Great location but the standard room is smaller than most (think Paris on a budget) and ours could have done with some maintenance/upkeep. The check-in wasn’t very welcoming and the food in the bar was bland (after having to remind our server about our drinks order - surprising bearing in mind we were two of only four people in the bar). We only stayed one night but checked out a little underwhelmed.

Room was okay, had to change due to noisy AC, staff were friendly and changed my room with no issues.

Location was excellent for what I needed, however, my room was at the back of the hotel and was noisy all night from alarms. There is no iron or iron boards in the room you have to ask. And the breakfast offering while excellent selections, quality was not great and slow to refill the buffet. Also, the Air con was not working correctly

The staff were friendly and helpful about the check in process and leaving our bags there while we was out for the day. We got to the room am there was rose petals and nicely done towels with ribbon on and a cheesecake on the side which was delicious but we didn’t ask for any of it. The bed was comfy. The towels were clean. All in all it was a good hotel and great location and views.
