Conveniently located within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and only a short drive to the seaside and the Kennedy Family historic sites. The staff was very pleasant and efficient. The rooms were spacious and clean and offered a mini-refrigerator, small microwave oven, and a tiny coffee maker (with coffee and tea supplies). Although we did not partake of these amenities, there is a pool, a fully equipped exercise gym, a small "pantry area" with snacks and some microwave meals, and a cafe area in the hotel. Easy to access parking lot with ample parking. Traffic can be heavy at times in that area, so leave extra time to get to your destinations. Enjoy your stay!

Front desk was so helpful & friendly. All the staff was helpful and friendly. Love the laundry facilities while I'm traveling. The food in the bistro was good. Didn't like the "home fries" though. Room was spaciuos and quiet for the most part. Liked that we could open the windows for fresh cape cod air! Convenient to explore the cape and also plenty of dining and shopping choices.

Great experience. The grounds were clean and well maintained. Rooms were also clean and well maintained. Pool area was nice and there was an attendant present every time we used the pool. All staff that I had an interaction with was pleasant and helpful. The cafe was real decent and food was good.

Check in and check out was super easy and fast. The pool was perfect for kids. The shallow end was 3 feet so the kids could go in without any worries. Also, there was always a staff attendant in the pool area which I've never seen before. The breakfast at the cafe was good but basically the same options except with a different carb. I wish it were continental breakfast. Walking distance to Target and the Mall. Lots of other stores in the area.

I was very disappointed in this property my expectations for a Marriott or much higher than what we received. Handicap accessible rooms really were not yes they had a roll in shower however the shower curtain doesn't stay in place properly and there's water all over the place it's a slip and fall nightmare. The room was not clean the next day. Coffee pots were not okay with pots which is what I expected. We went out for the day expecting to come back to a clean and orderly room it wasn't at all we actually ran out of toilet paper. The toilet overflowed on her last day which was pretty much the icing on the cake to like pacify us they gave us some small discounts I really feel it wasn't enough especially when the toilet overflowed the TV didn't work at one point they had to come in and we adjust all the wires it just wasn't my standard oh the pool was not 84 degrees there is no possible way it was and there was no thermometer in the pool for me to check it which there should be that should be standard especially in a heated pool. Overall I would give this hotel with the exception of the lifeguard whose name was vice I give a five I give the overall experience a 2.

A couple of issues - we reserved a room that slept 5 people, but were told that wasn’t available for the price we paid, which didn’t make sense. We were offered a cot, but it seemed impractical so I just used a sleeping bag on the floor. Something needs correction there. Also, the breakfast voucher option was confusing (for 2 adults and 2 kids under 12), which didn’t quite match our party - 2 adults, 1 kid under 12 and two teenagers. Overall, the voucher saved us money, but it could use some tweaking for families that have different ages.

First of all, we did not get the room we paid for. I booked a King suite but when we got there the clerk said he only had 2 queen beds available and that room was the same price. Weird, because it wasn't the same online. He was rude and dismissive about the situation. I didn't feel like arguing but I felt cheated and would not stay here again because of this. Then, beware the rooms. They are nice but crammed with so much furniture it was hard to move around. This place says it is business friendly, I travel to a lot of conferences and I would never choose this place. It's not convenient at all. It's also difficult to find with poor signage.

The building looked pretty updated but after a few minutes in the room it was clear it needed it again. The furniture is pretty beaten up, the AC/Heater was noisy and the shower head definitely needed some CLR because calcium & lime were evident. The hallways were noisy at night but eventually quieted down. We chose to eat in because it had been a long day but all we ordered was a burger, tomato soup and grilled cheese but it took at least 45 minutes! The burger was fine but the soup was luke warm and the grilled cheese was cold and congealed. Disappointing. I guess Marriott standards have changed. The bed was comfortable though!

This place says it is business friendly, I travel to a lot of conferences and I would never choose this place. It's not convenient at all. It's also difficult to find with poor signage.
First of all, we did not get the room we paid for. I booked a King suite but when we got there the clerk said he only had 2 queen beds available and that room was the same price. Weird, because it wasn't the same online. He was rude and dismissive about the situation. I didn't feel like arguing but I felt cheated and would not stay here again because of this. Then, beware the rooms. They are nice but crammed with so much furniture it was hard to move around. Conveniently located within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and only a short drive to the seaside and the Kennedy Family historic sites. The staff was very pleasant and efficient. The rooms were spacious and clean and offered a mini-refrigerator, small microwave oven, and a tiny coffee maker (with coffee and tea supplies). Although we did not partake of these amenities, there is a pool, a fully equipped exercise gym, a small "pantry area" with snacks and some microwave meals, and a cafe area in the hotel. Easy to access parking lot with ample parking. Traffic can be heavy at times in that area, so leave extra time to get to your destinations. Enjoy your stay!

The hotel was clean and we liked the style of the room. Our kids really appreciated how warm the pool was, and we liked that we could walk to the CC mall next door. A couple of issues - we reserved a room that slept 5 people, but were told that wasn’t available for the price we paid, which didn’t make sense. We were offered a cot, but it seemed impractical so I just used a sleeping bag on the floor. Something needs correction there. Also, the breakfast voucher option was confusing (for 2 adults and 2 kids under 12), which didn’t quite match our party - 2 adults, 1 kid under 12 and two teenagers. Overall, the voucher saved us money, but it could use some tweaking for families that have different ages.

The building looked pretty updated but after a few minutes in the room it was clear it needed it again. The furniture is pretty beaten up, the AC/Heater was noisy and the shower head definitely needed some CLR because calcium & lime were evident. The hallways were noisy at night but eventually quieted down. We chose to eat in because it had been a long day but all we ordered was a burger, tomato soup and grilled cheese but it took at least 45 minutes! The burger was fine but the soup was luke warm and the grilled cheese was cold and congealed. Disappointing. I guess Marriott standards have changed. The bed was comfortable though!

My husband & I live in MA so this was just a staycation for our anniversary. We both thought the hotel was fine, close to everything. We got booked a 1 Kingsize room, it was clean but there was no safe, but we knew that when we booked. And there was only one towel rack in the bathroom. The room was nice, but no pictures on the walls only in the bathroom. All in all, the room was fine and the restaurant is good. I liked the gym.

Great experience. The grounds were clean and well maintained. Rooms were also clean and well maintained. Pool area was nice and there was an attendant present every time we used the pool. All staff that I had an interaction with was pleasant and helpful. The cafe was real decent and food was good.

Check in and check out was super easy and fast. The pool was perfect for kids. The shallow end was 3 feet so the kids could go in without any worries. Also, there was always a staff attendant in the pool area which I've never seen before. The breakfast at the cafe was good but basically the same options except with a different carb. I wish it were continental breakfast. Walking distance to Target and the Mall. Lots of other stores in the area.
