Lovely hotel surrounded by shops bars and restaurants. Parking is in the adjacent shopping centre. It is easier to park first and walk the short distance to hotel as there is no access to entrance from the road. Train and bus station are 5 mins walk.

Firstly, after making my reservation I asked for parking details, I recieved no response.. as it happens the parking was plentiful as the hotel is situated in a shopping centre. There is no information how to find the hotel- simply an address that is quite inadequate, the road works don’t make for an easy find, there were no visible signs or directions for the hotel. The hotel sells itself as a 5 minute walk to ABBA Voyage - it’s actually a 20 minute + walk or a 10 minute Taxi drive ! The receptionist advised us that the doors to the show opened at 7.45 but the show didn’t start until 8.10 - we unfortunately missed the start !! On-line check-in was good. Our room 751 was a jaunt… and looked out onto a blank wall, the bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice, but not as sparkly clean as we would expect.… The restaurant was freezing cold - so we decided to eat elsewhere, there was plenty of choice in the Mal .. breakfast was very nice, and the restaurant had warmed up. Checkout online was unavailable due to technical difficulties . All in all we had a nice stay, however for the price we paid we were rather disappointed.

Horrible experience at the bar following dinner. Waited 28 minutes for the bartender (1of3) to take our drink order, then 25 minutes for the drink to arrive. Then waited 25 minutes for the bill. Unbelievable but true.

Great hotel in great location. Stratford is brilliant. Would use again as so easy to get too. Shame the bar closed early (10:30) when people were still in there and breakfast was okay but I do prefer freshly cooked breakfast rather than buffet style. Concierges were very helpful

Great location, basic but comfortable rooms with a good size bathroom. Really good breakfast and restaurant on site. The staff were all very friendly. The housekeeping was hit or miss, with items not being replace and 1 whole day of no service at all. other than that I would recommend staying at.

Room was spotless and location of room facilities well thought out. Staff were friendly and request for someone to look at bath plug as shower water wasn't going down very quickly was actioned straight away. Will definitely return.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Upon checking in, the bathroom had a strong, unpleasant odor and the towels smelled like vinegar. I immediately brought this to the staff’s attention, but instead of offering a proper solution such as changing the towels or cleaning the room, they simply offered me an air freshener. This is unacceptable for a hotel stay, especially at check-in when the room should be in its best condition. A more proactive approach and better customer service would have made a huge difference. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression and I will likely consider other options next time.

Our overall stay was great! The room cleanliness was not excellent, there was a hair on one of the towels, got one pair of slippers. This was rectify when i informed the receptionist.

I travel for work a lot but this was a personal trip! I judge hotels on weird little things like plug sockets/usb charge points by the bed, a good shower and being super clean! This place has these! I paid a small extra for a view of the park see the included photo this was not impressive hence why they only got 4 stars. It wasn’t worth the time and effort to correct this while we were there for one night.

Hotel is great. Staff was great, especially Asian lad on check in, think his name was Jay. But the good awful WiFi. Man, wouldn’t connect to my phone or my partners. Wouldn’t run on my ps5 without chugging and buffering. Shocking for such an otherwise good hotel.

Very clean and spacious room. The bed was so comfortable and the linen so soft, amazing (I have found this with other Hyatts). Great shower and toiletries. Appreciate the 12 noon check-out. Would definitely recommend and will stay again if in the area.

We were checked in by Bamidele. She clearly didn’t want to be there and we didnt get any warm welcoming. Her attitude was rude and robotic with no smile. There was no eye contact through out and emotionless. She told us to wait because they are doing the audit. She gave us impression that we came at the wrong time and it’s bothersome. We did travel 3/4 hours to get to your hotel. As I’ve worked at 5star London hotel before, it’s not the way I would talk to my guests like that. I would be making sure I apologise for causing the wait. Ask my guests to take a seat and ask them kindly back to the desk. Which we didn’t get from your staff (Bamidele). We just sat ourselves down and We got a hi from her expecting us to know it’s her talking to us. As a 4 star hotel i expected a lot more. Very embarrassing if this kinda service represents your brand/ company. Also we were not informed we will be checked into a disabled room. Few things in bathroom was inconvenient for us because it’s so low. But we didn’t want to talk to ur staff so we let it slide. However your staff in the morning shift is breath of fresh air. I just wished we were welcomed with this kinda service but it was our checking out time

We asked in the bar at exactly 10pm if room service was available to which they said look on the tv for menu and ring down with your order, on looking at tv info on menu said served until 1030 pm on ringing reception at 10:07 and was answered about 10 minutes later and was informed by reception room serviced stopped at 10 and hung up on. Which left us rather unimpressed. The location was great and very quiet for where it was. Breakfast was nice but not the best I’ve had by a long way and slightly overpriced for an additional £20 each.

What a hotel! When we arrived (10 minutes before check in time) our room wasn’t quite ready but staff were friendly, helpful & made sure we were comfortable & had complimentary drinks whilst we waited. They also added a complimentary breakfast to our stay to make up for it. They really did go above & beyond. We will definitely stay again & would like to thank Hyatt Regency Stratford for a wonderful stay!

Visited to attend an event at the London stadium, location and room was excellent. However one fly in the ointment - we ordered a drink from the bar in our 1st evening (a Margarita) which despite costing £12 came in a glass the size of an egg cup and was as weak as could be. When we mentioned we weren’t happy to the waitress she simply laughed in our face. We did press that we were being serious and she promised to speak to the manager but never got back to us- we have no idea if she bothered to do so. Moral of the story is this is a great hotel in a good location but avoid the bar!

Brilliant location right in the middle of Westfield. Had booked to see ABBA and we were able to walk from here. Also convenient to Sadlers Wells just meters away snd West Ham stadium if that’s your thing. Lots of restaurants and bars on the doorstep

Firstly, after making my reservation I asked for parking details, I recieved no response.. as it happens the parking was plentiful as the hotel is situated in a shopping centre. There is no information how to find the hotel- simply an address that is quite inadequate, the road works don’t make for an easy find, there were no visible signs or directions for the hotel. The hotel sells itself as a 5 minute walk to ABBA Voyage - it’s actually a 20 minute + walk or a 10 minute Taxi drive ! The receptionist advised us that the doors to the show opened at 7.45 but the show didn’t start until 8.10 - we unfortunately missed the start !! On-line check-in was good. Our room 751 was a jaunt… and looked out onto a blank wall, the bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice, but not as sparkly clean as we would expect.… The restaurant was freezing cold - so we decided to eat elsewhere, there was plenty of choice in the Mal .. breakfast was very nice, and the restaurant had warmed up. Checkout online was unavailable due to technical difficulties . All in all we had a nice stay, however for the price we paid we were rather disappointed.

We have stayed here atleast 4 times. The hotel is lovely and the staff are great. Unfortunatly this time I had not included a breakfast in my booking and was charged £20 each. This excessive amount I could have justified as it was my mistake however the breakfast the following morning was definitely not worth £20 or a ridiculous amount of £25 if you walked in. The choices are great however the buffet was cold. Cold eggs, cold bacon. The hotel is a lovely place to stay but the expensive cold breakfast really let it down on this stay.

Would have been 5 stars if it weren’t for the conflicting and unhelpful messages given by staff. We asked in the bar at exactly 10pm if room service was available to which they said look on the tv for menu and ring down with your order, on looking at tv info on menu said served until 1030 pm on ringing reception at 10:07 and was answered about 10 minutes later and was informed by reception room serviced stopped at 10 and hung up on. Which left us rather unimpressed. The location was great and very quiet for where it was. Breakfast was nice but not the best I’ve had by a long way and slightly overpriced for an additional £20 each.

Very comfortable room, nice and quiet for sleeping. Breakfast was fantastic! Hotel is in a great location close to the Olympic Park, canal and Westfield Shopping Centre. We stayed here as a group of friends to go to Abba Voyage and it's an easy walk. Tube station close by for quick access to any other part of London. The concierge downstairs was super helpful with luggage storage & helping plan our route, thank you so much!

I like the fact that check in was easy. I was early but they gave me a room. The room was standard and ok but the heating wasn’t working and had to call an engineer - even after the visit it wasn’t ever warm enough. Tried to get lunch in the bar or restaurant but very limited by a corporate function and very odd bar menu - this needs attention in my view. Went out of the hotel for lunch. Ordered room service in the evening but the food was luke warm and unappetising. Some of the staff were very friendly, some not. I would stay here again as it is clean and convenient but I would like to be able to find quality food available in the hotel. I did not have breakfast so can’t comment on that. Check out was easy. Food service in the hotel needs overhaul.

Horrible experience at the bar following dinner. Waited 28 minutes for the bartender (1of3) to take our drink order, then 25 minutes for the drink to arrive. Then waited 25 minutes for the bill. Unbelievable but true.

This hotel is in a perfect location - very central to the shops, restaurants and bars. It is a beautiful hotel and we would definitely return, however, two things stopped us from rating it as 5 stars. The first was a member of the reception staff (normally situated on the screen at the end of reception close to the lifts). She didn't crack a smile once and could barely bring herself to make eye contact. It almost made you feel uncomfortable if you had to approach her for anything. The rest of the reception staff, however, were great, very helpful and accommodating. The second complaint was the breakfast that we paid £50 for. We did speak to one of the staff about it who said she would pass it onto the kitchen staff but whether anything changes is probably unlikely.
