Great stay!! The staff is super friendly and professional. Location is amazing. So close to Miracle Mile and restaurants and stores super convenient with laundry room on premises was a plus l and plenty of parking. This is an amazing hotel in the heart of Coral Gables with trolly and bus service in front of hotel. A hidden gem. It’s not the Ritz but honestly I felt at home.

The people that come in and out of this place seem extremely sketchy. I did not feel safe in the elevator with 3 out of the 5 people i came across. Elevator was broken. A guy was screaming at random people getting into the lobby when we got back at midnight and the security did nothing. He was on his phone. The entry doors are both breaking, need maintenance or new doors.

Excellent location, quiet but within waling distance to shops and restaurant. Walgreens 24 hours is just across too. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking is free. We have two kids with us and we felt safe in the area.

The suites are clean and neat and there is a kitchenette but for short stay a kettle would have been helpful. The wifi was not working which of course was disappointing.

I want to start by saying that the front desk staff were very friendly and provided great service. I arrived early and didnt hesitate to hold my luggage and even call me before check-in time to let me know my room was available. No one gave us a hard time. However, this hotel very much needs updates. Only one elevator worked and it has a max capacity of 4 people. The room looks like the photos, but the furniture has seen better days, the gray single couch was heavily used, and the fridge was SO LOUD throughout the whole day and night. The room was overall clean and we liked the bed. However, the shower had small hair from previous guests and then our last day there, there was a small roach in the tub. We were happy to leave and agreed it was fine to have spent more money to stay elsewhere. I also noted that there were quite a few people wearing scrubs in the hotel and wondered what that was about. Per some other reviews I now read, it turns out that there are times where patients come and do hospital recovery here. I just hope it all is sanitary for next guests, but I would not recommend this hotel to others.

I went for cosmetic surgery, my stay was on the 6th floor, they had only 1 elevator, it broke down every day, I climbed stairs with my abdominoplasty surgery, 6 floors. Hallway carpets dirty and smelly. They only clean dirty hands one day a week. I had to clean the room myself with detergents before using the toilet.

What I didn’t like was the lobby area was not very nice, it has almost no decoration, the rooms smell a little musty and the breakfast is not a big deal but the staff is very friendly, it is located in a good area and the room is comfortable

The bathroom was completely clean, but I would never stay here again. It just didn’t feel clean and did not seem like a very nice place to stay. It needs a severe update in the reception area where you check in. There was one nasty place to sit that you probably wouldn’t wanna even put your purse on. A woman got out of the elevator, carrying a plunger while another gentleman was paying for his rent. So I’m not really sure what’s going on at that place. It just didn’t seem like.

After checking into our room I found the blankets were stained, floors were so dirty they caused my socks to turn black after walking around just a few minutes. I had to go out and purchase lysol to mop and clean the room. The light switches doors and walls were all nasty. I do not recommend this place unless you’re just looking for convenience to nearby surgical centers.

We were on the second floor and could hear doors slamming in the lobby and the hallway very early in the morning. The room was clean enough and in perfectly fine order—nothing flashy or particularly nice but also no issues. Worth saving the $100 over the Aloft down the road.

This is a long-stay facility, and I would not recommend for a one or two night visit. There is a kitchenette with fridge, stove, sink but NO DISHES OR UTENSILS - no coffee maker in the room, only two disposable cups, one small tube of shampoo for two of us to share. There is nothing welcoming about the lobby, although the staff, once you catch their attention, is very friendly. For the price ($200/night) we found it lacking in ambiance and amenities. The room was clean, but reminded me of a nice motel rather than a hotel. Would consider another visit if I planned to stay several weeks and qualified for a long stay discount.

The good: The staff is nice and kind. The room is spacious and is clean. And the matresses are comfortable. It's quiet. The air conditioning works well although is a little loud but I like the white noise so it was not a problem to us. The sheets were clean. The no so good: They should think about updating the facilites in general. The have to change or get rid of the hallway carpet because it does smell. They need to stick more toiletries specially shampoo. I think they should have an Ice Machine because the ice trays are not enough. They should have more options for the grab and go place. The shower should improve pressure. For a night or 2 is good. More than that, only of they improve it.

My family and I had a very frustrating experience. After prepaying for our stay online, we arrived at check-in time only to find that there were no rooms available. We waited for an hour and a half with our tired and hungry baby, which was incredibly stressful. Eventually, the front desk staff handed us a key, assuring us they would "figure it out." However, we had reserved a room with two beds and were only given a room with one. To make matters worse, the manager was unreachable by phone when the front desk staff tried to escalate the issue. I want to commend the front desk lady, who was clearly embarrassed by the situation and did everything she could to assist us. Unfortunately, her efforts were undermined by the lack of support from management. It’s disheartening to see such a lack of communication and organization, especially in a hospitality setting. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel based on this experience. The inability to honor our reservation and the poor management response overshadowed any positives. I hope they can improve their operations for future guests.

There was no one at the front desk at check in. We stood there for 20 mins, when a lady showed up carrying food and on her cell, walked by and didn't apologize for making us wait. When she finally started our check in the phone rang and she satrted taking care of them on the phone, making us wait again. A simple apology as she walked in and maybe a smile during taking care of us would have made me ignore her bad customer service.

Me and my family stayed at the property for one night because we were cruising out of the port of miami. the staff were friendly (especially Nora) she helped us with anything that we needed & even gave us some good coffe shop recommendations. The cleanliness does need to be improved a little especially in the bathrooms. Another con is that we were told there was breakfast included but when we went there was nothing but a yogurt

Was a different price and the person was really rude, and she was mad when I ask if I can pay cash she said u only be here 1 day and for pay cash u should be stay 7 and she charge more money and different prices Online I make the reservation with different price including the Tax feed

when i went to check in they told me i have reserved only one room when i reserve 2 rooms. they refuse to give me the keys for the second room, and there was not a manager. i have to go again when a I spoke with a new front desk person, and he gave the key for the second room.

Great stay!! The staff is super friendly and professional. Location is amazing. So close to Miracle Mile and restaurants and stores super convenient with laundry room on premises was a plus l and plenty of parking. This is an amazing hotel in the heart of Coral Gables with trolly and bus service in front of hotel. A hidden gem. It’s not the Ritz but honestly I felt at home.

Excellent location, quiet but within waling distance to shops and restaurant. Walgreens 24 hours is just across too. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking is free. We have two kids with us and we felt safe in the area.

I picked this property for a 2 week visit that was close to shopping and had a kitchenette. It worked out great. The place has a funky smell, not sure why but we could open our windows for fresh air. It serves breakfast type food each morning, things like instant oatmeal, granola bars, yogurt, hard boiled eggs and coffee, which was fine. Rooms are decent and clean.

For the price, it was very adequate. Nothing fancy. The sheets and pillow cases were rougher than I am accustomed to. That could be improved. The breakfast, was awful. There were a few prewrapped muffins and fruit bars. The coffee was bitter and awful. We went down the street to a cafe to have a very good, but expensive breakfast.

The only thing I qualify as completely SHAMEFUL is the “Continental” breakfast!!! There was almost nothing to eat. Just Coffee, muffins and yogurts. Where are the pancakes? Milk? Scrambled eggs? Sausages? Orange juice? Fruits? Only one Orange I saw in the basket. It is ridiculous! In others hotels in Miami they offered all that as Continental breakfast. And it was 8.15am

The location is it's best feature. Coral Gables is beautiful, and there are plenty of quality restaurants within walking distance. This will be my "go to" hotel when visiting the Miami area.
