Overall, the hotel is in a great area close to west Brompton tube station, the Room was clean and smelled fresh, the staff were friendly, and overall the condition was modern and bright. Parking was £22 for the day, and they do add service charges at the bar, which i find unacceptable. Toilets in the bar were dirty, can't blame the hotel really, as guests that smear body fluids up the back of a door are disgusting Overall good stay

The hotel room was fully renovated, very spacious and clean. Bathroom was big enough and had a good and relaxing shower. Hotel was under renovations and only negative point was that they did not let us know about the temporary entrance. The surrounding area was well served by restaurants and coffee shops, and very near from the next subway station. Hotel had a bar with pool table and thought that was cool they were transmitting Premier League and Formula 1 on a big screen.

Why does the hotel require me to reconnect to the Wifi EVERY SINGLE TIME you return to the hotel? EVERY SINGLE TIME and it's a 5 step process. EVERY SINGLE TIME. And then, it constantly disconnects for bad connection. WHY? Has the chain not paid their WiFi bill?

Unexpectedly pleased with this hotel. The hotel location is more West Brompton than Earls Court, located about 5 minutes from West Brompton underground station. The room was recently renovated, clean, quiet and spacious, the bed was comfortable. There was a gunky smell in the bathroom, I think it was from the shower drain. For the money it was a great stay.

This was an average 3 star property but the bathroom was not good, back mould around the bath, not very welcoming, did not use. Carpet on inside of door in front of bathroom was wet and the room smelt musty. Luckily we only slept here and the beds were comfortable.

Awful hotel. Black mould underneath the window ledge. Room was so hot and the ac didnt work. Staff were lovely and got us a fan. Pillows uncomfortable, Ibis or Mercure or whoever actually runs this hotel should be embarrassed. Never again.

The shower has a fixed glass instead of sliding doors or a curtain so that when you shower, you can't help but spray the floor too. This is a common problem in England in general -some sort of law? Not enough shelves/ bedside tables. Bed is good. New upgraded room, not the old room, make sure you know which room you are booking.

The hotel was recently renovated and you could see yhe lobby had a fresh look, the room was nicely decorated, its was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was really good even though it was busy at certain times, would definitely stay here again.

Our room was newly renovated and sparkling clean. The size of the room, quality of the furnishings and layout, and the price are peak value. A buffet breakfast was provided with plenty of healthy options. Access to the underground is nearby, so getting to and from sites and shows was easy. An excellent experience.

We went for a midweek break, booked it as the hotel was recently done refurbishment. The hotel and room look nice, however, the air con can not be set to each room to our liking. instead it is centrally controlled, even though there is a controller in the room, it doesnt work. First night, the room was 23C, we were unable to sleep. Ask reception about it, they advise air con doesnt work individually to each room. The offered us a desk fan to cool the room down, but its just circulating hot air around the room. It was disappointing to our visit.

This hotel was actually a positive surprise. The reception, interior and rooms where nice and perfectely done. Good bathroom and a decent bed. However the Wifi in the room didn’t work at all, only during short periods of time. In the dining area and reception the Wifi was great. Should be just as good in the rooms considering it’s 2024. The TV was also a disapointment. No HD-channels at all and no possibility to cast or stream from your phone. Felt like the tech was from 2010 in an otherwise nice and fresh hotel.

The location is a few minutes walk from the underground (subway) and the train station. The room is a skeleton room. It has no fridge, no bottled water, no facial tissue, and nothing more than a few towels and 2 refillable soap bottles mounted over the sink and the tub in the bathroom. The shower was found not working after we first checked in. The mechanic showed up immediately after we called the front desk. The toilet bowl seat was broken on the third day when we return at night. I called the front desk and waited more than 15 minutes with no mechanic showed up, before personally complaining to the manager at the front desk. We waited another 20 minutes before 3 men came including the manager. We were so frustrated because these kind of repairs should have been done immediately after the maid discovered them while he or she was cleaning the room. The manager was kind enough to offer us an upgrade, which I didn't want. He then offered us complementary breakfasts. The breakfast was very good, except no salad available.

Came back for the second time as we were quite pleased with our first stay earlier this year. The hotel looks renovated and new, great price and a very good english breakfast. Sadly encountered some distressing issues with the original room a few days into our stay and the room we got changed to after. We still rate it high because of the treatment we got after checkout by the Guest Relations Manager Mr. Dulal. He responded very quick to our concern and experience with our second stay at Ibis. He had already arranged an inspection with the housekeeping team the following morning after we had reported the encounter to the receptionist and even if they didn't find anything in the search, they also arranged a third-party specialist company to conduct an independent inspection of the room the same day. He updated us through the process, reassured us and took our concerns very serious. We got the report back and there were no founds and Mr. Dulal also gave us some refund for our stay as a gesture, which we truly appreciate! We truly appreciate Mr. Dulal and he makes us want to come back because we felt seen and valued by him. Truly grateful with Mr. Dulal! He showed us great empathy, validated our feelings, real transparancy and true care for our concerns and feelings. He truly deserves a raise, because he has great values that reflects when in contact with guests.

Unfortunately my spouse tripped on the stairs coming from the restaurant to the main floor. Staff were quick to ice her foot and provide some crutches. We were there another 3 days and no management bothered to enquire how she was doing. Subsequently we continued on a planned cruise and she still can't put her weight on the foot (12 days later). Just disappointed the staff showed no interest in our situation following the initial fall.

Easy check-in on arrival, staff very polite, friendly and very helpful. The hotel has been recently renovated (ongoing), very neat and modern, had everything we needed. Even an ironing station down the hall. Beds were very comfortable, charging plugs right beside each bed (twin room). The bar was open 24 hours, also served snacks and a variety of food, sandwiches, pizza, muffins and pastries. Good location, very close to public transportation, one tube station a few minutes away, another about a 10 minute walk away. Restaurants and shops a short walk up Lillie Road. A few cafés within very close proximity, a few minutes walk. A short 15 minute taxi ride to Victoria Station, very convenient to get to where you need to go, such as Gatwick Express train to the airport. I would recommend this hotel for a London stay if you don`t mind walking or using public transportation.

Arrived in the evening and was very impressed with the hotel. The renovations they have done are fabulous. Had an issue with my shower in my room and it wasn’t working, so went down to reception and was greeted instantly and someone was up to fix it within 5 minutes. The shower couldn’t be fixed so was moved to a different room and resettled within 20 minutes and given 2 free drinks for the trouble. Extremely impressed with the service and staff would definitely recommend and the rooms are spacious, comfy and exactly like the photos.

The common areas have been recently renovated, but the rooms are in disrepair. Front desk staff was helpful, but repair workers/cleaners let themselves into my room without knocking while I was still in the room just out of a shower! It was a jarring experience and caused me to feel unsafe.

My Autistic Adult Nephew and his mother were booked into this hotel whilst repairs were being undertaken in his flat. All i can say Kristan at the front desk is the most professional person i have ever met. Who goes over and beyond. Kritian's communication and insight about my Nephews needs and requirements is just impeccable! If there any hesitations about staying here, rest assured just book because you will not be disappointed! The rest of the staff were kind and condiserate. My daughter and I stayed here for 5 days on a recent trip to London. It is located about 2 blocks from the West Brompton Station on the Direct Line (convenient to get to many tourist sites in Central London). The room was simple, but clean and comfortable. We did not request daily housekeeping. The staff was very helpful arranging some car services. My daughter needed refrigeration for some medication. The room did not have a fridge, but the staff kept her meds securely until needed. There are several good restaurants with a variety of cuisines nearby. The Ibis Earls Court is located a little farther west than we have stayed before, but because the Direct Line is so handy, I would stay in this area again in future.

Lovely hotel. All staff were friendly. Room was modern, clean but very small. The bed was so comfortable. We loved our stay. We had dinner in the restaurant. The vegan burger was delicious and the breakfast was good too. We woukd stay again The only thing was the parking, it was an extra £20 on what wed paid but not the end of the world.

Room was great - unusually slept very well too and the location is a stones throw from a tube stop, with a bus stop straight outside also. Breakfast was very chaotic with a lot of people (other guests) diving around you, and felt the layout wasn’t the best for the amount of people there. But the quality of food was good, with some vegan options, and would be happy to stay again.

Hotel nice, comfy bed but had to request twice for soap dispenser to be filled ( online request mustn't have been seen. Not a great deal around this West Brompton area but further afield Earls Court ok for food, bars and shops. The thing that spoiled our stay was we wish we hadn't paid for a daily breakfast. Poor cereal choice (no weetabix), tea was very weak (whereas the room Twinings tea was fine. The warm cooked food was poor - the bacon looked raw. Reasonable choice though. But lastly, we have never tasted such disgusting orange or apple juice from the dispenser. It was nothing but awful tasting orangey coloured water. Not even as good as cheap dilute orange squash. Very poor from such a hotel group. Not that difficult to source some decent juices surely? Terrible stuff!

Fantastic upper hotel in a perfect location. Very comfortable with a good bathroom. Great breakfast with a lot of choice of hot and cold food. Freshly squeezed orange juice and a selection of coffees.
