No pool. No burner in kitchenette and have to fight with them for my deposit back even when there is zero damage

Do not stay here. The property is unsafe. There are groups of people hanging around smoking and staring down guests. There are children running around late at night with no supervision. And the staff/management is inattentive and then disrespectful when you finally are able to contact them. We felt so unsafe that we checked out after 4 hours / when it got dark outside.

I called the front desk for more pillows. And they never came. The pillows are extremely small. The check in was a long wait even though I was the only person at the desk.
