After discovering that I had booked a hotel for the wrong night, I needed to find a clean, quiet, comfortable, low-cost place to sleep before an early morning flight at Heathrow at the last minute. This was the perfect place! The owner was so warm and welcoming, the cozy room was clean and comfortable, and we were less than a 10-minute taxi drive from the terminal. I will definitely stay here again for flights to/from Heathrow! Having a fridge, tea kettle, tea and coffee in the room was a nice touch. If you don't mind some commute time, this would be an amazingly economic place to base yourself for a London trip, as you could get into central London on public transportation. One note: with our window open, we could hear cars going by, so that is something to be aware of if you are a light sleeper. This was not a problem for us, as it was cool enough that we could close the window overnight. I would assume not every room opens right onto the busy road.

Very well located hotel near the station and near Heathrow. Great service and parking spaces always available. Good choice of places to have dinner nearby, but you can walk to the Elizabeth line in 6 minutes and go to Ealing Broadway with many more option. Good English breakfast as well.

I usually don't bother with reviews but I really wanted to point out how nice the people who work at this place are and how it's a great option for a missed flight disaster or whatever you're dealing with around Heathrow. If you're going to arrive after 10 PM make sure you contact them to get the self-check in codes and instructions. Fridge in room , tea and coffee in room and cozy set up. My 7 AM Uber to Heathrow was only 15 GPB.

Lovely welcome and a nice clean property. We were driving from out of London, so it was a handy location and there was secure parking. Although quite far out of the city, the tube station was a short walk away and the Elizabeth line took us straight into town. Late trains back available too. Would definitely stay here again.

Good value. Friendly mgr. my room was spacious and had amenities I needed. It is an older property so water pressure not great and my bedroom carpet needs cleaning/replacing. Surprised it had usb. Also plenty of electrical outlets.

Tom, the manager is not there all day and I contacted him before checking in He said he is in and out all day and does not have his reception manned consistently throught the day He sounded flustered with his building work when I called and started saying things were not advertised properly with the advertising app I used Overall, it needs a complete renovation and modernisation I am happy with a vibe however it was outdated as opposed to being quirky, shabby chic cottage (which I thought it would be) The office and room was dusty, the proprietor and manager seemed behind with the times (they did not know how to mirror screen) The ground floor was undergoing a reservation apparently The breakfast was priced at £14! He said its undergoing renovation in light of this, I think I was it was overpriced (considering there is a local wetherspoons with a much cheaper breakfast) Manager was helpful at times and it was cheaper than most places It was freezing outside, I put the heating on at maximum temperature when I got in and he said he cannot afford for me to have the heating to its maximum However, I would look around before booking.

The room was not up to par very dusty to the point of coughing. The neighborhood felt unsafe we were warnedabout the propertyon arrival by neighbors. The entrance to the property was even dusty. Limited to no toiletries. Bathroom was not clean. The bedding was dusty and did not seem clean-We arrivedto bug wings on the pillows. Overall disappointed stay for the price we paid. We need a refund. Wouldn't ever stay here again.

The street outside the guest house very noisy with traffic and people coming out the local pub , the guest house was very clean and well kept , The breakfast was not very nice very greasy and two eggs and bacon and chopped mushroom is not a full breakfast , my first breakfast was greasy but filling , my second breakfast the two lady’s cooking didn’t even know I was booked for a breakfast , so ended up with two fry’s eggs chopped mushroom , half a tomato , and three pieces of bacon because there was no sausages left , yet after me a American guy got sausages on his plate , no beans , no black pudding , no fry,d bread , and no sausage is not a full English breakfast , tho this is my only complaint with the guest house I would stay there again but without the breakfast ,

I stayed in this Bed and breakfast due to unexpected circumstances and needed a place to stay..,.as late in the day. I am not from these shores and found the overall attitude very unfriendly and condescending. The deal breaker was the extremely poor Internet..terrible!!! ..if you want to do any more than check emails don't stay here ! I needed to contact clients via zoom and this was impossible. I was not amused. The bed was uncomfortable, and walls paper thin, and breakfast was edible, hence the one star . ..so I will not be returning.

Very Convenient for us as we were travelling by train into London Heathrow and needed an overnight stay close to terminal two. Very efficient welcome and extremely helpful organising our Taxi in the morning to take us to the terminal. Free upgrade to a newly furnished apartment complete with mini kitchenette with fridge. Excellent ! Two fans provided and advice about eating our options. Many thanks

A last minute, late evening check in due to a long layover at Heathrow resulted in a brief stay at Oakwood. The room and bathroom were simple but clean and comfortable. The proprietor was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. He arranged our early morning transport back to the airport. We stayed a brief time and didn’t see/experience any other amenities that may have been available.

To our surprise he let us stay in a very spacious room. An upgrade and it did not affect the payment that we booked. Thanks so much for making our stay very memorable.

The room and ensuite bathroom were spotless and the bed very comfortable - I had a great night's sleep. My stay was perfect, exactly what i needed. Clean, comfortable room and very helpful host. Provided great tour, travel and transportation recommendations. The area is very walkable has a great assortment of stores and restaurants close by. I especially recommend the Griddle a couple blocks away.

I usually don't bother with reviews but I really wanted to point out how nice the people who work at this place are and how it's a great option for a missed flight disaster or whatever you're dealing with around Heathrow. If you're going to arrive after 10 PM make sure you contact them to get the self-check in codes and instructions. Fridge in room , tea and coffee in room and cozy set up. My 7 AM Uber to Heathrow was only 15 GPB.

Lovely welcome and a nice clean property. We were driving from out of London, so it was a handy location and there was secure parking. Although quite far out of the city, the tube station was a short walk away and the Elizabeth line took us straight into town. Late trains back available too. Would definitely stay here again.

The street outside the guest house very noisy with traffic and people coming out the local pub , the guest house was very clean and well kept , The breakfast was not very nice very greasy and two eggs and bacon and chopped mushroom is not a full breakfast , my first breakfast was greasy but filling , my second breakfast the two lady’s cooking didn’t even know I was booked for a breakfast , so ended up with two fry’s eggs chopped mushroom , half a tomato , and three pieces of bacon because there was no sausages left , yet after me a American guy got sausages on his plate , no beans , no black pudding , no fry,d bread , and no sausage is not a full English breakfast , tho this is my only complaint with the guest house I would stay there again but without the breakfast ,

We could not have been happier with our stay at Oakwood B&B! It was comfortable, clean and the perfect location. Close to the airport, walking distance to the train station, and great places to eat within walking distance. Bonus that it is so affordable.

Tom, the manager is not there all day and I contacted him before checking in He said he is in and out all day and does not have his reception manned consistently throught the day He sounded flustered with his building work when I called and started saying things were not advertised properly with the advertising app I used Overall, it needs a complete renovation and modernisation I am happy with a vibe however it was outdated as opposed to being quirky, shabby chic cottage (which I thought it would be) The office and room was dusty, the proprietor and manager seemed behind with the times (they did not know how to mirror screen) The ground floor was undergoing a reservation apparently The breakfast was priced at £14! He said its undergoing renovation in light of this, I think I was it was overpriced (considering there is a local wetherspoons with a much cheaper breakfast) Manager was helpful at times and it was cheaper than most places It was freezing outside, I put the heating on at maximum temperature when I got in and he said he cannot afford for me to have the heating to its maximum However, I would look around before booking.

I stayed in this Bed and breakfast due to unexpected circumstances and needed a place to stay..,.as late in the day. I am not from these shores and found the overall attitude very unfriendly and condescending. The deal breaker was the extremely poor Internet..terrible!!! ..if you want to do any more than check emails don't stay here ! I needed to contact clients via zoom and this was impossible. I was not amused. The bed was uncomfortable, and walls paper thin, and breakfast was edible, hence the one star . ..so I will not be returning.

A real gem and highly recommend.. It's the first time I've stayed in a "B&B".. Usually opt for hotels or whole apartment / house etc.. This place is superb in every sense.. Staff are super friendly and helpful.. Go above and beyond in making you feel welcome. Rooms are high quality and very clean with all amenities you would need. Ample free car parking and 5 min walk to West Drayton tube station.. Will definitely be first port of call when visiting London again.

Great little en-suite room for me as a solo traveller. Room had everything I needed which was great. We were also given local restaurant and shop directions by the staff which was super helpful. Some parking on the front (limited spaces) but I did manage to get one whilst there. On street parking available for free after 5pm. Breakfast was offered but I didn’t partake.
