The staff was very nice and accommodating to all of my needs. I needed to drop my bags off early and they obliged. However, they kept the bags with them unlocked by their front desk that they said was manned 24/7. I didn't feel comfortable leaving them out in the open, but I had no choice but to do so rather than ruck them around all day. Thankfully there was no incident. The room itself was clean, but the shower head busted off and the grooves to put it back on were stripped making the shower basically a hose during my stay. Lastly, the toilet placement in the bathroom was so poor that one couldn't sit on it normally, but at an angle or sideways. Whoever designed the layout of the bathroom, did so very poorly and is a reason I would not stay there again.

Hotel does not have elevators! We went there before a 12 night cruise and had to deal with all the luggage we brought. Everything including the room/bathroom and breakfast room are very small. Not suitable for guests with physical disabilities.

The location was amazing! Having a full breakfast got us off to a great start every day. The back garden was an added bonus. While our room was small the bed was comfy and the shower was great. Perfect for our needs. We were close to the several tube stations and several nice cafes as well. These photos were taken as we walked out the door. Housekeeping was great and the staff was friendly.

Lovely welcome, clean well dressed room. We had a double and single for the three of us. Kettle, coffee, tea and biscuits. Small under counter fridge. Small room for toilet, basin and shower, plenty of hot water. We had a time slot for breakfast which was a lovely continental breakfast followed by a full English - perfect size to be light. Their croissants are excellent!. Garden out the back to relax in too.

In addition, the bathroom ventilation fan was not working. Since it is a completely enclosed space, the steam and odors could not dissipate properly, which was very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, one of the bathroom lights was broken, leaving the whole space dim and inconvenient to use. Finally, I noticed other rooms had a fridge, but ours didn’t. Room ok, but not as spacious as shown on the website. Breakfast good and staff very attentive and helpful. Location very good. Street noise can be a problem if you don’t fully close the secondary glazing. In the summer there is an Air conditioning unit that’ll be necessary.

Good pricing. Very good staff. Very good breakfast. Rather noisy in the rooms while people settled in for the night. Will not hold luggage after check-out so need to either carry or make some other arrangements if extending stay past 10 am to shop or head into the nearby British Museum.

A beautiful hotel, with extremely helpful and friendly staff. The room was spotless, as too the bathroom. The only two issues we were aware of was an area of worn carpet , and the shower holder was not proficient at holding the shower head up. We would definitely stay here again, and will recommend to family and friends

The property is very run down, and smells not very pleasant. Alot of humity, doors do not properly lock. You do not get what you pay for, with quality because there is no way to suagr coat it..turned right around and checked out into another location. Would not recommend, and will never go to this location or even give a second chance to it again.

A really nice spot and handy for many good spots of London. Close to Euston, and not to bad to walk to Covent Garden and the theatres. Room was clean and spacious, although the bathroom probably needs a little TLC and modernising. Otherwise, no complaints!

The property is neglected, the carpets rippled and torn, the paint peeling, the smoke alarm , not sure there was one. It was on a very busy and noisy street. Breakfast was not available till 7:30 and they would not even offer a piece of fruit ir a yogurt to guests leaving early. The bed was postitioned so you had to crawl over your spouse to get out of it. Other family members stayed at orher properties similarly priced that were ao much better. Scroll on by this one.

The property was fine but the downside was that we are in lower ground and on nights, you could hear steps from the floor above you or people just arrive and went to the stairs. It’s really loud that would really be enough to take notice at night…

My stay was great! Very convenient location and the staff was very nice. Rooms are very small but it's worth it for the low cost. Would have been nice if it had self service entry but the staff opened the door very quickly.

This is a place to stay for one night. We were there for six. The room was very small. There wasn't a convenient place to put our suitcases. There were no towel bars in the bathroom. Every morning between 4:00 and 6:00 it sounded like someone was moving furniture and walking in boots. Breakfast was adequate but the coffee was instant and the bread white, like cardboard. The staff were friendly.but seemed to be coping with inadequate facilities.

My room was very bijou, unexpectedly so, and for a stay of over a week I would have appreciated a bigger room. especially as I had nowhere to decently hang y clothes.However the staff were very accommodating. May I suggest that the hotel provide either drip filter coffee or a nespresso machine for their breakfast. I appreciate the range of the breakfast and it added to the enjoyment of my stay. BUt the granulated coffee was truly awful. The croissants, pastries and fresh fruit were delicious.

Stayed in room #5 and the Room and bathroom were tiny. Bathroom was small for 5’4” girls - knees hit sink while sitting on the toilet. Condition seemed more like hostel than hotel. Location was great as was the service.

Amazing! Staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, heartwarming, helpful. We were able to leave our bags when we arrived and even on the day of our leaving. Breakfast was included and nice. You could tell they were a bit overwhelmed and yet they remained very kind and helpful. We were able to go out during the night and come back later, there was someone at the entrance 24/7. I would love to come back here for our next time in London.

My room was beautiful and comfortable, but more importantly the staff was so friendly, helpful, and communicative. They made sure I knew my options for breakfast, reminded me of the times, accommodated my arrival time, always had someone available at the front desk, and were so nice. I will definitely come again.

It took 2 days to get the toilet fixed in our room. They ran out of items during breakfast and didn’t replace them not even the next day. Our room definitely needs updating. It sure didn’t match the pictures on their website. The best employee worked the evening shift. I don’t know her name but she was from the Ukraine.

The location was amazing! Having a full breakfast got us off to a great start every day. The back garden was an added bonus. While our room was small the bed was comfy and the shower was great. Perfect for our needs. We were close to the several tube stations and several nice cafes as well. These photos were taken as we walked out the door. Housekeeping was great and the staff was friendly.

I booked a triple room for myself and my adult son only to be told at check in they only had a double bed and there was nothing they could do. It was late afternoon and getting dark. Fortunately i found my booking and they admitted their mistake and had got us mixed up with someone else even though i had showed them my ID. She then told us the triple room was available.

Good pricing. Very good staff. Very good breakfast. Rather noisy in the rooms while people settled in for the night. Will not hold luggage after check-out so need to either carry or make some other arrangements if extending stay past 10 am to shop or head into the nearby British Museum.

The location is excellent for public transportation. You’re about a three-minute walk from Goodge Street station (Northern line), a confusing six-minute walk to Russell Square station (Piccadilly line) and eight minutes from Euston Square (Circle, Hammersmith and Metropolitan lines). Euston Station (beside Euston Square station) is also there for the national railway. Hotel is 30 seconds away from the British Museum. Breakfast was simple and did the job. Front-line staff were great. The room for a single person, however, was extremely small. You have to sit nearly sideways on the toilet because your knees would bump into the sink. To take a shower, you almost have to open the screen while lathering up otherwise you’d hit something. All in all, in 2025, it’s good value for the money.

A really nice spot and handy for many good spots of London. Close to Euston, and not to bad to walk to Covent Garden and the theatres. Room was clean and spacious, although the bathroom probably needs a little TLC and modernising. Otherwise, no complaints!

Only stayed overnight. Lovely friendly staff, clean room. Slept like a log, bed comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Could leave my luggage and pick up later in the day if wanted. Great central location. Really enjoyed my stay. Highly recommend.

It took 2 days to get the toilet fixed in our room. They ran out of items during breakfast and didn’t replace them not even the next day. Our room definitely needs updating. It sure didn’t match the pictures on their website. The best employee worked the evening shift. I don’t know her name but she was from the Ukraine.

The property is neglected, the carpets rippled and torn, the paint peeling, the smoke alarm , not sure there was one. It was on a very busy and noisy street. Breakfast was not available till 7:30 and they would not even offer a piece of fruit ir a yogurt to guests leaving early. The bed was postitioned so you had to crawl over your spouse to get out of it. Other family members stayed at orher properties similarly priced that were ao much better. Scroll on by this one.

My room was very bijou, unexpectedly so, and for a stay of over a week I would have appreciated a bigger room. especially as I had nowhere to decently hang y clothes.However the staff were very accommodating. May I suggest that the hotel provide either drip filter coffee or a nespresso machine for their breakfast. I appreciate the range of the breakfast and it added to the enjoyment of my stay. BUt the granulated coffee was truly awful. The croissants, pastries and fresh fruit were delicious.

The staff was very good and friendly. The breakfast included a hot English breakfast, pastries and fruit salad. The room was similar size to other single rooms I stayed in London. (The only thing I will change - but this maybe only my room as I haven't seen the other rooms - is to find a way to have a proper desk for someone who wants to work on their computer or write something). I will definitely consider staying there again!

Good value for price and private bathroom Good breakfast included nice sausage and bacon Shower was very good temperature and pressure and new, Nice good quality soap and extras in the room coffee bags etc Everything was clean and comfortable Very attentive staff at night and in the morning Good location near tube stations and local amenities near the west end Oxford st etc but on a quiet street off the main road Not the most luxury but very pleasant and suited our needs perfectly, would stay again especially if going to the West End for another theatre show

We had a very nice stay at the Marker Hotel. A group of 7 persons. Two mothers/aunts with totaly 5 grown up sons/nephews. The bathrooms were upgraded. The beds looked new and clean. English breakfast. AC in the rooms, which was great as this was summer time and up to 28 C. Walking distance to West End. If you can have a typical small old London hotel without seats in the lobby, this might probably be one of the best choices.
