Great location, cool interior. Staff were good. Only challenge was the separation of the “water closet” was a challenge… having to walk around to wash your hands and the shower was awkward no matter how small a person you are.

From check-in to check-out the staff were lovely and helpful. The room, although generally clean looked a little neglected - chipped paint, scratched surfaces and the curtains had holes in them, but that didn't spoil our stay. The only issues that were a bit poor were the room's air conditioning was as effective as somebody two miles away blowing in our general direction (so we had to get a fan - granted, it was a very hot 4 days) and only one of the lifts (or 'elevators' for our American cousins) was working and even that one had a curious 'glitch' - When arriving at floor 4, it announced "Floor 3". Anyway, all in all we had a lovely stay. I very much liked the scheme where you get rewarded for not having your room serviced every day. Would we stay again? Yes.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of both hot and cold options. I also want to mention that the staff were helpful and kind.

The hotel itself was lovely, nice decor clean rooms , they are a little small but it’s just a base at the end of the day. The bed was very comfy and location great. The breakfast was anlso very nice and great value. Only downfall was the air con didn’t work and had an awful nights sleep as we were so hot. The staff were very helpful and changed our room , however we did have the same issue and again aircon was not working. We didn’t mention anything again ax would have had to pick all our stuff up again for one last night.
