Good location clean hotel room in good condition

Good location near Hyde Park and transport. Room small but cosy and very clean with a good sized shower. Liked the extra touches of biscuits, fruit, slippers and an ironing board. Would recommend.

I cannot say much positive about this hotel. The location is close to Baywater stations and that is where the positives end. Our room was facing the street and for the first 2 nights, there was a street party happening until 4am. After the second night of very little sleep, we requested a new room. We were told because we weren't packed up and ready to move, that was not possible (this was at 630am and we had an all-day event) The staff said "It should be better tonight". We said that after 2 sleepless nights we weren't willing to risk it. When we returned at 8pm from our day tour, we asked again for a new room. They were able to accommodate, however, the new room was no better. We left the next morning and found a new hotel. They were completely unapologetic. The first room was VERY hot and the A/C seemed to turn off every half every so we would have to get up and turn it on again. The windows were very thin and provide zero sound barrier to any noise. Both rooms looked tidy enough, but the property looked a bit dated. Please save yourself the trouble and DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

This hotel and all of the staff were wonderful!! Air conditioning worked, lift worked, and the staff was very helpful for lost tourists making their way through London :) Shout out to Drizia for her wonderful service!!! 5 thumbs way up!!

Great stay in a great location. Brilliant customer service from staff, had an issue with the tv remote that was resolved immediately. Only thing I would say is take ear plugs as we were kept up by the rain and noises from the floor above (I am deep sleeper as well). Also, the toilet roll is scented which is not the best so we had to go out and get non scented toilet roll. Other than that I would recommend this hotel to others. Breakfast was also lovely :)

Beautiful property, friendly staff. The only thing that could improve it would be a small room fridge.

Checked in to a dirty room with a dirty bathroom. We told the front desk and were told that it would be cleaned immediately but wasn’t attended to for 2 days. Hotel refused to change rooms or compensate for their negligence.

Probably the worst hotel experience I’ve ever dealt with. My partner and I decided on a list minute night in London and saw the nicely laid out hotel on here. We booked a room costing almost £200 and arrived at around 9:30/10pm to check in. Upon arrival we were greeted by another guest shouting about no fresh towels on their 3rd night in a row of a week long stay. When we opened the room (a basement room) we were greeting with two single beds pushed together with separate sheets in a ‘deluxe’ room option. There were still female sanitary products in the bathroom bin, chips and marks all over the walls. The mattresses were also broken. We managed to fall asleep after tossing and turning to be woken up by rats in the basement area right outside the cracked window. We ended up waking and setting off after 2 hours sleep at 5am as neither of us were able to sleep. Most awful experience. Overpriced, zero compensation and ghosted after attempting to contact them again. Shoddy and relies on location to get ANYONE through the door.

I would not stay back here unless I were unable to find anywhere else for an even somewhat comparable price. At the time, there were plenty of other options that might’ve been a bit less convenient location wise. I would recommend going with something like that instead.

A good location, but low standard pillows and bed made for an uncomfortable night. Also ensure you brief your staff that AMEX is not accepted. We went through two tries, declined, for Amex to inform me it was declined at the hotel end. This was not the receptionist’s fault. She was embarrassed.

The bed in room G106 is beyond worn-down, has not been replaced since decades. Laying down on it, my lower back was just laying on the board underneath. Really uncomfortable. Other than that, the room has no windows so no chance for natural light or fresh air. I had to book a different hotel in the end. No matter what price they charge, it's not worth it.

The area was great. Your staff were friendly we can’t fault the reception team. We felt safe it was convenient. We arrived in the night to a room with no window and this was not what we expected. I found it hard to sleep at first it felt weird. Please state this on booking. I was looking for a room last min and avoided the ones that stayed this. That’s my only complaint.

I traveled on my own, hotel seemed safe! Walls are paper thin, one can hear every word etc. in the next room!

The staff was extraordinarily nice and helpful. The room was older and a bit in need o an update and , perhaps a new mattress. .

Excellent staff

I mainly chose this hotel for its excellent location, which didn't disappoint. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, I had some issues with the room key card; it failed to work several times, and I had to get it fixed at the reception 4-5 times during my stay. Aside from that, everything was great.

This hotel and all of the staff were wonderful!! Air conditioning worked, lift worked, and the staff was very helpful for lost tourists making their way through London :) Shout out to Drizia for her wonderful service!!! 5 thumbs way up!!

Lovely property but unfortunately there is construction going on across the street so it was very noisy, they did offer to move us to a back room which was very accommodating.

I booked two rooms for 3 people (2 in one, 1 in the other). After an extremely poor experience at another place, this booking was a real relief. So friendly, lovely and accommodating at such short notice. Well positioned near tubes and buses, right near Kensington Gardens, plenty nearby and the hotel stay itself was just absolutely gorgeous. Staff were SO lovely. Thank you so so much for everything ❤️
