Beautiful room With a great view. Very clean and liked the little store along with Starbucks on site. Only thing we wished was offered was shuttle from Airport when we arrived. Getting there was stressing. But the hotel and location are wonderful.

The only reason that I wouldn’t give 5 stars all around is that it is a $68 valet service that is not advertised upon booking. The front desk staff definitely lets you know that there are parking garages near that only charge by the hour with set hours and times you’re able to access your vehicle. For such a grand hotel, there should be better options. Or ones that aren’t $68 per night.

Room and view were lovely, but the furniture appeared to be a little damaged and the bed was a bit hard. The bathtub in the hotel room was lovely, a nice addition would be to provide some kind of bubbles or bath oil to use. The hot tub/sauna/steam room were amazing- definitely a highlight of our stay. The bar in the hotel lobby was nice, if not a bit overpriced. Staff at the hotel were amazing, everyone was incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful. Truly motivated to come back again for the sheer hospitality.

Honestly I love this property! Clean and beautiful! Staff is also extremely kind and helpful. The only thing I dislike is how expensive parking is. I was told it would be cheaper to do self parking instead of valet ($65) in the parking garage. It ended up being over $80 dollars to overnight park. There should really be a set price for hotel guests like there is at other seattle hotels.

Beautiful room with a huge bathroom. Hotel is very conveniently located near Pike Place Market and multiple restaurant options. There is a Starbucks inside, and also a little deli where you can grab a quick breakfast sandwich or yogurt and fruit among other things. It is also close to the monorail station that takes you to the Space Needle and Chihuly Museum and Garden. Highly recommend.

The property was clean and location is great for walking around in the downtown area. The staff were awesome and helpful. The rooms were clean and smelled goods, linens were clean and soft they provided lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I felt safe as a mom traveling with my daughter. Thanks

We booked king+tub+view. The room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. Mini fridge. The “view” was rooftop air conditioning units. Not what we were hoping for. Parking was nearly $70 for overnight! Gah.

My negative comments have nothing to do with the Hyatt staff. From check-in, to room service, to check-out - everyone was professional and friendly. My wife and I stayed here for New Year’s Eve because the location to the Paramount theater was a very short walk. The biggest problem we had with the hotel was the noise we could hear while in our room. We could hear the neighbors talking doors away and our room’s proximity to the elevators meant we heard everyone coming and going. As for street noise, it pretty much went until three or four in the morning. It was as though our window was open to the street below. We heard motorcycles revving, loud cars revving, horns honking - we understand that it was New Year’s Eve, but this was long after New Year’s Eve celebrations had finished. The hotel ownership should consider updating the paint colors that are from at least 20 years ago. All said, if you can put up with the noise, inside and outside of the hotel, you will probably love this property and its location in Seattle.

Overall, we loved the location and facility. The only problems we encountered were someone minor but a bit disconcerting. At check in, which was after check in time, our room was not ready, so it took 15 minutes or so to get our keys and meet our friends who were waiting for us. On check out we followed the instructions on the Valet parking stub to text them and our car would be ready. However, when we did so we received a text back that the system was to busy so we needed to go to the Valet in person. Again both were minor but an indicator that the facade was better than behind the scenes.

I can not say enough about my stay at the Grand Hyatt Seattle. I was there for a 4-day convention and the entire team made me feel pampered, cared for, and stress free with every interaction. Starting with their outstanding concierge, Kenya, who helped me coordinate the delivery of my packages, to Jazz who went above and beyond to help me get them where they needed to go, to the bellman who sent complimentary bath salts to my room. WOW! It's been a long time since I've encountered such deep commitment to customer service and engagement! Did I mention the gorgeous rooms? As nice as the pictures are, they DO NOT do the rooms (and the bathrooms justice!) I'll definitely be back!

Dont waste your money / time here. Service is rubbish and staff give you very different advice on various things. They use virtual assistants for hoisekeeping, front desk, bell captain etc, but none of them work. If you want something yoi have to physically go and ask. Bathrooms are decent and large but bedroom is dated. In need of modernising. Even the managers dont know what they are doing. This is a shame on the Hyatt brand

Beautiful hotel and perfect spot for visiting Seattle. Located in Downtown Seattle and walkable to nearby tourist attractions. Bus stops nearby and Link Light Rail is just around the corner! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

I was a bit unsure of the area from looking at the maps but the hotel was centrally located just a few minutes from Pike Place Market as well as other places to eat etc. Close access to monorail to Seattle Center for space needle visit. Walkable distance to both Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park however Uber and public transportation readily available.

Property was beautiful and excellent hosts but not impressed with Seattle. Around 30 people smoking crack and passed out on the sidewalk and "public ambassadors" (police in any other city) not doing anything at all about it...on the main street.

Very central location. Great service from staff. Everyone was warm and welcoming. Easy 10-15 minute walk to pike market. 10 minute walk to the Starbucks Reserve Roastery. (Try the whiskey barrel cold brew and thank me later.)

The only unfortunate incident we had was the concierge telling us that we should eat a steakhouse up the street, rather than the one in this hotel. It was extremely expensive, and quite terrible all round. When we did eat at the steakhouse in this restaurant, it was excellent. Best breakfasts I’ve had in a long time.

We stayed at this property for 1 night prior to leaving from Seattle on an Alaskan cruise. The check in process was smooth, the service from the front desk & bell staff was great and the property was really beautiful. Our room was very clean and elegantly appointed. Could have done with more/different artwork on the wall (there was some strangely empty space from a design standpoint) but everything was very comfortable. The fancy electric window shade was a luxury touch as well. There was quite a bit of noise from outside around bedtime - both from engines revving and also from some apparent tree-trimming that was going on late in the evening (think wood chipper noises) but it didn't keep us up overnight. We started off our day with breakfast at Ruth's Chris and it was lovely - hardly anyone in the restaurant, excellent food and very attentive service. The neighborhood is a little unsettling in places but that's just downtown in a big city nowadays. We walked back & forth to the Pike Place Market and didn't feel overly unsafe, but I probably wouldn't have gone back out after dark, at least not alone. Overall, this was a nice stopping point for 1 night and we would consider staying here again if we return to Seattle.

I stay here every time I come to Seattle because of the staff, cleanliness, safety, and walkable to the Link transit center, Pikes Place, and multiple resturants to eat around the area. Excellent stay, just wish it had a resturant inside the hotel, but it does have a bar, which has exceptional drinks!
