Parking was terrible. Trucks with trailers took up 4 or more spaces. The room was dated and had no tv. There was a TV but no connection. The chain for security was broken off the door and just hung off the slot.

It was good except you couldn’t swim in the pool bc it wasn’t ready yet ! But other then that it was clean & nice and the employees were very nice and friendly .

The room was not what we expected. The doors for both the bathroom and the exterior were grimy. They had not been wiped down for months. The sheets had stains on them, even though they appeared clean. The entire room didn’t feel clean. On another note, Expedia was terrible. We drove all day. We were exhausted. When we arrived to get our room. The reservation through Expedia would not go through. We made several calls to Expedia, but we couldn’t talk to anyone. The call back time they said was 15 min, but it turned out to be 25 minutes. Then it was several minutes after a person called to finally get it right. Total time about an hour. The front desk says this happens periodically with Expedia. I really think I will avoid Expedia in the future.

The room's condition was, unfortunately, less than ideal. The pillowcases had blood stains, and there were cigarette burns in various locations bed, toliet, table etc. There was a bug on the bed possibly a flea, and the room was generally unclean. The smell was quite unpleasant, like something decaying. This was all within minutes of us being in the room. We asked for a refund immediately. Thankfully, the staff members were friendly. We did receive a refund. It would be wise to consider alternative accommodations.

This hotel is filthy. Not only that but the toilet fell off the wall and wobbles, the filth on the doors and floorboards was beyond filthy. I had a very difficult time sleeping know the heater had mold. I would shout to everyone not to ever stay there.

Upon first impressions with the staff when checking in, they were extreme nice and welcoming. The room, had it issues. I first noticed that the light in the bathroom turned on after flipping the switch about 7-8 time (on average). One of the lamps didn't have a bulb in it, base board around air conditioning unit was pulling away from the wall, TV failed to connect to the hotel wifi limiting watch options. A couple of the hand towels where clearly passed the use date. They were noticeably dingy in colors and needed to meet the trash.

I had my two children, we left for food and came back to a noise complaint. The clerk threatened to call the cops if we didn’t keep the kids tamed was her words. The ceiling was falling in. The paint was chipping off all the walls. I didn’t even want my kids walking around, let alone not tamed. Mold was in the bathroom. I would not ever stay again.

Staff was friendly. The room was hot when i got in, the ac wasnt putting out cold air, maybe cool air. No main lights, had 3 lamps, 1 had no bulb. Bathroom light took about 15 minutes to come on...The bed was about as hard as the floor. When i sat down, it didnt move. Pillows were big blobs, head went right to the bed when i laid down.

Front desk associate was very nice and friendly. Hotel room smelled bad, small tv, remote didn’t work, dingy, air vent in bathroom was hanging, and wasn’t the cleanest. And the main door had a gap at the bottom.

The property needs a complete updating. We stayed at a Econo Lodge in Gatlinburg TN and it was excellent. We were disappointed in this Econo Lodge. Staff is excellent but the conditions are terrible!

There was a bed bug found on our bed. We packed our things in the car and went to discuss the issue with the office and her response was that her boss would be in at 8 am that we would have to come back then. She did not offer any kind of sympathy or anything. Had to ask her abt switching rooms bc we had no where to go and she couldnt give a refund or anything. Then she got a attitude and said she wasnt going to move us again.

Lady behind the desk is very nice but the fact that I woke up at 3:00 in the morning and I had bed bugs on me and I have over 20 bites on my head and arms infuriates me and the fact that I won't get my money back for over 2 weeks

Check in was horrible. I tried to give her my identification from the beginning because I knew she would need it and could possibly use it to look up the reservation. She didn’t take it, asked for my name, then proceeded to tell me she didn’t have a reservation for me. I started to panic but she had just smelled something incorrect. Then came back and asked for my identification. I did get a smoking room but it smelled really horribly, I didn’t want to eat my food inside the room. The tub had stains.

Kelly doesnt know how to communicate-she was extremely unprofessional speaking with me on the phone and didn't allow me to speak. She was proud to tell me that Im on the DO NOT RENT list.
