it had a sofa bed. The sofa bed was small and uncomfortable and we had to make it up ourselves. They offered an "upgrade" to a double room--which is what I prepaid for--for $60 per night. And the price is already steep ($150 per night). We stayed here several years ago, but it is not worthy of the "Best Western" affiliation anymore, unless, of course, the whole franchise has gone downhill.

Family trip. Hotel was an older hotel but well maintained. We reserved 2 king beds with sleeper sofa. We got a loft room which worked out great. There was a bedroom with king size bed and 1/2 bath upstairs and a bedroom with king size bed and sleeper sofa and full bath downstairs.

Gal who checked me is wasn’t at the front desk for about 15 minutes. She was rude. I had to ask about the gym, breakfast, if there were ice machines and water. Then when she answered it was so quiet I had to ask her to repeat what she said, then she repeated a bit louder and with attitude. Every time I left, to get dinner etc there were 3 employees right outside the door smoking. So I then had to walk thru their smoke to get to my car. The area is unsafe, homeless people, stray dogs and cats running around. Felt very unsafe. Only good thing was the room was clean

We enjoyed our suite very much. We were three friends on a trip to SA and it was nice to not have to book two separate rooms. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and beds were very comfy. Only thing we noticed was the toilet had a leak at the base of the tank that ran each time we flushed. We did notify the front desk, and it did not affect our stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful, always greeted us with a smile, even if we ran into them in the hallways or parking lot. Appreciate the smoking area in the back parking lot; it is nicely set up with benches under the beautiful tree. We would definitely stay here again.

Just stayed one night as a quick stop to see the Alamo. It was convenient to downtown and the sights. No frillls room but clean and maintained. The breakfast area needs a lot of work. It is set up poorly causing congestion and awkward seating. The food could’ve been ok but things weren’t working- like the yogurt machine. They just need to rearrange for flow.

The staff from the initial check in to the house keeping were very friendly. The rooms where cleaned and smelled very sanitized. If I had a complaint it would be the breakfast , everyday was the same sausage & eggs. I would definitely stay again.

We were there for 2 nights. The bathroom had some cleanliness issues when we got there. We bought Clorox wipes and cleaned the affected area. Breakfast was good the first day but the eggs were colder and the bacon was gone the second day.
