Loved the breakfast room, the staff and the neigbourhood, of this hotel! The interior is pleasant and has nice features. They clearly have a focus on the aesthetic. Needed more attention to cleanliness and guest comfort- my room had a noisy panel that went off at random times with a loud electronic sound- maybe the boiler? The sink was blocked and the cups and glasses dirty with coffee stain and toothpaste residue. The staff did come and change the glasses immediately when I complained. They tried to unblock the sink but it was blocked again the next day.

Such an easy walk from the tube, situated on a lovely street and a nice neighbourhood to wander around. Room was extremely clean and spacious with 2 windows looking out over the street. Soft sheets, comfy bed and air con is always a plus. Breakfast had a nice selection of pastries, toast, meats and cheese, yoghurts, fruit which was perfect in the conservatory area. Overall friendly staff and a perfect stopover treat for work.

The hotel looks much better online in the photos than it is. Above all, it bothers me that you can only check in digitally and that everything is done digitally. It's so impersonal and tedious and just zero convenience. You can tell that this whole concept is just about saving money. The furnishings are also cheap and maybe a third as nice as in the photos. The hotel lacks charm and ambience. Impossible are these tables at breakfast, which are lower than the chairs, so you sit uncomfortably. The operation in the shower is so stupidly installed that cooler water is hardly possible to set, sometimes I almost burned myself, so hot it was. It was fine for two nights, but I would not have wanted to be there longer. I also don't like that the room is not cleaned daily.

I stayed for three nights and the room was not serviced once. I asked for fresh towels and they never arrived. Breakfast is poor. The area is quiet, perhaps a bit far to tube stops but great to get a real taste of Chelsea and the Kings Road.

The hotel and staff - overall - were lovely. 1st room was nice but cleaning could do with a little more scrutiny : for instance the walls were still dirty, smudged with previous tenants toothpaste, and the second room clearly had someone smoking in the room prior to us checking in. Not a pleasant feeling

It was also really cold, no heating on a cold Oct weekend and a thin summer duvet with no blankets. Shower had very little water pressure. Fine for one night but much more budget feeling than 4* hotel.

It was a terrible hotel. The photos have nothing to do with what the property is. It is a scam. For the price they charge you get nothing!! Imposible to call this a 4 star as Expedia does. Not more than 2 star hotel. Horrible experience. The people working there are unhappy and not willing to help at all. Rooms were dirty, stained sheets, a/c did not work in two of the three rooms we had. No cleaning service at all!! DONT STAY HERE! I’m sorry I did ….

Very Disappointing stay. This was not a cheap hotel and yet I had no wifi that worked and I was here on business also there was no water pressure. The breakfast was the only thing that was positive. I have complained directly to the hotel and they have refunded me a small part of my stay which was kind of them but when I fly to London for meetings I expect to be staying in a Hotel that works at this level of cost.

The hotel is in a great area ! breakfast is very good. the only thing is connecting rooms are not sound proof and you an hear everything that happens in the other room. If you get no connecting rooms is amazing!

The staff are not interested and look like they don’t want to be there. The door lock system is absolutely stupid. The room was clean and the bed was very nice. Breakfast was basic and no one could work out the coffee machine it was too complicated.

We had to pay 35 pounds for earlier check in at 1:30 pm. Then at 3 pm, a fire alarm went off which interrupted our sleep. Room facilities were poor, which had only one small chair and desk. They don’t provide any cleaning at all. You have to ask for towels and toilet papers. No tissue box.

We arrived at 3 pm and were told our room was ready, but that if we wanted to enter before 4 pm, we would have to pay an additional “early” check in fee of $30. Ridiculous. The man at the check in made us sit there for 1 hour watching the clock before he “allowed” to enter our room at 4 pm. 3 pm is hardly “early” check in and plus the room was ready - absolutely no effort was made to be accommodating, instead just to extort us for $30.

Nasty and unhelpful staff (our room was ready at 3 pm but he said if we entered before 4 pm they would charge us $50, ridiculous at a $450/night hotel) He made us sit and watched the clock before he gave us the keys. Then, the coffee maker was broken, the hook in the bathroom was very obviously broken and should have been fixed and we were kept awake all night by the guest in the room next door snoring — showing how cheap and flimsy the hotel was. Sonder is a RIP OFF - so many better hotels around London and Chelsea for the price.

Only a 12 minute walk from the South Kensington tub line. The shopping and pubs in the area are excellent. The staff are very friendly and there are many of them. The breakfast is free and delicious

The hotel is fine, great location but the rooms look a little tired, the self entry is ok but would be better if the phone key opened the main door as well. Breakfast was very good.

The location is perfect. The rooms are a little tired ie the wooden floors and the sleeper sofa than we did not use for sleeping but to sit was uncomfortable. The staff was really nice and very helpful in particular a man name Andreas who checked us in and during our stay. The included breakfast is really good if you get there before it is all gone. Some days during our stay and way before the end of the specified time for breakfast there was no more pastries or bread or orange for the juice. So that was a bit disappointing. All in all I would stay there again as it is a very convenient location for me.

The location close to Chelsea Common, and an easy (and beautiful) walk to South Kensington, is just amazing. And the relatively low cost to stay, I'd say, was very compelling for the area. The simple breakfast was high quality and well done. The rooms were simple, bare but had what you needed, and most importantly, very well priced. Highly recommended.

Perfect spot in Chelsea to explore London. Quick walk to the tube, lots of food and drink options around, even a pretty easy walk to the center of the city. The place was immaculate and clean, the bed was big and comfortable. One of the best stays I've had in London, hands down.

Ideally located 10 min walking distance from South Kensigton Underground station, 5 min to Brompton Raod, Sloan Street and Walton Street with many shops and restaurant options. Clean room with functional furniture, rainshower and a Nespresso machine with capsules :-) Breakfast buffet with good choice incl. freshly squeezed orange juice, backed muffiisn, etc.

We really liked this place. The staff were great. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. The neighbourhood was lovely. The room was very comfortable. It was very convenient - we could get to anyplace we needed to go. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Only a 12 minute walk from the South Kensington tub line. The shopping and pubs in the area are excellent. The staff are very friendly and there are many of them. The breakfast is free and delicious

The hotel is fine, great location but the rooms look a little tired, the self entry is ok but would be better if the phone key opened the main door as well. Breakfast was very good.

The location close to Chelsea Common, and an easy (and beautiful) walk to South Kensington, is just amazing. And the relatively low cost to stay, I'd say, was very compelling for the area. The simple breakfast was high quality and well done. The rooms were simple, bare but had what you needed, and most importantly, very well priced. Highly recommended.

The staff are not interested and look like they don’t want to be there. The door lock system is absolutely stupid. The room was clean and the bed was very nice. Breakfast was basic and no one could work out the coffee machine it was too complicated.

Really lovely stay, continental breakfast was of surprisingly good quality, quality of toiletries (incl conditioner!) were good, blackout blinds and coffee in the room, nice staff

Unimpressed with the way the hotel is run. Continental breakfast was offered but had very little variety and staff did not re-fill when what they did offer was gone. No clean towels within the duration of stay.

We had a verry nice stay. The breakfast is simple, coffee shop style, it is not a continental breakfast, most of the items are sweet pastries. If you come a little later, most of the items will be gone, since there are no refills.

We picked the least expensive room and it was nicely decorated but very small. Shower pressure is rubbish. The staff are friendly and helpful, lovely location. Complimentary breakfast is a nice touch but stale pastries

I was not aware that no humans would be involved. A few snafus resulted (I reserved two rooms under my name, but the software would not let me checkin for the second room and get the room code. After some hassle with AI, we got a human via chat who re-set my account so that I could register the second one. All of the self serve lockers (which were too few and/or too small) were in use and one was broken. Thankfully, while we were trying to figure out how to store the luggage somewhere else, our rooms become available early, so problem averted. Otherwise, the property was great and convenient.

The Numa Hotel was perfect for our one-night stay, and we would happily have stayed longer. The rooms and reception were spotless, and the amenities were great. The location was excellent too, with everything we needed within easy walking distance.
