I booked this online.The app said there was a pool as well as airport shuttle. Once there the app welcomed me and said where to find the pool but in the live visit we were told the pool was under constructionand not available. Then we were told there was no shuttle at this site. More upsetting was that I reserved two rooms,on my credit card. But at check in the front desk mandated two credit cards for the separate room "reservation fees". The front desk was not welcoming. One of the rooms keys did not work, after activating TWICE. The final upsetting detail, was we reserved non-smoking rooms for an asthmatic person. The halls were a thick stench of marijuana.

I understood why it is a 3 star, but it wasn't bad. Some inconveniences, like a bad smell in the room, very slow elevator, and the pool was closed. However, Dorina the receptionist was very nice and helpful to us.

Pool is under construction, lots of noise in the morning when they start the construction and the pool being closed is not even listed as such either on the Expedia listing, their actual site for the location, or anything on the doors.

The pool area was locked and was in such mess.. the receptionist needs some training in customer service.. as she hung up phone she greeted us with a can i help you, and personal phone rang and she proceeded to answering and stayed on call with her babe.. thru the whole check in... the room she gave us was dirty and windows lock did not work.. we were on the 1st floor... she did find us a better room on the 2nd floor.. thanks for that

The only real issues I had were the the breakfast buffet has gotten a bit more sparse then when I was there in July 2024 and the other issue is the computer in the lobby for getting my boarding pass. The computers is outdated and extremely slow. It was turned off when I went to use it and it took nearly 10 minutes to boot up. After it finally booted up I tried to get my boarding pass via LATAM airlines but was unable as the computer noted no internet connection. System really needs to be updated. I had the same issue when I was there in July 2024

The elevator was not working and we had to carry 40lb suitcases up 4 flights of stairs. They moved us to the 1st floor after I complained. Our next room the air conditioning leaked all over the carpet so they moved us again. The air conditioning was not right in this room either but we didn’t want to move again so we didn’t complain. The pool was out of order the whole time we were there. It was a terrible place.

Elevator not working. Carpets in hallways are old and dirty. Hotel bathrooms in need of renovation. They offered complimentary breakfast every day and free coffee throughout the day. Overall it it was an okay place to stay but could be better wit a few upgrades.

Remodeling this facility, and elevators out of order. I had to carry a suitcase up to the 4th floor. Thank goodness I’m only here for one night.

It was nothing like the picture that was online, the rooms were not clean when you left the bed sheets back. It was dried up blood stains on the mattresses. I also noticed a staff member cleaning the floor with a stick and a towel mopping it smell like smoke it was stuffy. The only thing I appreciated being there was the front desk. Lady was very helpful and me getting my money return back.

The carpet was filthy everywhere, dirty chairs with stains, crawling insects. I went down to reception to report this but the person never came out, the security said they will be there soon and I waited and not one came or call. Smelly room, false advertising on website, what you see is not what you receive. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

We reserved 5 nights at this hotel but left after 1 night due to the unsanitary conditions in the room. The bedding was stained with what appeared to be blood and other substances on multiple areas. There were roaches on and inside the nightstand as well as roach eggs. The furniture was dirty and had clearly not been cleaned in a while. The windows and window sill were filthy and had some kind of pest eggs. We requested a refund for the remaining days and are waiting to receive it. Do not reccomend!

This hotel was so disgustingly dirty. Our room had an air purifier in it, that ran constantly to remove the weed and whatever other smells. The sheets had gross marks on them, showing they weren’t changed. The floors hadn’t been cleaned ever, maybe? If we hadn’t got in after midnight I would’ve left. Thought about sleeping in the car but the people hanging out in the parking lot changed that idea.

We never had our room cleaned or linens changed the entire time we were there. We made a request for service and returned to the property after being out an entire day with nothing being done. Took my concern to the front desk and was told that "they have no control over whether the cleaners clean a room or not. That was just unacceptable. Breakfast was the worst we've ever had at any hotel where it was "complimentary". It was just an overall abysmal experience. We would not consider returning.

The room was not clean, and it smelled. The linen on the bed was not clean, had spots and food stain. The floor was dirty and needed to be vacuum. The bathtub was dirty, and the water receded slowly. The tv did not work and the Wi-Fi was slow. There was lot of traffic, possibly homeless people.

The room had a strange set up with a multi-use sink outside of the bathroom and located next to the coffee pot!! The only water access in the bathroom is the bathtub/shower!...not ideal.

Our stay was okay, but unfortunately, a high school football team took up two entire floors, making it impossible to sleep. The elevator was also extremely busy and packed, which made it hard to leave the room.

Not the worst hotel I have stayed in but not great either. The whole place is dark. The lighting is just awful and it’s noticeable from the minute you walk in. It looks worn down and old. The bathrooms are small but I like that the sink and mirror are separate from the toilet and shower. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the room, overall was fairly clean. The bathroom floor was left kind of dirty in our room.

Stayed for work. Needed somewhere quiet with a warm bed. Property was run down, dingy, and a little smelly. Was quiet except the first night when someone was ding dong ditching all the doors. Bathrooms EXTREMELY small but workable. Many of the doors you could see did not close well, large gaps where you could see inside other rooms. Good enough but nothing fancy.

When I receive they keys of my room, after 30 min of check inn, I found that the ac was broken as well as the phone. I had to go back downstairs and ask for another room. I had to wait another 30 min to get other one.

Check in was not good, lady on front disk did not know her job. Got call to the front desk at 2:00 am after being a sleep for about 1an hour to check in again because the lady at 3:00 pm who gave us our room key didn't check us in. Lady on night shift sent security to our room and made me come down to the front desk at 2:30 am to register again.

The hotel staff were amazing. I had a huge problem with reservations department. I was coming on a red eye flight so I booked an extra night so that I could have the room ready at 7 am upon my arrival, I asked them to note that, they said they placed the note. Upon my arrival the front desk canceled my reservation and put me as no show no call. I explained the situation and they said no notes available, however they went the extra mile and gave me the room. They need to work on their communication.

Everytime we left the room we had to go get the key reprogrammed and the key still didn't work finally after the 3rd day of riding the elevator up and down at least 20 times eavh time they changed the lock we still had some issues with the keys but not as bad as the first 3 days. Pot smell 4th floor was absolutely horrible we we're afraid to say anything due to retaliation but i did land myself in the hospital due to the stress of staying at this hotel.The staff was super sweet.i will never stay at this hotel again!

The location is good and very close to the airport. The room was smelly and during the nights there were always people shouting and fighting in the hallway. We always kept the door locked. The breakfast was ok. Not very variable, but it was ok just to start the day. The staff was kind and always greeting people when coming in. There’s a Publix and a CVSs across the street, which was very convenient.

Not the quality we would expect from a LaQuinta. The hallways and our room were musty and smelled of cigarettes. The entire hotel and most especially our room needed serious updating. It was very sad. I can understand why they haven’t though - this was not a nice area and the hotels around LaQuinta were much worse. We didn’t feel safe in the parking lot area and wouldn’t try to walk anywhere in this area either.

It was a comfortable property to stay at. The breakfast was well seasoned and delicious. It was sad to not have the pool available for use. Still, I would recommend the place for budget wise stays.

My only complaints are that One of the front desk ladies had an attitude and terrible customer service skills, she had no care in the world. The pool was closed and the female cook didn’t put any effort into the breakfast and she stopped put out breakfast before 9am we had to eat what was left because she wasn’t making more, there was no love in her cooking. Other than that the male chef was excellent his breakfast was made with love and she served and made sure everyone was ok. Room was ok for the price. Room wasn’t smelling moldy. I’ll rate them an overall 7/10
