Lovely property and really enjoy the elevator. Makes traveling easier with luggage. Wonderful continental breakfast. Staff all pleasant and helpful when questions arose.

Fantastic London hotel.. exceeded our expectations! Room was spacious and recently renovated to a very high standard with good facilities. Staff very friendly and allowed us to store our luggage prior to check in and after checking out. Breakfast is simple but you get enough to do. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

Got this as our main base while we go about London. Its location is very good, across a pub and about 30 steps to Victoria station where you can easily get transportation, and food. It is close to Buckingham palace,Green park and Westminster. Rooms are sufficient and clean, it has a/c so that is amazing. The family room can sleep 4 people and that is a plus in our books. Lobby is small and intimate. There are no lifts in this place so be careful specially if you have heavy luggage’s. The floors are very thin and noisy and if that person above you decided to move furniture at 3pm, YOU WILL HEAR IT. One other thing is that there is someone in the reception that reeks BO and if that person is the first point of contact by the guest, it is a major turn off and reflects the business and brand.

When we checked in, the room provided to me has a broken air conditioner. The temperature was 85 degrees in London that day! Took them a while to replace my room with another one that has working AC. On top of that, the only elevator was also broken. I am an elderly person with mobility problem..it was an awful experience. For the price that this "Comfort" Inn charges they should do much better. Do they know such thing as "preventive maintenance?

The location was good for us. However, the condition of the property was not good! One of the electic outlets looked like it had caught fire, there was a stain the color of rust on the ceiling about 6 inches diameter , and there were several runs of black goo dripping from the ceiling to the top of the entry door frame.

Room was clean and new. Bed was nice. Hotel staff was friendly. Hotel location was great! 200m to victoria place where you can eat and do your shoppings. Same building train station and underground. Breakfast was not worth of 10£. Nothing fresh, no basic bacon, eggs,sausages, lettuce etc. Breakfast room was clean and everything i ate was good. Walls was like a paper, you could hear everything to your room. We still slept good and more i was worried about others (i had 2 children with me). All ok and i can recomendd!

The bedding had hair on it.Looked like it needed to be washed

Compact is an understatement, but if you just need a clean bed and bath near Victoria Station, it's fine. On the ground floor, you'll hear the rumble of the London underground train, but not loud enough to be bothersome. Clean accommodation in good location. 45 minute cab ride from London City Airport.

The Comfort Inn Victoria was a very comfortable and clean hotel. It is a small hotel but is centrally located in Belgrade’s and Westminster. Hotel and area were quiet. Staff were helpful and room was clean. Property is well maintained. The rooms are not spacious, we had a triple room and it was fine for us (2 adults, 1 child)

The room is quite clean. It is in a central location but still very quiet. The hotel receptionists are friendly.

Our room was tiny and damp. At night when we lay down in bed the sheets felt damp. We were only staying 2 nights and just soldiered through.

The room was tiny, barely fit a double bed in it. In between the rumblings of the trains into Victoria, we had the noise from upstairs of people jumping up and down on the floor. I guess the question is what do you expect for a room only rate of £130? Never again. Do not believe the description on hotels.com for sure!!

Rooms air conditioned, clean and extremely accessible to London attractions. Literally across the street from Victoria Underground station out the Victoria Street exit. Rooms small but well maintained and worth the money. Remember, this used to be a residence so the rooms are still the same.

Air condition was leaking water

Room in basement with no window. Felt like a dungeon and like a fire trap. Was NOT told about location of room. One assumes they'll get a window too. No window in a hotel room is illegal in Canada. This was not a cheap room either. Feel like I've been had. Can't recommend Expedia based on this experience.

We booked 2 rooms, when we entered one room we noticed windows open with no screens 1st floor balcony style. Turn on AC let it run for a few hours and the room was just stifling hot at 95/96 degrees. We were told by the front dest some AC weren't working as was given a fan and open the windows as the only had 1 room that wasn't clean left. For safety reasons we didn't feel comfortable keeping the windows open. My family of 5 had to take turns sleeping in the room that the AC worked. The room was pretty much unusable as it was so hot for $400+ a night was waste. The front desk just gave as a complaint form to fill out.

Got a room in the basement. It was a tiny room. Great location, very close to Victoria Station. People were nice and helpful.

Ideally situated for both Victoria coach Station and main line train station. Room though small had a comfy bed and all amenities. The bathroom was clean and modern with a super shower. Couldn't get the TV or the air con to work some instructions would've been helpful

Hot no a/c

Room was clean, but very noisy air conditioning. Also regular noise from the trains, and people talking loudly & banging doors in the corridor made for a very poor night's sleep

I had a room on the lower ground floor, a few feet above the Victoria Underground line. I was glad when they stopped about midnight, until just after 5 when they started again.

The people that manage your desk were excellent. They made sure that we had everything we needed and that our stay was comfortable.

Location is a pretty convenient as it’s near Victoria train station. If you’re adventurous and doesn’t mind walking then this hotel location is for you. It’s about 17 mins to Buckingham palace, 25 minutes to Big Ben. There is no fridge no microwave but I think that’s a Europe thing. The staff were very unfriendly, uninformative, we asked general questions such as places to eat nearby and no answer like we didn’t exist. We got back late evening one night and realized I was out of water. I went to the front desk to ask if there’s water anywhere and he said “no” and started watching on his phone. Other than that, it’s worth the price. You really do pay for what you get. The rooms are very very very small so make sure you read the whole disclosure. I think this is only good for one person one day kind of stay.

One of the reasons I booked Comfort Inn at Victoria was that the Hotels.com website indicated that the hotel has AC. On Thursday, August 10, 2023, the day time high was 80oF, we checked into the Comfort Inn at Victoria, and then found that the AC was not working in our room and requested another room. We were told that the hotel was fully booked and they would not be able to give us another room until maybe Saturday, definitely Sunday. In order to move to another room, we would have to pack up all our things in the morning, put the luggage in a storage room, then move to another room in the afternoon. We were afraid that we might not have a room at all during the process, thus decided to stay. In the mid of our stay, I asked about the status of AC repair. The staff was annoyed at me for asking. During our stay of 5 nights, no one came to repair the AC. Although it cooled off on Saturday and the hotel provided us a fan, the room was still very warm because the window has a device which limits the opening up to 8 inch. In order to let the cool air come in, we had to keep the curtain and windows open, which let in the noise from the busy street and it gets light early in London. The sleep is not good. The good things about the hotel are location and breakfast. I will not recommend this hotel because you might not get what you pay for. And the staff can be rude.

This hotel was really conveniently located. We were able to walk to the theatre, restaurants, tours, trains and the tube. Not a luxury hotel by any means but very adequate for our stay. I would book again.

Good hotel for a short stay. Location near Victoria Station makes for easy travel within the city. Pub across the street can get noisy. Rooms are not well insulated against sound. Overall absolutely recommendable.

Excellent location near Victoria Station...great for families!...we took a tour on our cruise arrival to Southampton which return us to the Victoria station, 3 minute walk, saving in rides!

Great location & property! Very close & walkable to Victoria Station, Buckingham Palace, pubs & restaurants. Easy connections through Victoria Station to rail lines & other underground lines. Good breakfast, additional 10 pounds sterling per person, per day.

Hotel is situated close to many bus tour departure points, including Evan Evans tours, Harry Potter tours. Also. Walking distance to Westminister Abbey and Big Ben and Victoria Station. Small but functional rooms and A/C worked.

Rooms appeared newly refurbished and were certainly in quite good condition. Breakfast quite poor for the money

Didn't like the breakfast options - Think a fruit salad would go along way or at least more fruit choices. Only oranges and grapes, didn't really go well oatmeal.

The hotel was in a fantastic position for Victoria Coach and Train stations. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was cosy and comfortable, and everything you needed was provided.The breakfast offered a great continental choice and was good value. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to London via Victoria. We look forward to staying again.
