We arrived at the hotel early in order to use the swimming pool, always an important part of our vacation. To our dismay, we discovered that the pool was out of order, closed indefinitely for repairs...no apologies, nothing. we do believe we are entitled to some reimbursement. The pool was one of the reasons we had decided to stay there in the first place.

Stayed in a one bedroom suite with my partner and two teenage daughters. The hotel location is very close to Ithaca, Cornell University, Ithaca Falls and so many other scenic areas. I also love how there was a free buffet breakfast included in the room rate. The breakfast station attendee, Tanisha, was fantastic and she made sure the food was refilled quickly and the coffee was hot and fresh. All of the hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly! The hot tub was lovely but the pool water was looking a bit green so we decided not to use it. The room we stayed in could definitely be updated and refreshed, with a deep clean as well.

Very comfortable room and bed. Showerhead was weak. Breakfast was not what we are accustomed to at Hilton properties. No ice machines (?). Would encourage more recycling stations. Hot tub didn't work.

Great place to stay with our 4 kids- plenty of room to spread out. Pool was small but the kids still had fun. Clean, updated, and comfortable. Showers could have used better showerheads but they still worked. Breakfast staff was very nice even though breakfast wasn’t great. We would definitely stay here again.

I liked the size of the parking lot. Unfortunately that’s all I liked. Long line to check in because there was only one person at the counter. I was almost charged $500 more for my room because of a computer glitch, but I had my receipt from Expedia, however the cost of my room was $85 more than my friend’s room next-door to me and she went directly through Hilton. I am not happy. $85 is ridiculous. I was informed that the pool and the whirlpool were unfortunately closed for the remainder of the week. I was never provided with an email from Expedia for this inconvenience again I am not satisfied. The room was not updated. The Wi-Fi was sketchy. I was told I only get housekeeping every other day and none of this was disclosed in Expedia. I am completely unsatisfied very disappointed with the quality of a Hilton and lack of disclosure from Expedia. I want some compensation for what happened.

The pool was heated, but needed some vacuuming. The hot tub seemed too forceful. Bathrooms could have been cleaner with multiple hairs found everywhere. Short drive to falls and Cayuga lake.

We used this hotel for Thanksgiving overflow at our house. Our suite was spacious and mostly clean. We did find crumbs and a candy wrapper in the couch bed, but overall, nice and clean. On Wednesday they have a light buffet available, and it was really nice. Broccoli cheddar soup with crusty bread was enjoyed by all. Salad, cheese and crackers, pita with dip, fruit and best of all, beer and wine! Breakfast was okay and everyone found something to eat. We did miss the traditional waffles that we always find at these 'free' breakfasts. If you stay here, be sure to visit the Reuse Center at the mini-mall next door. Great shopping!

The room was large and very accommodating. Everything was extremely clean and the front desk (a man, I forgot his name) was so nice and showed us where to go to find our room and offered his service if we needed anything! This was by far my favorite hotel and we travel a lot during wrestling season with my young kids!

The property was very good. The best part was the separate bedroom with living room / kitchen separate. I particularly enjoyed breakfast choices. As a vegan it was nice to see chia pudding and overnight oats with oat milk in addition to hearty oatmeal. The Wednesday night soup and salad with wine and beer also a plus. The staff was friendly and tried to help as Expedia got our reservation wrong.

It was very clean and nice. My issue is our room was not ready when we got there. We had 30 min to get to a wedding. We had to change clothes in the bathroom. My husband was told he could use the shower by the pool, so he did. No towels. He had to dry off with paper towels. Our room was ready almost 2 hours after it was supposed to be. If someone had texted us earlier that we would not be able to access our room, we would have changed before we got there. For what we paid for that room (about 3 x more than avg normal rate), we should have had a five star welcome. Not a public bathroom as a dressing area.

Mostly understaffed. Only one person at check in and four parties needing checked in. She was efficient as could be…but can’t do everything. Later that night after the original lady was no longer around. No bedding for fold out couch and so when we called, whoever answered said in a very dull monotone answer, “ go to the desk”. So my husband got redressed and we only need to be told there that someone would bring it to the room. They brought everything except a pillow. I gave her one off our bed. Small things but…

A distance from Cornell, this hotel has parking and the roads around it aren't crazy like within the university area. Not far from Sapsucker Woods. A lovely breakfast buffet, and very friendly staff. Rooms area comfortable and have a kitchen.

This is our favorite place to stay in Ithaca. The location is convenient, being very close to the highway as well as two malls, the rooms are spacious and quiet, and the breakfast is better than most other places.

We have been staying here whenever we go to Ithaca over the past few years because it is comfortable, clean, quiet, and convenient, and they had great breakfasts. Unfortunately, this time the quality and variety of the food items has deteriorated. I hope they resume the great quality and variety next time we go back.
