Staff was very nice and helpful. Otherwise, this is just a cookie cutter hotel that gets the job done. No cable TV was not a good thing.

Yes, i did book a smoking room but the room look like they never cleaned the room. The room smelled like they was just smoking in the room before we our check-in. The bathroom was never cleaned. There was hair all on the wall. The toilet was never cleaned in the bowl and when i lift the seat up. It was still pee on it. I said something to the front desk about the way it look when you. He said that he will talk to the supervisor about it. I can go on about this event.
