Staff members Travis and Anthony, we’re very professional, courteous and helpful to us during our stay. Service at the Elephant and Castle bar was slow on Halloween night, even though there wasn’t much in the way of customers that evening

Restaurant and elevators under renovation caused slight and temporary inconvenience (5/25). Rooms are great, silent, right temp. Breakfast is high quality and natural, but not quite worth the 42 dollars.

This hotel had very friendly staff. It was close to Pike Market and very convenient for walking. I had requested a high room and didn’t get it. The biggest negative was only 2 of 4 elevators were working. We could hardly get one to take us down to the lower floor and had to take 7 flights of stairs to get to the lobby. If you have walking issues, make sure they have them repaired before staying.

Very nice stay at the Motif, the parking garage is a little frustrating though. Our room keys were supposed to allow us to leave/enter without a fee but would never work, had to call the front desk everytime but they were happy to help.

It's a nice hotel in a good location. They rarely have enough checkin staff the four times I've been there but the wait isn't too bad. Rooms have been redone and are nice. The restaurant was being remodeled so breakfast is a $35 buffet in a kinda weird space. Parking is $100/night.

Overall the hotel was good but housekeeping was terrible. I told them I preferred my room cleaned in the morn because I'm always out. Everyday when I go back to room around 4pm and it's still not clean. I have to call housekeeping to get it clean every day and I have to leave my room again very inconvenient after a long day of sightseeing. Each day I called I told them to clean in the morning and it wasn't cleaned at all.

Room was dirty. There were multiple stains on the headboard. There was a stain on the bedding. Gum stuck to the carpet. I was incorrectly charged for a late check out and I movie I didn’t purchase.

The room was nicely decorated and clean, the bed wasn't comfortable, it needs a new mattress. I found empty soda cans in the cabinet next to the fridge. There was no microwave in the room and the deadbolt lock on the door didn't work. The water pressure in the shower was very low.

The front staff was incredible. Housekeeping skipped cleaning my room prior to check in and never cleaned my room during my stay until I called to ask why my room wasn't cleaned. The temperature in the room was freezing, never going above 67 degrees. Maintenance came by to fix it and would state that it was fixed when it wasnt. I had to sleep in extra coats and under several blankets. I was then told I would be contacted by a manager about the nonstop disappointments during my stay and not only was I not contacted, they said there are no notes regarding my stay. Horrible experience unfortunately because I really loved this hotel.

We stay here every time we visit Seattle. Hotel overall is great. Had housekeeping come in to get room cleaned and fresh towels since we only got 2 for 4 people. Wasn’t impressed. Housekeeper folded up our original dirty towels and put them back in our room. Pretty disgusting.

The walk-in shower door didn't seal, resulting in a flooded bathroom floor. We used up all our towels mopping up. Thankfully, the front desk moved us to another room for our 2nd night without question. Breakfast at the restaurant was very slow due to staff shortage, food was good tho pricey. A major irritation is the "destination fee" of $20/day is tacked on to bill, with the gimmick that it entitles you to $10 spending credit at the very limited lobby snack store.

Nice hotel/rooms but it was very dark! All decor was black and dark gray including carpets. 5 lamps in room with beds which all had very low levels of light. Not enough to light the whole room. Even bathroom lights were a low level! Could barely see in that place. Not all guests are young and have perfect vision. I would at least double the lighting in there.

This is a perfect area downtown! The hotel is set in a central location with amazing views of the sound, I stayed on the 19th floor! In walkable distance to shopping, Westlake Center, buses, monorail, etc. Room was open and spacious, plenty of lighting options, and charging ports. The personal body collection smelled amazing! Will definitely stay again.

They have very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was clean and well stocked with towels and eco-friendly toiletries. The shower water pressure was so good it would blast you all the way to the Puget Sound. There was no real way to control it. The surrounding area was safe and conveniently located within walking distance to most landmarks and attractions in downtown Seattle. If you just want to get a cup of coffee you'd have to walk quite a ways because most everything nearby is closed. The rooms were pretty basic but we don'trequire mush so it was ok. We could however hear the elevator every time it stops on our floor and hear all the conversations going on in the hallways and in the next rooms. The walls are so thin all of the noise filters into your room at night. We had a room with two queen beds and both of them had valleys down the middle. One side of the bed was higher than the other. My partner and I left Seattle with some very backs. Overall, we think we might give some other hotels a try when we come to Seattle.

The location is great! Unfortunately, our room’s a/c thermostat was broken and could not be fixed during our stay so nights were a bit hot. Also, there seem to be a shortage of towels. We had to call for towels every night and one day we only received ONE towel for the 4 of us. Besides that, it is a clean hotel and a great location.

Seems a little run-down. Shower water runs out onto floor. Room was large with a sofa, halls were wide. Restaurant had no atmosphere; no host at breakfast so wait was too long. Expensive for the level of facilities and amenities, but very conveniently located.

I can’t that “Masai” at Hilton Motif enough. After having my lost my wallet and phone at Westlake’s Link station, I didn’t have any ID or card to check in with. He reassured me that I wouldn’t lose my reservation even though it was through a third party. Long story short Masai went above and beyond to reassure me I’d have a place to stay. I’ll always remember his kindness and care given my ordeal. In the end Sound Transit Security found my wallet and returned it to me within four hours. Nothing was taken. Simply unbelievable. Props to all these public servants! Thanks for making my stay in Seattle the best. There still are good people in this world!!!

I was looking forward to staying at a Hilton… but as soon as I walked in things just kept goi g down hill! No hot water, 1 hour 20 minute to get breakfast after we were seated. Front lobby is nothing but disgusting,dirty, and so unorganized ! 1 hour to have by bill done. I will never stay agsin

Arrived at 4:00 for check in and there was a lot of confusion on if there was a room ready for us. It took 3 staff members to clear it up and get us checked in for our reserved room. It was frustrating to have a reservation and then be told that it was potentially not ready. Everything is additional fees. $70.00 to use onsite parking garage.

Property was nice. Location was great! Only issue was unbelievable amount of homeless. Not the hotels fault but be aware of your surroundings. Woman on fire ran by us on our way to pike place. Horrifying.

The gentleman who check us in was amazing. All down hill from there . The restaurant, frolic, horrible service and a bad atmosphere. Waited over 20 minutes for a beer and glass of wine that was on the bar waiting for is, but our server was really busy on his phone, likely texting about or posting his face piercings. Frolic was uncomfortable and unimpressive for a Hilton property.

This hotel was fine- adequate. The check in was beyond fantastic and I cannot say enough positive things about the staff that checked us in. There was nothing special about this hotel but it was clean and in a convenient location. The service at the restaurant was awful- in using our drink tickets (which we paid for as part of the daily hotel fee) the waiter was rude, acted annoyed, threw our wine on the table, served a warm beer and never brought a glass as requested. When we mentioned his behavior, he came over and said he was “sorry about whatever”. Again, clean and adequate- a bit expensive for what you get.
