We (family of 4) stayed here on our way down to FL for a night. The rooms were fine and the pool was open late so the kids could burn off some energy. Everyone at the front desk was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was a little chaotic because it was so busy, but staff did great keeping the food coming out quickly. I will say the a/c is a liar and does not go as low as you set it to, but we travel with a fan so we were okay.

We stayed at this hotel twice and we were very impressed. The staff was friendly, hotel was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. There were many dining options surrounding the hotel. It was very quiet and we appreciated that because we have a little baby. The parking area was well lit and it felt very safe.

Hotel was right off the high way and you didnt hear the traffic noise. Nearby restaurants offer a discount if you show your hotel key which is amazing. Breakfast was wonderful, probably the best hotel Breakfast ive had and love the different flavor creamers for coffee. Pool was clean and warm.

Front desk tried to charge twice reservation have been pre-paid onhotels.com would not quote for an upgrade. Jacuzzi was broken but my desk was able to repair room is clean comfortable

Staff friendly. Room spacious and clean. Bed comfortable. Fridge did not work and it was late so didn’t complain. Very noisy on the interstate side. Beginning at 4:30 am, trucks were revving up to leave. Only one elevator and it sounded like it was about to break down.

Wasn’t the cleanest Holiday Inn we’ve stayed at but the beds were clean. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. Soap and shampoo dispensers were full and worked.

Hotel was nice, beds were comfy and breakfast was good. Our room faced the highway and you heard truck horns and traffic a lot. The hotel was clean, but our room could have used a wet mop in the bathroom. It was clear that had not been done in awhile. Price was a little higher than what I normally pay, but overall, I would stay here again.

Right off the highway and close to lots of food options. It seemed pretty clean and well stocked. I have no complaints! Was a great one night stop along the way for our family spring break!

Hotel is older and was extremely expensive for the room we received. We were put in a handicap room but we did not ask to be put there. We were right next to the elevator and the ice machine. We were given a handicapped room, which was unexpected but was due to my error. The shower apparatus would not work properly, so after a long drive and paying $164 for a one night stay, we couldn’t even take a shower. We know how the tub release works, but the top sprayer only sprayed hard streams of water, and the hand held sprayer we couldn’t get to work at all. The bathroom sick had no stopper. The thermostat on the wall doesn’t regulate room temp and we didn’t figure this out until we spent a very cool night in our room. You actually have to go to the window unit to adjust the temperature. The furniture in this room was as hard as rocks.

The hotel is conveniently near the interstate and very well maintained, but the walls are paper thin. I could hear everything coming from the room next door. They woke up at 6am, and so did I, whether I like it or not. I could every word of their conversation, every cough, every fart. And if I could hear them, I know they could hear me. Maybe it would help if the adjoining door that separated our suites actually went all the way to the floor, but there was a large gap at the bottom and I could see all the way into their suite, super creepy.

Very nice hotel and great staff. Would stay again for sure. Only complaint was the doors to our rooms. Neither would latch without pushing very hard, allowing anyone the possibility to open the door without key card.

I loved the soft, comfy, cozy bed. I’ve been on an extended road trip and have been sleeping on my pillows because the beds have been like concrete slabs. Thank YOU, Holiday Inn Express, for the pillow top mattress and (finally) some quality SLEEP! I definitely recommend this property and will stay there again if I return to the area.

Average hotel and very nice staff and yes very well cleaned The keycard function is sketch on many doors And don’t even think about the pull out couch for sleeping unless you are sleeping over with not friends

We had some issues with our room. The smoke alarm was beeping at 2am and the window frame was leaking water from the frame and puddling on the AC unit. We used a towel to stop the drip noise but the entire window needs fixed. Regardless of these two issues that caused us to have a non-restful night, the staff were AMAZING. Felicia at the front desk was polite, listened to my concerns. The hotel was ok, but the staff deserve recognition with their superior customer service. Also, the breakfast was good and kind staff as well. A variety of foods for our family of 4 (pancakes, eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, yogurt options, milk, juices, coffee...all the things you expect!).

We asked for extra pillows and blankets. We were told to come back to the desk in a little bit and pick them up. They were in garbage bags and handed to us, we had to put our own pillowcases on them. They were just folded in the bags. The door keys were replaced 3 times because they didn’t work. The air conditioner didn’t work so we asked about it and was told. Its fine even though it was just blowing room temperature. They didn’t have anyone look at it but told us we could use a fan. The cable was out until we went to bed around 9ish and then the next morning when I mentioned it i was told that it came on later that night if i had been up later I would have been able to watch it. Was a very uncomfortable/unpleasant situation.

I was here for a business trip and this location was central to every place that I wanted to go and every restaurant and store wanted to visit. I was very pleased with how friendly all of the staff was ALL THE TIME. The welcome sign over the coffee station and the cookies were a nice added touch to make everyone feel invited. I especially enjoyed the breakfast which was delicious as well as server who wrote sweet messages on the bananas. I wish I could have stayed longer, because everything was meticulously maintained and beautiful.
