They did not have pool towels available. My room had a leek in our sink and they did not have any more double queen rooms avaliable so they did offer me a King room with a pull out sofa bed, but I know how uncomfortable the sofa beds can be and I was not going to have my mother sleep on that bed as she was on the trip with us so we were unable to use the sink in our room. They did not offer to take any money off my room at all for this issue.

Multiple businesses nearby boarded up. Was close to airport which was convenient. The free transport shuttle from the airport was nice, but the blue van definitely needs to be cleaner inside. There was a collection of junk including a loose fire extinguisher piled all in the third row and needs a good vacuuming. We checked out Sunday and there is no shuttle to airport on I would assume is a big check out day, so we had to order an Uber. The main room was clean and smelled very good, the bathroom was also very clean, thanks to Maria! We were in room 115. Breakfast was excellent, there were many options to choose from! The star of breakfast is always the waffle maker, it could use a spray for in-between usage since it stuck everytime. All in all I was very happy with my stay, wish the surrounding area was thriving more.

Requested a room next door to my brother. When I called, the girl on duty said no problem and put a note in the computer. When I showed up, the staff did not have a room next door to my brother available on 1st floor. I had to stay on the 2nd floor. Pillows were not firm enough. Lights were too bright. Kids running up and down the hallway. Neighbors slamming their door constantly. Chlorine in pool stron, started bothering my eyes.

Went for the big ten championship game, the hotel is nice overall. In minor areas it does show some age, but overall it was a very nice hotel. Bed was very comfortable after a very busy day. Close to downtown Indy. Breakfast was included and it was good, your average breakfast. I will be back next year when Michigan makes it 4 straight.

check in was quick and easy. staff was excellent, personable, welcoming. we were given a bag of bottled water to take to our rooms. Our room was very clean, however the shower power was not good because half the water was coming from the faucet. The lotion was empty. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. pillows not that great. not the greatest fan of the Zero shampoo and conditioner. breakfast was above average for continental. well kept and clean.

The room was nice but bathtub had rust stains and looked old. Looks like they remodeled everything but the tub. Breakfast was gross. I don’t eat sugar or flour and choices are tough at times. But even the basic fruit and eggs were yuck.

Check in was a mess. I had reserved and PAID FOR three rooms through Expedia. (two on one reservation, and one room on a second reservation). Upon arrival, only two reservred rooms were in their records. We had to pay for the thitd room that was already billed to my credit card.. (at a higher rate) Totally unacceptable.... I will call expedia tomorrow & request a refund for the third room.

Check in staff very nice and welcoming.. I used the hair dryer and it was so hot that ii burned a section of my hair..when I said something to the am staff he mentioned that he had heard that complaint before but wasn’t really concerned that my hair was burned..I spoke with another staff person and she said that her manager would call me the next day…no call…I will have to see my hair stylist to address the frizzed and burned section…

Very clean, Ami was amazing each morning at breakfast taking care of everyone - very friendly and personal. Staff was helpful and our stay was peaceful even with a baseball tournament crew there .
