I liked that it was a short distance to downtown. It was a nicely kept, clean facility. The outside pool area was really nice. There could have been more options on the breakfast buffet. They could at least switch it up a bit rather than having the same thing every day. Other than that it was definetly worth the money and I'd stay there again.

Front desk staff was very friendly. However the room was run down and damp and musty. There was dirty and break disrepair around the room. The electrical outlet intermittently stop working so my husband's CPAP didn't stay running. To top it off the elevator was broken. Definitely not worth the $106 cost after tax and fee

The elevator has been out now for over 3 1/2 weeks. I have been staying here on a weekly basis since the beginning of May I had individual knock on my door at 6:30 in the morning that was not a hotel guest. The customer service I can say has been great and accommodating

The first room had black mold covering the bathroom ceiling. We were moved to the 2nd floor to a nicer room. The elevator was not working so we were sent up the stairs. The carpet on the stairs was disgusting. The second floor ice maker was out of order. The area was questionable but seemed safe enough.

The Gym is dirty, equipment doesn't nor work. The staff that worked in the early mornings was not at his desk ,The ones at their desk unable to see them they seating os low to the front desk counter. Any one can walk to the hotel front door at night because the attendant was not at his deskfrom my observation as I depart the Hotel at 4am on the Sept, 3rd.

This property is not good at all, there was active construction in the property and elevator was not working. This should have been told in advance while booking by expedia. Room was clean but lobby, hallway and stairs were just filthy. Hotel was not in good location also, seemed unsafe. People were having parties in parking lot in the evening every day. Breakfast buffet was so wasteful, for example each bread toast was double wrapped in cling wrap. Also AC was so noisy. Only thing decent was size of the room and overall cleanliness of the room was not bad, could be better but rooms were not terrible.

Elevator was not working and we were in the 3rd floor. Building looks run down for the price I paid for the room. The cleaning people only took the garbage bags out of my room and did nothing else, not sure why they even bothered “cleaning” my room as they didn’t. Expected better for the high price paid. Not worthed.

First the good things: great breakfast and comfy bed. On to the bad things: Dingy/dirty furniture in the room. Only 1 lamp in the whole suite. A very unusable couch in the room. Friendly staff, but man is this an old and dirty building that needs an update and deep clean. Rust in the bathroom, dirty toilet seats, and dated decor. I wasn’t comfortable sleeping in the bed covers because it just didn’t feel clean.

Tv had to manually changed and turned on/off, a/c until couldn’t keep up in 75 degree weather and was hotter in the room then outside, the curtains were about ready to fall off the wall, the ceiling was flaking off into the floor, the bathroom was filthy dirty and didn’t notice it until I sat down to go to the bathroom. The TV remote was also sticky. The room itself was just very poorly maintained and instead of trying to keep things in good shape they tried to solve the problem with slapping some paint over it. I would have been better off staying in our vehicle. We absolutely deserve our money back. $300 was way the hell over priced. We slept in our clothes and literally left as soon as we woke up. I will NEVER go back. I felt so dirty and guilty about having my kids stay in that hotel also.

Run down, filthy, loud, creaking floors, stained carpets, elevator broken, front desk was standoffish, breakfast bars were stale and one was outdated, rust stained drains. Nothing looked like the pictures and it’s definitely not a recommend to anyone I know

This hotel was truly disgusting from the smells,looks and cleanliness! From the time you come in to outside. Dried blood on curtains,among other things. Just dirty everywhere. Smells so bad and they try masking it with a stong spray. Lady receptionist was on phone and rude. We stayed at another location and nothing like this. No benches outside or smoking area. Garbage overflowing. Stay elsewhere.

This hotel does NOT have queen beds; they're double beds. We were not checked in properly and at 1:43 a.m. another guest tried to get into our room. While we initially thought him drunk and confused, a few minutes later the front desk called our room around 1:45 a.m.!! and asked who we were (even though we had confirmed registration online weeks before our stay) and wanted to chat. In the morning, we were treated poorly by the new desk clerk when we wanted to complain: she had no time to talk to us or address our concerns and the manager was unavailable. I've never said this before, but do NOT stay at this hotel. Other issues: a shopping cart full of trash at the entrance when we arrived; filthy carpeting in public areas that had obviously not been cleaned in years; broken TV; curtains that only closed partway and did not block outside light at night; dirty elevator; questionable pillows; and unavailable staff/management (except at 1:45 a.m. on their terms).

Decent. Staff responded well when there was an issue with the tv. The rooms and hallways seemed much smaller than is typically the case for a Comfort Inn. It seemed like they were in the middle of some kind of renovation as the hallway had a lot of paint splashes. But the beds were comfortable and everything else was ok.

Biggest thing is we didnt get the correct room for the say, then when getting into the room the pumbing was damaged/ripped from the walls. They then gave us the only other room available, same king bed. But the AC was leaking the whole time so floor was wet and half the room unsuable.

The whole place is run down and dark. It’s one of the worst places I’ve stayed. Not well maintained. Everything in disrepair The arrangement of our suite made no sense. Very few outlets in inconvenient places, same for lights. We had to unplug the clock to charge our phone by the bed. The only other accessible outlet was in an alcove with the couch. The couch faced a sink and cabinet in terrible condition. It looked like an area for mixing drinks in a seedy motel. The curtains were broken. There were 2 air conditioners and 1 didn’t work so the room was too warm. I found it disturbing there were cameras everywhere and at check in you can see the monitor and view of every camera. The room was very clean but because it looked so run down (the room and the whole place) I felt really uncomfortable . The ratings I saw when I booked the place (7 of 10) did not match my experience. It was disappointing.

This hotel does NOT have queen beds; they're double beds. We were not checked in properly and at 1:43 a.m. another guest tried to get into our room. While we initially thought him drunk and confused, a few minutes later the front desk called our room around 1:45 a.m.!! and asked who we were (even though we had confirmed registration online weeks before our stay) and wanted to chat. In the morning, we were treated poorly by the new desk clerk when we wanted to complain: she had no time to talk to us or address our concerns and the manager was unavailable. I've never said this before, but do NOT stay at this hotel. Other issues: a shopping cart full of trash at the entrance when we arrived; filthy carpeting in public areas that had obviously not been cleaned in years; broken TV; curtains that only closed partway and did not block outside light at night; dirty elevator; questionable pillows; and unavailable staff/management (except at 1:45 a.m. on their terms).

It was an easy place to get to just right off the highway. The place is a bit outdated and could use a good fixer upper. Continental breakfast was nice and had plenty of options. Overall the stay was okay, until we were getting ready to check out. One of the staff members Denise was very rude. I asked where the ice machine was and she replied with “it’s around the corner can’t you hear it?” and proceeded to smirk afterwards. For someone who gets paid to work with guests sure was rude and should reconsider her position or choice of work. I understand people have off days, but that was very uncalled for. Would not stay here again, I guess you get what you pay for.

Outstanding hotel, from the friendly & efficient desk staff and the conscientious cleaning staff to the spacious, clean & comfortable rooms and the wonderful breakfast buffet, everything was top-notch. This place was great. The problem was. I left an expensive piece of quit equipment in my room accidentally the next day when I realized that I didn’t have it I called and of course, housekeeping didn’t turn it in. I’m super disappointed and I probably will not be back because of that reason.

The guy at evening check in was excellent. The woman at checkout literally just watched tv as we walked out. Entire hotel could use a renovation. The pool was best part of stay. Wear socks. Carpets are dirty.

I have been here a few times and they are ok. Close to highway malls and southside food. Not far from downtown. Its cleaner than most as we all know they mostly look the same. Its in a good safe spot and its decent. Ill be back.

I liked that it was a short distance to downtown. It was a nicely kept, clean facility. The outside pool area was really nice. There could have been more options on the breakfast buffet. They could at least switch it up a bit rather than having the same thing every day. Other than that it was definetly worth the money and I'd stay there again.

What a dump! This hotel needs to be bulldozed. We were stuck there because there was a convention in town and we couldn’t find anything better – what a waste of money and what a horribly maintained hotel. Everything was broken and dirty and smelly - the air smelled stale- elevator was broken. The ice machine was broken. Outside the landscaping was a mess with garbage and there was a parking spot with a missing shuttle – i.e. they gave up on offering a shuttle years ago. The walls were paper thin we could hear everything in every adjacent room. The neighborhood was also pretty bad. Stay away from this hotel. The only redeeming factor was the gentleman at the reception desk was very nice and very friendly. I hope he can find another job at another nicer hotel because anyone else would be lucky to have him.

This property is not good at all, there was active construction in the property and elevator was not working. This should have been told in advance while booking by expedia. Room was clean but lobby, hallway and stairs were just filthy. Hotel was not in good location also, seemed unsafe. People were having parties in parking lot in the evening every day. Breakfast buffet was so wasteful, for example each bread toast was double wrapped in cling wrap. Also AC was so noisy. Only thing decent was size of the room and overall cleanliness of the room was not bad, could be better but rooms were not terrible.

We were there for the Wrestling competition at the Nicoson Hall and it is very close to the University so easy access! Front desk was nice and competent! Safe area! Housekeeping was prompt! Breakfast was good and varied! Room was clean and beds comfy! Overall, good experience!

First the good things: great breakfast and comfy bed. On to the bad things: Dingy/dirty furniture in the room. Only 1 lamp in the whole suite. A very unusable couch in the room. There was a rickety old desk and broken cupboard with an unusable sink. There were stains on the floor and the ceiling. They do not enforce the no smoking in the rooms. Walking down the hall was horrible. The pot odor was so bad and.strong.. day after day, it didn't change. It would get so bad, our room smelled of smoke.

They shut down breakfast early on a Sunday morning so my children and I didn’t get to eat. There was no apology from the staff only that breakfast stopped at 10:00 AM when I pulled out my phone and it was not 10 yet I just got a blank stare. I had to go out and get breakfast for my family which delayed my day quite a bit and cost me money for a service I intended to get with my stay. Then when I asked for a late checkout I was told they were completely booked for that night which is very hard to believe considering it was a Sunday night and the hotel was very slow the prior night. As I am making trips carrying my stuff down to my car my room key stops working before I even checked out (before check out time). The cleaning staff was at my door before I even got out of my room so clearly they wanted us out of there asap. This was Mother’s Day and I was traveling alone with my two children.

When I arrived, no one was at the front desk. I waited a few minutes for someone to arrive, but the staff was friendly both in the morning and in the evening.
