The bathroom contains black mould, which is clearly unacceptable and raises concerns regarding cleanliness and maintenance standards. In addition, no towels were provided, and despite making multiple requests, none were made available throughout the evening. As a result, I have been unable to properly wash or shower this morning. To make matters worse, the room has no air conditioning and, having been allocated a basement room, it became unbearably hot overnight. The temperature made it extremely difficult to sleep, resulting in a very uncomfortable night's stay. To make matters worse, at approximately 2:00am this morning, I was woken by an unidentified substance leaking from the ceiling directly onto the bed. This was both shocking and completely unacceptable. Not only did this disrupt my sleep, but it also raised serious concerns regarding the safety, cleanliness, and maintenance of the property.

I booked a 2 night stay with this hotel for the breakfast and parking that they advertise. Neither were true. Turns out it's a residential area. I found out the expensive way. So, thanks for that. I know it's down to me to check. But it shouldn't be advertised as public parking. I also had yellow stains in the shower. Not sure what it was but it wouldn't came off. Unless you're a backpacker with no vehicle, and don't eat breakfast. I would avoid this place.

Staff very polite and helpful. Provided a good base for our overnight visit to London with our son. He was happy he had his own double bed, nice touch with a fridge to keep our drinks cool, and a powerful fan to keep us all cool!
