At counter check in WiFi was given but weak signal when in the room. In the room it was okay no Aircon just a fan equally similar to travel log. There was no remote to control Tele so no TV as well but not forgetting the way the cleaning of walls with Staining and where you can cracks is not good The worse of all is there was no hot water at the final day stay to have a shower plus the whole plate for the hot and cold panel was coming outwith the shower pipe moving from the inside of the wall.. Adding all these issues says it need to fix things before allowing people to stay in one of these room

The beds were not comfortable at all. It was extremely hot in the room with two fans that did not work well. Lastly it was very noisy as it is right next to a busy street. On a positive note, the front desk staff was very friendly.

Booked a double room. Didn’t know the room was a loft conversion so the eves were very low. Often hit my head. Key card didn’t work on the front door and staff took a long time to let me in. Kettle was too dirty to feel comfortable using. Was good for the money as it didn’t cost the world. Had an iron, ironing board and fan. Clean towels and bedding. I would book again but I would ask to not be on the top floor.

The light fitings in the room were coming away from the ceiling and looked unsafe. The water in the shower went down to a trickle while taking a shower. Properly because of the water presure. The stairs leading to the 2nd floor leans a lot to the right so when climbing its a bit nerve-wrecking. It was a good location though and the staff were nice.

Great place for budget conscious travelers. About 30 mins from main attractions but public transportation is super easy and convenient from here. The staff is friendly, the place is ok. No elevator, no AC.

The accommodation was decent value for money for London. A mediocre rating was given because the attic room had an open roof upon arrival and the carpet in the room was damp from rain. This isn't really necessary for a good guest experience.

Lovely hotel for using as a base to get around London. 10 minute walk from Shepherds Bush Underground & the Westfield Mall with shops ranging from Primark to Gucci. Each room in the hotel is on suite with a shower & a small package of shampoo, soap & shower gel is provided in the room, along with fresh towels. Our room had a small fridge & kettle with tea bags, coffee satchets, sugar & milk. Internal stairs are a bit steep but managable. Reception staff were friendly and informative.

At this price and area was not expecting that much but has was not going to be there much more than sleeping not that worried booked it has the pictures make it look great for the price. The accomidation itself was dirty and unkept with the carpet hanging on the extinstent by the few remaining strands it still had and its mainy stains on entering the room on the hike up the stairs there was a strong smell of mold which could only be made tolerable by having the window open close the window and within minutes it was intolerable again. Staff were more interested in watching there shows on discrord and talking with there friends than helping out. Interesting that they still use a picture of a Breakfast buffet because that is not available. When the above issues were raised with expedia they were unhelpfull in all ways deninig there own pictures and reports from long standing customers. In short dont stay there

The location was awesome. Right between two major Train stations. Busses right out the door. Room was a little smaller than we expected but did the trick for sure. Room was clean and kept clean for our entire week. There was always some around 24 hrs a day to help with any needs.

I’ve stayed in many hotels around London and in other places and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The sheets obviously hadn’t been washed since the last guest, they smelled bad and there was a huge brown stain on the blanket. The ceiling was very low and I couldn’t stand up straight in most of the room (I’m 5 ft 6…) the bathroom was super tiny and the shower barely working. Staff were rude and the room was so hot I could barely breathe in there. They say you get what you pay for put I still paid way too much for this crap. Wouldn’t stay there again if it was free.

Listen, you get what you pay for I realized paying under a 100 would be a vibe. But there was blood on the chair in the room and pretty sure a swipe of poo in the sink. The sink is uncomfortably close to the loo, so it tracks. Anything that could leave the room (linens) seemed cleaned but nothing else was, it was a filthy room. Right off the main strip it was loud and you had to keep the window open or it was stuffy and a bit smelly. The sink drain, didn’t drain, thankfully I used it the day I was checking out as I had to leave it full of water. Seriously just spend the extra money to get a room without blood and poo smeared around it!!!

The welcome was great, the man on reception was lovely and couldn’t do enough to help. Unfortunately, the room was filthy! Tobacco strands and hair in the bed, a dirty toilet, drip marks down the mirrors, scuff marks all over the walls. Not somewhere I’d stay again - sorry!

It has a musty smell when you walk in. The rooms & bathrooms are very small. The sheets and mattresses had stains on them. The first night we were there, we found a bed bug in one of the beds. The hotel gave us a new room. Beds were super hard, and the area is very noise. Lots of sirens going off at all times. Our beds were made daily and the garage taken out. But nothing else was wiped down. We used the cups for coffee, but they never took the dirty mugs, or gave us clean ones. We had to wash our own cups. But the hotel was located by a tube station, about 10 minutes walk.

Arrived expecting a double room was taken to the basement, storage room and laundry storage either side of our room, curtains where closed on arrival because view was a brick wall below ground level. Not double glazed street noise was horrific and when large vehicles went past the curtains moved. Room was ice cold no individual heating in room radiator was off, room over filled with furniture two double bed and a single, the bases of beds where smaller than mattresses so over hung. Black mould around base of shower and floor tiles broken and dirt in cracks!!! Toilet only had about 25cm from front of pan to the wall so had to sit down sideways on seat. Room far too cold to shower! Room had a kettle was NOT pat tested and extension did not reach kettle plug also NOT pat tested. Found a bug on the single bed believed to be bed bug ! We could not stay there was awful so we left and caught train home. Huge waste of money.

Was only staying for two nights I was expecting it to be a little cleaner. Lots of trash from past people staying there under the beds. One of the beds had blood all over the sheets disgusting. Bugs in the sheets as well. It was in a good place for food and transportation. Yet definitely not a lot of effort put in by staff.

Very small room for the money, I can imagine staying here as a couple would be troublesome as there is no space for suitcases. At least it was clean. I was unfortunately in a room in the basement underneath the staircase which was quite loud. However, plenty of tea and coffee available and the sheets were cleaned every night.

The location is very good, near a shopping mall and many transports options available. The hotel is a typical London house, our room was in the basement though so it was poorly lit, but the place was clean. Convenient enuogh for a short stay.

Great location with lovely local shops and bars. The hotel itself is in need of refurbishment. The first room I was given was in the basement. Generally grubby, smelled of damp and the bed was rock hard. I asked for another room which I was given, also in the basement. Only slightly better. Uncomfortable bed. Terrible banging on the ceiling from rooms upstairs. No hairdryer. Flaky Internet connection. Again generally grubby.

Good location with many underground stations nearby. Room was okay for a short stay and a solo traveler, but the conditions of the room are not brand new. Wifi was not great since it didn’t reach the room and there were issues with the warm water.

Close to a tube station. It wasn’t a bad experience but it’s nothing fancy and the wifi was down. It was a good place to crash for the night but I wouldn’t recommend staying for long.

We stayed four nights, 2 adults and a teenager, room was small but we managed as we used the hotel as a base. Hotel being painted and updated whilst we were there, new fridge and kettle in room. Bedding and towels looked new too. Had more of a guest house vibe than hotel, but met our needs, and would stay again. Near shepherds bush, goldhawk, and shepherds bush market tubes.

This hotel should be avoided at all cost!!! When I arrived I seemingly interrupted the person on reception from his clearly more important call and rather then dealing with their guest, he remained on the phone. He managed to remain on his call for the entirety of the check in process so hopefully I didn’t put him out too much. Once in the room which was located on the lower ground floor it was dark, full of damp and mould. One of the windows I was unable to lock. The bathroom had no windows, smelt of bleach with the bottle being left for me in the middle of the room which was a lovely little extra I wasn’t expecting. First morning I awoke to the sound of a gentleman vomiting and the second the same gentleman awoke me at 4am and proceeded to move around in his room so I was unable to sleep. Worst part was the smell and the mould Best part….checking out knowing I’ll never have to visit again Normally I’m one of those people who just want a place to rest my head, no thrills, cheap and cheerful…this place was truly disgusting !!!

Once in the room which was located on the lower ground floor it was dark, full of damp and mould. One of the windows I was unable to lock. The bathroom had no windows, smelt of bleach with the bottle being left for me in the middle of the room which was a lovely little extra I wasn’t expecting. First morning I awoke to the sound of a gentleman vomiting and the second the same gentleman awoke me at 4am and proceeded to move around in his room so I was unable to sleep. Worst part was the smell and the mould Best part….checking out knowing I’ll never have to visit again Normally I’m one of those people who just want a place to rest my head, no thrills, cheap and cheerful…this place was truly disgusting !!!

When he finally did he lashed at me in anger saying it's after midnight and reception is closed even though on the website it says 24/7 reception and assistance After treating me like an intruder and not a paying costumer he refused to give me my luggage which was secured in the reception. Lashing at me again that it's late, after midnight and it took a few minutes of argument until he gave it to me. Shameful, unprofessional and disgusting behaviour, not in line with a service&hospitality Please take this to consideration before allowing him to treat costumers Thanks for your attention

Hotel is not great , rooms although clean bedding, just felt dirty . My room smelt ok in the third floor but my colleagues room in the basement smelt damp. Surrounding area felt unsafe , Shepherd’s Bush park looked a bit rough at night to walk through. Must admit didn’t look at the reviews as needed to book quick as only needed the room for an early start . Would not have done if looked at reviews.

The location was awesome. Right between two major Train stations. Busses right out the door. Room was a little smaller than we expected but did the trick for sure. Room was clean and kept clean for our entire week. There was always some around 24 hrs a day to help with any needs.

Convenient location between Hammersmith and Shepherds Bush. Friendly reception team. Compact but clean room. All I needed for couple of nights seeing shows, etc round the city. Fridge in room which was nice touch, not that I had the opportunity to use it.

The location is very good, near a shopping mall and many transports options available. The hotel is a typical London house, our room was in the basement though so it was poorly lit, but the place was clean. Convenient enuogh for a short stay.

Great place for budget conscious travelers. About 30 mins from main attractions but public transportation is super easy and convenient from here. The staff is friendly, the place is ok. No elevator, no AC.

Good location with many underground stations nearby. Room was okay for a short stay and a solo traveler, but the conditions of the room are not brand new. Wifi was not great since it didn’t reach the room and there were issues with the warm water.

The Hotel is not in the best condition anymore. But for us just staying for 3 nights just to sleep there it was ok. Perfectly connected to the underground (Hammersmith and Shepard’s Bush), Supermarket and bars/snack bars just around the corner.

It was a nice room, not huge but to be expected in that kind of building. Staff were friendly enough. Bedding was clean, the beds were comfy. Toiletries and towels were replenished. No breakfast included as advertised, not too sure why. Very convenient for location. Would stay again.

We choose this hotel because of breakfast. To our surprise, there was no breakfast and there hasn’t been any since Covid. Horrible! I booked a room AND breakfast, as I was there, they told me that they don't have a breakfast. It was so dirty und the room was very very small. There was barely enough space for my luggage! The bathroom smells awful. Never again!

Do something about the smoke scent in the room dont try to mask it with air freshen, air fresher fades. Have adequate amenties like an iron and working televisions. I didnt feel safe with no one being there and the front door being open.And actually have breakfast as advertised. If you have children would you be comfortable being in an establishment that you run? Please be humane about the lodging quarters you run/own.

Be warned. This hotel is not what it looks like in the pictures. The rooms are dated and the beds sqeak terribly. The showers are tiny. The room has no AC, so yod have to open the windows at night, which let in the noise of police car sirens, odor of open sewers and cigarette smoke and bugs! There’s no breakfast, but coffee shops are just down the street. There’s a Sainsbury’s across the street. My room had an ironing board but no iron; it had an electric kettle that does not work, a TV that has four channels. The furniture were dusty. Everyday the staff comes to bring clean towels that smell like sweat (I think they use unscented detergents). Overall, not worth £150/night.

We booked with breakfast there are pictures of breakfast on the website there was no breakfast or breakfast room. Room needs updating & there was 1 pillow per person! Reception is only maned for a couple of hours a day it seems

This property is ideal for backpackers. Room/bathroom VERY small!!! When booked, breakfast was to be provided, once at hotel was told "since COVID it has been discontinued"---unacceptable!! it then should be removed from listing. Front desk service was sporadic. This hotel was super small, no where to put your luggage. Also not the cleanest, had a cheese ball next to the toilet as a ‘snack’ for arrival. The narrow and unstable stairs were tricky to navigate larger and/or heavier suitcases. When I booked, it was advertised a daily small buffet breakfast. I was advised this no longer occurs, however the signs in the room and on the booking site indicate otherwise. Lots of small issues with the room, PowerPoint cases falling off, the panel that houses the taps in the shower had come off and was balancing on and the decor was a bit alternative. Probably not somewhere I would stay again.

I booked a 2 night stay with this hotel for the breakfast and parking that they advertise. Neither were true. Turns out it's a residential area. I found out the expensive way. So, thanks for that. I know it's down to me to check. But it shouldn't be advertised as public parking. I also had yellow stains in the shower. Not sure what it was but it wouldn't came off. Unless you're a backpacker with no vehicle, and don't eat breakfast. I would avoid this place.

Staff very polite and helpful. Provided a good base for our overnight visit to London with our son. He was happy he had his own double bed, nice touch with a fridge to keep our drinks cool, and a powerful fan to keep us all cool!
