Nice courtyard, spacious room with a couch and ottoman, convenient to the amenities in town I needed to get to, good food and coffee at the restaurant, secured parking and friendly staff, they even let me use their parking lot to change my tire after I had already checked out and turned in my parking pass.

Great pool. Laundry room could be better since it only has one washer and one dryer. Ac didn’t keep the room cold but we got to the hotel at 11pm after dinner so didn’t want to change rooms it was fresh but not cold.

Room was very nice at an affordable cost. We had a king suite and the separate bedroom was a lot more spacious than others I’ve stayed at. We had a complementary breakfast for 2 at their bistro which was really good and my husband and I also took advantage of their fitness center! The gym was very spacious and had a good variety of equipment, 10/10 would stay again!

Rates are high for the area, I was billed for parking and didn’t have a car…they removed the charge when I asked) ….the pool and gym were well maintained and the lobby was clean and comfortable. I was charged a different price each morning for the same coffee drink which was very high, even for an espresso coffee.

Excellent service!!! Housekeeping, Waitstaff, and front desk staff were so thoughtful and welcoming. There were people drinking in their vehicles just outside the fence when I arrived. My room smelled like old, stale cigarettes. The shower had visible mold. Paint was peeling from the back of the bathroom door. Cabinet door for the fridge was broken, there were stains on the back porch and a stain in the middle of the carpet. Had it been a longer stay, I would've requested a different room or left the hotel altogether.

We started to unpack when my wife found bedbugs on the pillow (Gross). We immediately stopped everything informed the front desk. They offered another room, but we were not comfortable taking the risk. No refund was offered, So we just left in the middle of the night.

I checked in and my room smelled so bad. It was extremely muggy. I called the reception to complain but they said there was nothing they could do . The tv was not working and they said they were sending someone but with the frustration I left 10 mins after checking in. The room was so dirty .

It was ok. My wife and I stayed for only one night. I would not recommend it for a long stay. The staff we encountered were very nice, though. Our room was small, which is not an issue. The issue was that the couch was VERY close to the bed. The couch has a shelf-like attachment, which makes for even less clearance. My wife nailed her shin on it in the middle of the night; very painful, to say the least.

Room is set up oddly, TV is to the left of the bed and fold out couch is at the bottom of the bed. Bed faces patio door/balcony. Room setup just feels odd. Tv has its own timer and turns off on its own without the sleep timer on, probably every half hour or so. Beside that bed is comfortable. Hallways need updated outside of the room. Looks like the walls and ceiling haven’t been cleaned in many years, but it appears to be because of lack of maintenance not lack of cleaning…more wear and tear.

We had a last minute reservation due to a flight cancellation! This property was awesome! The staff were so friendly and Melody was excellent! We had shuttle to the airport with Mary Jane and that went fabulous. Property was clean and room was nice with great AC and hot water: will stay again if ever here!

If you are a single traveler or a couple needing a quick stop between or before a flight, the Courtyard by Marriott SA Airport is more than fine. The hotel is clean and right next to the airport, has a decent pool and regular amenities that you would need. We stayed with two children in a room that was meant to accommodate four people and it was less than ideal. The room arrangement make the room virtually un-navigatable when the couch bed is unfolded. There wasnt enough room for four people and our luggage. Both beds were really stiff, the couch bed in particular should never be a bed. The couch unfolds to a double (maybe?) so two older kids will struggle for room. The room also doesn’t come with additional pillows for the fold-out so we had to request those and housekeeping isn't very timely (we called twice over several hours to remind them and upon delivery, we still didnt get what we requested.) The check-in staff was nice and accommodated an early check-in for our family which was so nice. Super easy access to the airport so if thats what you need, this hotel is fine.

While other properties were charging more for the 4th of July, this property was reasonably-priced. The hotel was very quiet, and the area is convenient to many eating places. You're right off 410, and you can reach places to shop or eat within five minutes in either direction. For my stay, Uvi was exceptionally helpful. I am grateful to her for her patience, assistance and professionalism when I was a bit stressed.

I was already checked in at the airport when my flight was canceled. I rebooked a flight for the next day and then began to make a plan for a hotel. The Courtyard was a great price, had a free airport shuttle and a good rating. What I didn't know was that Sonya managed the property like a luxury hotel. She answered the phone when I called to inquire about the check-in time and offered to let me into my room at 9am. She sent the shuttle to the airport to retrieve me and greeted me by name when I walked in the door. In just a few short minutes I was relaxing in my room. Later she made a dinner recommendation which was great. The next morning she greeted me again by name and wished me a safe flight. Shuttle left on time, was direct and delivered me to the airport within just a few minutes. So grateful for a safe, quiet space to relax while I spent an unexpected extra day in San Antonio. Lovely hotel. Beautiful updated room. Friendly staff. Can't say enough nice things about the hotel and my stay.

I was double charge for my room so I went down stairs and showed the lady at the front desk I explain to her what had.and the issue that had happened because I was double charged she said that she was so sorry so I had to speak to the manager of the about what happened I could not get a word in because when I would begin to speak he would get louder and over talk me telling me that they is no way that they over charge me I had told what had happened because I was double charge and he told me that was not his problem and then walk off what a joke for the management

It would have been much better to have had breakfast like so many of the other hotels. Other than fast foods, nothing was convenient to have breakfast before leaving. Im afraid we would look for that next time even though the rooms were very nice.

Decent property but the $30 per day in junk fees are ridiculous. This should be illegal as it wasn’t disclosed in advance. They also charged me for parking and I didn’t have a car. The “restaurant” was very limited and only had one employee…when there are more than 2-3 people there, service was painfully slow and I paid a different price for the same cappuccino drink every day.

Unfortunately we stayed here on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, only two nights. Thats was the two nights when the Bistro was closed and there was no room cleaning during out stay. We would have been nice to know this up front. Might have made a difference.
