Our room 2 queen & sofa bed was very spacious, it can fit one more queen bed in it. Hotel was very clean & great amenities for a smaller hotel (shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, conditioner, hand soap, face soap, make up remover, standing full length mirror, closet with hangers and towels enough for everyone). Hotel provided shuttle service to and from the airport. Easy to get to downtown with continental breakfast. Hotel gate can only access using a guest card. The busy freeway is in front of the hotel so it might be an issue t night if you are not a deep sleeper. I would recommend & will come back.

We were in a handicap room on the 3rd floor and the elevator went out. The sign on the elevator said if you need help getting luggage down, to call front desk, we did, we were informed they didn't have anyone to help. Its a very clean, very comfortable place to stay other than that

This hotel is in a great location and is close to everything we needed within a 15 or less minute drive. The parking is gated and I felt safe parking my car there. The staff was nice and will go above and beyond to help out. The rooms are spacious and clean which I enjoy.

The room was huge and very clean. There was secure parking. The breakfast was adequate. Staff was kind and helpful. We had the pool to ourselves at most times. The location was convenient. It was a nice hotel for the money. We will stay there again when we visit our son in Uptown.

Cheap cheap cheap.... linoleum floor, plastic shower wall, texture walls.... No doors on closet, no chair... Staff didn't even bother to open the locked glass door when we arrived, another guest let us in with their key. Elevator broke, toaster broke. At least room was clean.

The hotel is clean, and the breakfast and coffee are good. I don't recommend it for families or tourists because it's far from the city center. The airport shuttle doesn't run on weekends. The bathroom was nice, but the dark blue color of the rooms made it feel very closed in.

The staff were really nice and helpful. Received a small snack bag after check-in. The gym area was nice with a good variety of equipment. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Modern updates. Very convenient location just 8 minutes from Love Field Airport and other attractions such as The Medieval Tournament and 15-20 minutes from The Galleria Mall & Dallas World Aquarium. Would definitely recommend for a safe, clean, convenient, and budget friendly hotel.

I went to sleep, getting into my bed with the lights out. When I woke up this morning I found dried up blood on the sheets, bedspread, etc. the person at the front desk and the manager declined to view the bed. They sent housekeepers the room who took pictures, told the manager it was fresh blood and they saw needles in the bathroom. They did not go into the bathroom because I was in there most of the time. I was not bleeding. It was someone else’s blood. The front desk person declined to do anything and the manager was “ on a conference call. “ I was told that the hotel manager would call me and she did and kept insisting that it was fresh blood, which it was not. She did nothing to help me.

Room was very clean, staff was very nice. The beds were very comfortable. Didn’t have their continental breakfast because we left before they started serving. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Dallas for more Dr appointments.

Stayed in better for less . There was construction going on in the parking lot so half of the parking was not available. There was also no place to pull up to unload luggage . The shower had mildew spots on the floor. There was so much noise from traffic outside and you can hear anytime someone walks in the room above you. The “free breakfast” was probably the worst I’ve seen, cereal, a few bagels, packaged muffins, or yogurt from a machine. Definitely won’t be staying here again .

The place is clean but has a feeling that it was build for some other purpose and converted to this condition. The TV was on the SIDE of the bed. So you have to turn your neck 90 degrees if you wanted to watch it. The room lights are white and so office like. (They should be warm yellow). The bathroom is so tiny that it was actually claustrophobic. Overall, we did not enjoy the stay. Not going to be back here.

It was okay,Staff was friendly but Breakfast was not good at all, they only had bagels muffins fruits boiled eggs and oatmeal and we were on 1st floor and it was very loud like the walls are thin so we heard all kinds of banging and noises waking us up.Due to that I wouldn’t stay here again.

Smooth check in and checkout process. Clean rooms, clean sheets, towels. Good coffee at the lobby and well breakfast isn’t continental but it’s something. All employees are hospitable and respectful. Had an inconvenience in the middle of the night because of unpleasant guests that were screaming, stomping and slamming their door at around 3:30am. Our whole family was woken up, pretty sure the entire floor could hear. I let the lobby know and the manager came up and he immediately put a stop to it. Highly recommended staying here.

I thought this was going to be a new Hilton property. It was not its an old hotel now a Hilton property. This hotel was Hilton cost with far from the Hilton expectations on appearance and guest. People were running up and down the halls knocking on doors at 11 pm. Also, was charged an early check in fee to check in 2 hours early (12pm). I have stayed at many other Hilton properties and never been charged an early check in fee. Disappointed

Stayed at this property one night to be close to Love Field for an early flight the next morning. People arguing, yelling, running up and down the hallway almost all night. Attempted to call the front desk multiple times, no answer! Hard to believe Hilton sponsors this property. Will not return.

I was very pleased with my stay here in July, 2025. My daughter and I spent 4 days in Dallas. This hotel is an easy distance from many downtown venues and events. In less than 10 minutes we got to our destinations: American Airlines Center, Klyde Warren Park, & Dallas World Aquarium. It was very clean and our room was spacious. No carpet in our room which I LOVED. The staff was so nice and courteous. Breakfast was basic but it was fresh. They even had oat milk as an option. The pool was on the smaller side but clean and always had plenty of towels available. The parking lot is gated so you have to use your room key to get in. That was a nice safety feature. There are plenty of dining options close by. This is a great and affordable option for your stay in Dallas. Would absolutely stay here again.

This property is not in a good/decent neighborhood. I chose this property for the price point and convenience to Dallas Love Airport. There is an option to leave your vehicle there (I’m sure for a fee) and use their shuttle service, but we just did not feel comfortable leaving our vehicle there for several days while we were gone.

Staff was great & helpful and shuttle drivers were awesome & navigate Dallas traffic perfectly.! Breakfast and shuttle are my most coveted amenities and Spark had both. Rooms have been updated to a clean modern spacious style. Bathroom amenity’s were plentiful & high quality. Property is secure with gate and parking is plentiful if needed. For the cost this hotel is above and beyond in hospitality.

Beds were comfortable but make sure you stay in the back of the hotel, otherwise it is too noisy. It is NOT a breakfast bar it is a bagel bar. Nothing but bagels or boiled eggs.

I thought the bathroom was dirty. Breakfast had such a terrible menu. Nothing I would consider a good breakfast. No eggs or protein/meat. Our fridge in our room didn’t work and all of our food ruined. I would like a refund for the night of our dinner that ruined reimbursed
