The pool and hot tub are good for when you are ready to get out of the sun. Fantastic location and proximity to the ocean/beach. Staff was friendly,helpfuland quick to resolve issues. Elevator was not working on the south side . Weird smell in stairwell.

The hotel was perfect for what we needed. Just a place to crash on a weekend beach getaway. Great location. Roof deck was awesome. Staff was friendly. Lower your expectations for upkeep and cleanliness overall. The pool was kind of gross. Had my kids get out and go to the beach after looking around and realizing how dirty everything was.

A great 1 night stay at Nantasket Beach Resort! It is located along a great stretch of beach with a few restaurants, bars, and a bakery a block away. The pool was heated and provided a great alternative to the chilly September ocean. Would definitely visit again!

The resort was wonderful! My only complaint is that the parking situation for guests is extremely limited and we were left driving around, to circle the block for approximately an hour after we checked in waiting for someone to leave so that we could park! Not ideal for a hotel that says free onsite parking is included. I feel like that was a serious misrepresentation on their part.

Great staff, great service. The hotel itself needs repair/updates. There were multiple areas where the ceiling was leaking. The pool is not heated as advertised. It wasn’t a bad stay but for the price and the marketing I expected the building and facilities to be in better condition. Do be sure to book a spa experience with Kellie. She was the absolute highlight of my trip.

I stayed for a week and housekeeping came to my room twice to drop off new towels. The beds were not made or changed one single time despite my continued complaints and I ended up emptying my own trash. What an absolute disappointment at $400/night. Chlorine levels in the pool were intolerable even just to sit in the area, everybody was talking about their eyes burning. I would never stay here again despite it actually being a very nice hotel.

Check in was easy and easy. Somehow I always manage to get the handicapped room. Low sink. No counter space. Shower only with seat. Normally I would ask to change, but there were many people waiting in the lobby for their room to be cleaned so I let it be. The bed was comfortable. Pillows were great. Fireplace was nice. Parking was limited. Restaurants within walking distance were amazing. My only issue was the bathroom. The handicapped shower leaked all over the floor. It was hard to put the seat up. It just didn’t look clean at all. The water was barely warm. I didn’t sleep much due to noise and the light streaming in from under the door. Eventually had to block it with a towel. It was an ok stay.

Staff was super nice. Restaurant was delicious. Room was nice but not spotless (found the previous occupants food still in microwave). Ocean view balcony was not thing the water but nice view. Pool was not clean. Mildew/mold everywhere.

Dirty room and bathroom. The counters were not wiped in the bathroom and neither were the shower walls. My sheets looked dirty with stains. The remote was sticky. The fridge had hair in it. Coffee maker was not washed. Even the hallways had a pile of dirty laundry at 5am when I went for coffee and it was from multiple rooms. I felt mislead by the name resort and the entrance looking appealing but it was far from nice

Place could have been much cleaners. Dirty grout, hair in shower, bloody stains on sheets. Every glass door was dirty. Such a disappointing experience. The location was great, but not at the expense of cleanliness.

I decided to stay here for two days before a wedding to have a little beach trip and relax for a bit. While the hotel overall isn’t terrible, it’s definitely not great. The room itself was dirty - I wasn’t sure if my bedding had been properly changed and cleaned prior to my stay, as there were some stains on the sheets and blankets as well as hairs and it was kind of gross. The walls in the bathroom also had spots of mold growing on them near the toilets. I was there for two days and I’ve stayed in worse places - maybe it’s just because I was there in the off-season (mid-May), but I certainly would not return to this hotel.

This property was really nice for a weekend getaway! Everything was clean, the staff was super friendly, but my one issue is that the ocean view can barely be advertised as that. The room was on the side of the building and there was another tall building right next door. The so called ocean view is virtually a sliver of water that you can see in between buildings. It was honestly a bit disappointing. Everything else was great though!

We stayed here for 3 nights on a trip to Boston to be out of the city and near the ocean. It's a nice enough hotel for a few nights, very comfy beds. The rooms are a bit tired and the room smelled a bit musty when we got there, but we aired it out with the window open for a while. It's good if you want somewhere out of the city but close enough to get in on the train which is what we did.

Beautiful balcony ocean view room, super comfortable bed and pillows. The perfect quiet peaceful getaway outside of Boston. Pool was heated and jacuzzi was nice. The gym was great too! Amazing food spots nearby. Our favorite were Jake’s Restaurant and Toast! Would definitely stay there again!

We arrived right at check-in, 4p, to find out our room was not ready along with at least a dozen other guests who were all waiting in the lobby. We had a wedding to attend by 5:30p and needed to get into our room to change etc. We were not let into our room until 5:15p after basically harassing the front desk staff.

Hotel was fine. However, after we checked out we got charged an additional $93. I asked about the charge and was told it was an “amenities charge.” We weren’t told about this either when we checked in or when we checked out. And, no, they would not reverse since we had booked through Hotels.com! We paid for 4 nights but we checked out a day early. Again, we were told since we booked through a third party we didn’t get any refund. They clearly don’t appreciate anyone who books through a third party. We’ll never stay there again.

Area is ideal. A lot of dinning options in the area. The room we paid for was not the room we stayed in (they over booked and didn’t say anything, we had to come back down once we realized it was just a standard double). Staff was nice, but there weren’t many options to rectify the issue. The restaurant attached to the hotel stops serving food after 9pm and closes at 10pm which is not ideal. I used to love this hotel but I’m not sure I would return any time soon.

We've stayed at this property 10x and this hotel has no system to recognize repeat clients or VIPs. We were there for 2 nights in Dec 23 and didn't get cleaning service, although we asked for it. They offered to provide a credit. Upon checkout, no one had made a notation of the problems or communication. No manager presence was available during the 2 days. Also, upon checkin, staff told us Shoreline restaurant was serving until 10PM. At 9:15, we showed up and restaurant kitchen was closed. So, was most everything else in town. We asked for new pillows that weren't lumpy. We were delivered pillows with no pillow covers by someone who couldn't pronounce the word "pillow". Overall, really disorganized and doesn't seem to be improviing. No one really cares about guests at this place. Avoid.

I would like some sort of refund for this stay. I tried to check in twice at the appropriate check in time and the staff was so rude. I let them know we had a wedding to get ready for and was still so rude. I had STILL let them know we would be checking in late and then when we did check in we were marked as a no show and almost didn’t get our room. I want some sort of refund.

Location is a dream during summer, located across the street of the beach. You can request a room with a balcony overlooking at the ocean! You will need a 45 minutes drive to downtown Boston and much faster using the ferry located at the tip of the arm called Hull. Enjoy

Could only get coffee in the morning- and it was not that good. Restaurant did not open till 11:30 so no food service at the property until lunch And then, for dinner - But no liquor license Doubt I would go back to this property

Had a nice one night stay here.location to beach is perfect.Found hairs in bathroom sink and counter & TV wasn't working,but staff attempted to fix it.Bummed the restaurant still never opened with no mention of it not being an option when purchasing a room.Staff said they had no idea when it would even be able to open, unfortunately.

The hotel was clean. The front desk wasn’t manned as well as it should be - as several guests waited quite some time to check in or have issues resolved. There was no restaurant on site and no breakfast foods available nearby on a Monday or Tuesday. The water didn’t get quite hot enough for my liking. Beds were comfortable but the gas log fireplace was a hit.

We had a great experience. They have a kitchen bar adjacent to the Lobby Food was great. Specially the stuffed hadoc. And their cocktails to die for. Dave in the bar. Made us feel at home and was a very pleasant person to talk and joke about. Over all great. Only down side is that we paid for ocean view... I felt cheated. Our room was on the side of the building. Yes I could see the ocean. But for the upgrade price I expected more

Beautiful hotel! Very quiet considering it was a Saturday night and there was a wedding at the hotel. Immaculate room and grounds and the bed was so comfortable. Suggestion to offer free coffee ( not the one in hotel room) especially since it is an expensive hotel.
