On a positive note. Clean place and nice staff. In the middle of everything. Walking distance to pubs and restaurants. On a negative note. Rough, the room was a shoebox. Super small. Difficult to walk for 3 people. No place to storage our stuff, no fridge, the bathroom was super small, built for short people. The shower door did not shut all the way and we have water leaking the flo9r. Won't stay here again.

The room was ok, bed quite small for 2 people, but was nice to be able to make a cup of tea in the morning. The problem was, the bathroom was not attached to the bedroom, so we had to walk down the shared corridor and up some stairs to use the toilet, which was just for our room. It would have been nice to know this when I booked the room, as I probably would have chosen somewhere else. It was also very noisy, we were woken whenever someone came in the front door, and then early when the reception shutters were opened. The lady on the desk at reception was lovely though.

Good location and ok for 1 night but the whole building was extremely run down. Stairs felt like they were doing to collapse each time you walked up them, room door very difficult to open as the key did not fit the cylinder well. Room itself needed a refresh. Bathroom was also worn out, rusty mirror, mould on bathroom ceiling, toilet seat stained orange (looked like fake tan) and there were long dark hairs stuck to the walls of the shower that did not belong to me (a short haired man). Check in process was straightforward although there was no receptionist to be seen to make a complaint to for the duration of my stay afterwards.

This is a very basic hotel with very small room and a little expensive. Stairs are nariow without lift. All the best is the location just 5 minutes walk to St Pancras and Kings Cross station. Good for one night transfer like me. A little noisy at night. By all mean I recommend this hotel.
