City London Hotel

Would not recommend this hotel. Firstly, on my second night the fire alarms went off 5 times all throughout the night and the hotel couldn't tell us anything, causing anxiety and stress, as well as no sleep. The hotel cleaning staff entered my room twice even though I had the do not disturb sign up. The room was not clean and I had a dried up contact lens left on the window sill when I arrive. I also emailed the hotel after the stay to query the fire alarms and had no response. 100% avoid

The room was clean. The staff at the front desk was very helpful, friendly and professional. The hotel is accessible by bus and the underground. Very ideal location.

Single room was small - no desk and minimal hanging space, but clean and comfortable to sleep in. Breakfast is officially from 07:30 but was open earlier which was good.

It was perfectly okay! Staff were really nice. Bit noisy but for the price - great location and a fine stay!

We were incredibly happy with our stay. A short tube ride in to the city and certainly had all we needed. Nice and quiet. Staff were amazing and incredibly welcoming. Supermarket just down the street. Snacks on hand and the most beautiful welcome on arrival. Luggage storage was also much appreciated.
