Close to the airport. Great value for the price. Very clean from lobby to breakfast area to pool and of course, our room. The front desk staff was helpful with suggesting a place to relax and eat (it was amazing). The breakfast selections, hot and cold, were plentiful. The outdoor pool area with its palm trees, umbrella tables and several loungers was very clean and very pleasant. We sat at a table with our coffee. Our travel companions agreed that we would stay here again.

Staff were great. Hotel was undergoing renovation. Dusty and hard to breathe. When we first arrived, reservation had been switched from a king size bed to two queens. Because I am excessively tall, that would not work and the staff found us a room with a king, but on wall was against the elevators and we heard cable squealing and vibration from the motor until after roughly 12.

When we first got there check in was easy. The clerk at the desk was very friendly. You could tell by the elevator and the carpet walking down the hallways. The place was very clean and well looked after. Great variety of the breakfast bar the next morning. The whole area was clean, well stocked and fresh looking. The woman who was in charge of that area very friendly and very accommodating. You could tell the cleaning this was important and customer service was important to the staff of the hotel because someone who was obviously from the offices or front desk was over there helping keep the tables wiped down and the bar looking organized. Bottom line, we were very impressed with your hotel.

Hotel was recently renovated. It was clean and service and staff did good job. But there were roaches there. I saw around 10 in my room. For over $100 night you wouldn't expect this. Shower was extremely small.

Beds not being made every day, need to let the front desk know about this. Cleaning crew does not stock towels, coffee and coffee cup every day one needs to call the front desk.

Room was generally clean and well lit. Staff friendly and helpful. Shower was excellent. Bed was comfortable. Small, baby roach in bathroom, but we have them from time to time in our bathroom at home in Florida. No nearby restaurants, a problem if you don't have a car. But it is a good hotel to stay in for an overnight for a flight or cruise.

The suite was great! seperate bed room with two beds and big TV, full kitchen and Huge living room with lots of space to open luggage. We stayed here once before and liked it so we came back on our next Ft. L trip. Were coming back in December and will book here again.

it did not have drapes to close the entire way(just outlined the window with a matching valance, very outdated) that left only sheer curtains to blocked the VERY well lite parking lot. had trouble getting to sleep and woke up at 3 thinking it was morning, but it was only the lights. duvet was very heavy, they need something lighter. but very nice people, service was great and they are in the process of doingwork on the place,

The room was very clean. Our only problem was that our room was right by the outdoor parking lights. The shade in the room was just a paper thin cloth that didn’t block any of the light. Room was brightly lit until morning when they turned the lights off.

The Manager and Staff have been so gracious and kind since we checked in. My husband had a medical emergency a couple if hours after we checked in. 911 was called immediately after i informed them of the situation. Even afterwards they have extended our stay as needed. Every day they have asked about his status . They have been very accomodating and we have enjoyed our stay. Thank you! Thank you! Hod Bless!!

Staff was very helpful, especially the manager Jo Jean and Natalie in housekeeping. We were initially left without a reservation via Marriott Townplace Suites early in the morning after getting into Fort Lauderdale. Management allowed us to check-in at 10AM, really helped us out. Good breakfast options, fitness center. I'd stay here again.

Rennovations were being done and inconveniences were not communicated to guests so guests could determine if they wanted to experience the inconveniences. No hot water, phones in the room were not working and staff were unfriendly and took long to respond.

We traveled to Fort Lauderdale for a family event and booked our stay online. Upon arriving we realized we didn't get the room we thought we booked. The front desk staff, Romao and Akeem, were so accommodating and extremely helpful. They quickly took care of the situation. Great customer service and professionalism. Bravo !!

The cleanliness was awesome. I didn’t like the hostess at the breakfast area. Due to a doctors appointment we came back at 9:50. So I decided to get some oatmeal (which was still there) she rudely said breakfast is finished … it’s not hers and we paid for it. We won’t be lat if not for a reason.

You can hear the noise of the street from the rooms facing the front of hotel. Also people chatting can be heard near main entrance even with room window closed. Ask for rooms facing back of hotel for quieter experience.

Was disappointed to find out hotel lobby is under renovations. Arrived before room was ready and no where to sit and wait. Breakfast was terrible. Sausage was dehydrated and rock hard. Coffee tasted like ashes. Bread was stale. I Decor in room very outdated. Carpet smelled musty.

The room was clean. The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast, we enjoyed it. We were staying for the night before a cruise. Our departure time for the cruise was pushed back and the hotel was kind enough to give us a late check out for no extra charge. Super appreciative of that!

The hotel is in the middle of a full renovation. We got an unrenovated room, which was still in decent condition. Only complaint on room would be poor lighting, and a dumb arrangement where the coffee maker tray hangs over the corner of the sink by a few inches. Aside from the obvious sink obstruction, this exposed the pods on that corner of the tray to god knows what. Only other room issue was maid service. We were not sure if there would be any during our 2 night stay, so first day we left used towels hanging. When we got back to the room, they had been in, took garbage and used towels that were hanging (not placed on floor for removal). They did not replace those towels or make the bed, etc. seemed like a strange level of service, but not unacceptable. The unacceptable part was breakfast. Overdone “foam” egg omelettes and sausages, and not hot, and limited other selections. If they don’t want to serve reasonably edible hot items, why bother?
