Park Hyatt London River Thames

Beautiful rooms, the whole experience was fantastic, we were there for my daughters wedding, the standard of everything was very high. Breakfast was superb (if a little expensive), rooms were expensive but you get what you pay for and this was very very high end.

Every member of staff I encountered was welcoming, professional and genuinely eager to help, making the entire experience feel personal rather than transactional. The room exceeded my expectations. It was spacious, immaculately clean and finished to an exceptionally high standard. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing one of the best nights’ sleep I’ve had in any hotel. The bathroom felt like a private spa, featuring premium fixtures, a luxurious rainfall shower and high-quality amenities. Small details such as thoughtful lighting, ample charging points and intuitive room controls demonstrated how much attention has gone into the guest experience.
