Check in was chaotic and we still are waiting for our deposit to return (a week later!!) but the overall stay was pleasant and it’s in a great location convenient to Pike Market and the waterfront and close to the Space Needle! Nice pool, too

Our room was lovely and well appointed, The only bad thing was how hard the mattress was! It made for a rough 4 nights. Maid service was good the first day and then kind of spotty the next 3 times. Coffee service was replenished with only decaf which we had to go to the front desk to exchange for our preference. Face cloths seemed to be a rarity after the first day and we gave up asking for them. The pool and hot tub were nice, however there was maintnence on the hot tub and no signage to indicate that it would be cold for the rest of Sunday. The young man at the front desk was pretty indifferent about our asking about it and kind of blew us off. It is a great location and very easy walking distance to pretty much everything downtown

Here are the highlights of our stay: •Parking was close to $53/day, and you have to take stairs up and down potentially 7 floors (no elevators) •We stayed 7 nights. Our room was serviced twice. We called guest services twice to ask for toilet paper refills. It never came. I had to check the hallway for the occasional housekeeping cart to get some essentials (toilet paper, towels, trash bags, etc). •We ate at the hotel restaurant once, for breakfast. The staff just seemed unhappy. Very stoic. Coffee tasted like water. •It was conveniently located though. Close to good restaurants, sights, and the public market.

The pool and spa were very dirty, was told they didn't have maintenance to take care of it after 6pm but I'm not sure they cleaned it before they left. I wish I had my phone to take pictures. The hotel is very run down and needs a refresh. Elevators were hard to get on when everyone was checking out in the morning. Only 3 and 1 was broken make it a very long wait.

The location was perfect. Within walkable distance to Pike Market. The only complaint is we didn’t get house keeping services. We had to call every day and one day we had to call in the morning and afternoon. I think they were short staffed? Also the gym was small but manageable if they added a bench. Overall it was an okay stay.

It was a clean property and all of the staff was good. The attached parking garage has no elevator but many flights of stairs. There were electrical issues in our room. The attached restaurant is terrible. There is a refrigerator in room but no microwave or access to one in the hotel. There is no vending but they recommended a corner market 2 blocks away.

Definitely not cleaned properly. Still makeup in bathroom. Makup Powder along sink area. Reservation was for 2 two room queen, they gave us 2 rooms with 1 king. Definitely not what i paid for. Was late so didn’t want to haul my family to a different location, but after seeing the inside of the room. I wish i had.

Location is ok. Walkable to coffee, dining, shops, etc. Our room had lights that didn’t work/bulbs out and the bathroom was kind of gross. The bed and pillows were quite uncomfortable. Not somewhere I’d want to stay again.

The view of downtown Seattle was amazing. The only issue was the carpet in the room we stayed in needed to be cleaned. When walking around in white socks, the bottoms turned black in a few minutes.

The room was not as pictured. The listing indicated an "executive room" with a sofa and a balcony. There was no sofa, only a desk chair, and the balcony was 15 inches deep. I asked the manager about the room not having a sofa, showing the listing pictures, and was told that there were three types of "executive" room, one with sofa, one with a recliner, and one with separated shower and sink area. This should have been included in the listing. Also, there was no light switch by the door. Where there should have been one, and where the desk told me it was, was a blank cover plate. Very inconvenient.

Our first night on a hot summer day, the AC was broken and our room got quite hot. We had to keep the balcony door open all night so it was too noisy with all the traffic and ambulance sirens. We got moved into a different room on the second night but it had a bad smell of body odor when we first walked in. The swimming pool temperature was warm while the hot tub temperature was cold - very strange that it was opposite of the usual temperatures. Even though the staff were kind, we would not stay here again.

Nice enough hotel. A bit tired. Aircon very noisy and the thermostat didn’t really seem to work….made sleeping difficult. Bathrooms did the job but pretty dated. Messaged the hotel direct to request a twin bed which they confirmed - upon arrival were given a king bed room for me and my 18yo son. They were good to change the room the following day but the first night was a bit problematic

It was great. The staff were polite and nothing was much of a concern. I wish the wifi was better, super slow and the entertainment service can be more modern, but other than that it was a great stay.

Beds were terrible, the pillows were absolutely the worst The main issue, their front check in staff were terrible. First Gentlemen to check us in was extremely condescending. The woman in the morning when we were checking out, short/abrupt and genuinely just not happy. Valet staff were the best!! Will never stay there again though.

Sadly we did not get off on the right foot. The room we booked through expedia (double queens) was "not available" when we checked in and they insisted there was no other option for us as we booked a "run of the house room" but specified double queen, through exedia. So our family of 4 were in a room with a king and pull out sofa. Aside from that the front desk staff was cold, unhelpful, verging on rude and was interesting in smiling or offering any kind of customer service. Upon check in we did not get a hello and when even walked away from us and out fruends checking in, midst check in. We had a room safe issue that was not addressed over a 6 hr period, in which we needed to recommunicate and address a second time. Lastly, on our 3rd day we left our room just as house keeping was coming in to do the daily clean, around 1030am, for us to return around 6pm, to find our room had been left open via door latch for the entirety of the day. This found us absolutely appauled and quite upset. Then to find the garbage bag left on the floor and the room barely touched. So, overall leaving us with a foul taste in our mouths. Yes i fought for compensation for the issues, yes they granted a days rate off our stay and comped parking but non the less this is NOT a desirable hotel.

While the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, the pool was very small. The onsite restaurant was a plus. No views of the space needle from the lower floors. Unfortunately, our stay got off on the wrong foot, when the front desk staff made an error (saying we didn’t have a reservation!) and blamed us for the mistake when it was his error. He later ignored me for several minutes when I had a simple question to ask. Other staff were more professional, fortunately.

Employees at front desk and luggage employee weren’t the friendliest. The luggage employee watched me unload my car to a cart. No offering to help me nor to my room. He seemed slow and out of it. The front desk employee told I had To call the hotel every hour to see if my room was ready because they couldn’t call me to let me know when room was ready. Not a great customer service hotel at all. Wished I picked a better place to stay as there are many near.

Warwick was in a great location! That was the best part! Our AC was loud and the safe didn't work. Toiletries were quite minimal. The water jug at the front desk was often empty. The most frustrating was our check-in. With a 4pm "guarantee," and coming at 2 different times, our room wasn't ready until after 4:30pm. Marquez was not accommodating at all. Just a simple and fake "sorry" with no plans to assist. Patrick was great! Super kind and helpful. We were charged the resort fees when we shouldn't have been because of the VIP perks. We were also charged for 2 nights of parking when we only parked 1 night. I had to check all charges a few times. Frustrating and concerning as others may not have caught this. Not sure I would recommend the Warwick!!

Didnt use the hot tub or bar but a nice hotel.and room. Very convenient locale and parking garage on the property too. Neighborhood in all downtown Seattle area has lots of street people sitting on sidewalks at night but NYC has the same. No worries, seems safe. Car rental place is a few blocks away and restaurant and shopping also.

Good location to the space needle and Pike Place Market but in an area where there are many drug addicted homeless people. It felt unsafe to walk around, especially with kids. The hotel didn’t feel as clean as I expected for the price we paid.

I had a room with a nice view, lots of light to the room. The bed was comfortable. A restaurant is attached to the lobby and it was nice but seemed a bit pricey. The crab cake they advertise was great though. We'll have breakfast there because it's too convenient to do otherwise.

The hotel said they provided room service. When we rang room service, it went through to an answerphone. Reception advised we go down to the restaurant to get our coffee. There was a line and the servers said they were busy (they weren’t really). No apology! We went to the hotel next door and got our coffee - priceless!

This was my first time staying in Seattle. I didn’t realize parking was an additional cost. The room was good. Tub was not draining correctly but my husband was able to fix it. There were some spots on the curtains and shower curtain but otherwise, the room was just what we needed. I did not hear my neighbors. That’s a plus. Once we parked our car, we walked to all the sights. Staff was friendly.

The information on the website is outdated. We arrived late and were interested in room service, which was supposed to be available until 10 p.m.! This was not the case. The restaurant closed at 9 and didn’t have enough servers so they didn’t answer the phone for room service. I ordered food directly in the restaurant and brought it to the 18th floor room myself. Unfortunately I had to go back twice because some of the order was missing from the bag each time. The food was bland, the burgers burnt. Overall disappointing and overpriced. We informed the front desk in the morning and they excused themselves claiming that the company is based in Denver and thus can’t keep information on the hotel updated.

Great Location in downtown Seattle. Would stay here again, pool and hot tub is perfect for kids. The on site restaurant was excellent, staff and services were great. Easy access to and from your car, palace is directly next door. I think the carpets in the room could use a good clean and a clock in the room would have been helpful.

We loved our stay so much that we extended it! Our only issue is with Margaux, the restaurant. We did take out and brought the orders to our room ourselves. Our first dinner was fantastic! The crab cake and fish and chips were awesome. Breakfast the next day, there were no potatoes in the hash, we asked for salt and pepper and didn't get it, and we didn't get toast. For dinner we got an order of fries, and didn't get ketchup we asked for but got ranch. We had to go back down to get it. We brought the issues up to the restaurant and were surprised to hear, "Hmm that's weird." I called to Guest Services to get decaf coffee and extra cups and never recieved it. Our stay was rad and we will be back, but the little inconveniences just kinda added up.
