The pool was nice out was heated, the room was average, nothing fabulous, there wasn't enough bedding, just a sheet and a thin blanket, it had a restaurant sign but no restaurant, it was a few blocks from some restaurant in a cute area and close to the beach

Property is older and rooms aged. Parking is a mess. Spots in back are tight tight tight. That said they keep the place clean and the staff was friendly. A good night at a lower price than most near the beach.

Pictures on line are very deceiving. Gyro place not open, pool very dirty, Tiki bar open only in the evening for a few hours. No breakfast, it was stated on line. Even thought I put “pay at hotel” on my reservation, my money was withdrawn 3 days prior which is probably not legal

The property was very clean that’s about it. The hotel needs to update their website. The restaurant is not open and there is no continental breakfast the bar is only open Wednesday through Sunday and closed earlier than advertised the pictures are deceiving the place is older and a little run down the overflow parking behind the building is terrible there were used comdoms and broken glass everywhere and the road is so small that you can barely get out

The pool was heated, and we were given chairs and towels for the beach. It was across the street from the beach entrance. I'll want to go next week there. Didn't like the noise of people at an outside bar. It was suppose to stop at 11 pm but lasted longer.

BUGS DO NOT STAY!!!! We booked this hotel for 2 nights and were in room 114. First, on the morning of Feb. 24 housekeeping came in our room not once but TWICE while we were asleep without knocking. This made us very uncomfortable. But there was a bigger issue. As soon as we got in bed the first night we were itching very badly, so badly I was only able to get a hour or two of sleep. It was even worse the 2nd night. We were absolutely miserable. We went to CVS at midnight to get itching medicine. This morning when we woke up from our one hour sleep we were both covered in bites. I am talking 40+ bites all over our body. I informed the front desk and they apologized and said “they thought the previous guest snuck a dog in”. This very well may be true, but should not have been our problem. We were offered no type of refund and upon contacting Hotels.com the hotel still refused to give us any form of a refund.

Great place for the price. Front desk was great, parking was available and location cant be beat. Room could use a refresh especially the shower/toilet. Found hair in the bed so certainly not fresh sheets. That really grossed me out.

It smelled moldy. We needed to buy a spray to kill the smell, and as that only worked for a few minutes, we bought scented candles which mildly improved the smell. The floor in the room left our feet black after we walked barefoot, the maids never mopped. The maids didn’t come for 2 days. Then we realized we had to leave the room by 9:30 AM, for them to come. The sheets felt thin, pithy and old. The pillows uncomfortable. It was not a pleasant stay.

We only stayed one night and was totally fine for that. We had a dead cockroach under the sink, but the room was clean. The pool would need to be cleaned. The outside bar was nice and the cocktails strong. The door was thin/you could hear everything when someone was walking past it. Would recommend this place

I booked this hotel because of a family emergency, because of the option of having a business center and wifi. I have to admit the room was okay for the price but the wifi only works for 5 mins. The business center is a computer at the very small front desk that you can stand and use quickly ( if the internet works). After two nights i needed to work from home without the options of internet. Because of this factor i asked to shorten my stay to go somewhere else. I was informed that there are NO REFUNDS and i can have credit for another stay within a year. Why would i stay at a hotel that false advertises and after being caught don't even care enough to refund.

Being 2024, internet connection was limited, with less than adequate signal strength, and reliability! This was a leisure trip, but if it were business, receiving and transmitting data via cell phone or laptop would have been unacceptable! Being listed as a “deluxe suite” was questionable..

The hotel is not somewhere you can sleep well. 1) my room was on the second floor near the elevator and was woken up throughout the night by the loud elevator motor sound; 2) there is not effective soundproofing between the rooms and was woken up with the sound of my neighbor peeing into the toilet during the night and just talking at a normal voice level, 3) i could not run the air conditioner during my stay because it was so filthy and was blowing dust in the air so I had to sleep with the window open but then i could hear loud traffic noise.

-Firstly, we didn't like the parking. The rear parking looked unsafe and looked like an empty alley with a few cars around. No real traffic or someone there constantly monitoring that area. The spaces in the front were very tight that we had to crawl out of one of the doors to be able to come out of the car and HOPE we get out first in the morning, so the rental didn't get scratched or damaged. -While one of us was showering, a baby roach decided to pop out. -The WiFi is horrible. Very slow and only works for about two minutes before it starts to lag and disconnects your device. -Some areas in the room could use more of cosmetic work.

Beds were uncomfortable. Bathroom too small. Toiletries very poor. A bit Noisy. And the photos and description made me think it was located on the beach, but you actually have to walk across the road a ways to get to the beach. Pool and tiki bar also look bigger in the photos.

The room was spacious and had a full size oven/stove and fridge. It was just basic but would be great for a family. The beds were not comfortable though we have a very soft squishy bed so it was rough sleeping on them. AC worked great, check in and out was fast and easy. Decent location you have to walk about a block up to cross the road and get to the beach

The building is definitely older and could use some updates the room had an unpleasant odor. At times, especially at night, it was hard to find staff — it seemed like no one was around or they had gone to sleep. However, the location is great — just a short walk to the beach, and the area feels very safe, which I appreciated.

Arrived to hotel and there was nobody there to check us in. We waited 30 or more minutes to check in. Finally a guy with no shirt on goes to the office and gives is the keys. We were about to find another hotel.

The staff wasn't really helpful. Their lobby was locked so you had to communicate through a small window. The maids knocked on the door at 9 AM and they didn't speak much English. Very outdated. Their internet was slow. Their continental breakfast was unimpressive. They gave you a bagel but no cream cheese. Butter and jam instead. The ice maker didn't work on the 3rd floor. I left a very important personal item and they wouldn't just mail it back to me. I spoke to them multiple times about it and they were rude.

Honestly, checkin was through a small outside window but the attendant was very friendly! And, it’s a convenient location - one direction to a grocery and pharmacy, and the other to some cute restaurants! Close to beach, friendly staff and convenient to necessities.

This hotel is an excellent option for its price, location and cleanliness. It’s directly across from the beach which is convenient if you want to come back to room while at the beach. It’s a short Uber 10$ ride to the nearby bars and nightlife. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. There is a continental breakfast which was just enough..bagels coffee and apple sauce with cookies. Since im a big coffee drinker this is a bonus. Check in was extremely simple. I don’t you will find better value elsewhere and get this cleanliness or location.

Location, location! First, you can’t beat this place if you’re on a budget and want to stay within walking distance of a beach, it’s literally across the street. The hotel has a decent pool and a cute tiki bar area. The room was good sized great air conditioning with a mini fridge, microwave and a safe. There is also great water pressure. Friendly maid service daily was a plus. There is a continental breakfast served daily. If you’re big on breakfast. This is not the place for you. However, if you can get by on coffee, bagel, and a sweet item then by all means book it. There are lots of food options nearby as well. I stayed 3 nights with a six year old and honestly I can’t say anything negative. It met our needs. Check in was a breeze and so was check out. A deposit is required for incidentals like most hotels. Overall, I can recommend a stay here. If you’re looking for luxury or boutique look else where.

We really liked this hotel, it reflected old Florida and in general, the building and patio areas, pool area were very substantial, masonry and stone, palms, lush plants, nautical pieces. Rooms were very good with little to no noise from adjacent rooms. Beach across the street and a few blocks to lively restaurants, bars.

Free parking and less than five minutes to walk to a beautiful beach—yes, please! This hotel is a great place to stay, with check-in at any time and a late check-out time that provides plenty of flexibility for travelers. We stayed here for a few days before getting on a cruise in Miami. It was a great compromise for being less crowded, cheaper, and easier to navigate than Miami while still having lots of fun activities nearby, being such a nice, chill place to stay, and close enough to drive to our cruise and make it on time. We'd definitely stay here again!

Great location, super close to the beach. The staff were very helpful & accommodating. The Continental breakfast wasn’t anything special. At least there was coffee. :) The Tiki bar was fun. The juke box was a nice touch. We loved James, the bartender. He was wonderful. Cheers!

Nice place for the price. Clean, recently renovated and comfortable bed. Towels were old, little noisy being right off the road, but it does have an outdoor bar. But it’s just open Thursday- Sunday I think. Continental breakfast was a joke and the restaurant wasn’t fully open. Order delivery from Beach pizza. 5 !

The female checking me in was not very welcoming and offered no additional information about the hotel (Wi-Fi PW, breakfast time/location, etc). The “continental breakfast” was a dried out bagel and a small pack of cookies. There was no creamer for the coffee and their sugar was Saccharine. The hotel is quite old and the parking situation is very tight with a high potential for another car hitting yours. I would recommend finding another hotel.

It said free breakfast, however the breakfast started at 8:30 and it was a plate with a cold bagel, 2 butters, a jelly, 3 cookies, and an applesauce. No coffee, including in the room. Room worked for everything we needed it for, but it was dingy. Pool was small but a good temperature and we enjoyed it quite a bit! We wouldn't stay again, but don't completely hate our stay.
