A number of contractors were smoking outside on premises. The rooms and building were nonsmoking. However the smoke smell was very noticeable. My wife has severe Asthma and coughs intermittently 24/7. For us we might have to start looking for hotels that do not allow smoking on grounds. However we have stayed here before and it wasn’t a problem.

Great place to stop for the night. It was clean, quiet and close to the interstate. We are traveling with our dogs and they gave us a 1st floor room close to the back door and dog walk area. The check in person was excellent! Would definitely recommend!!

After I checked us in that's when the clerk advised me the elevator did not work and that we needed to walk up the stairs to the second floor. I told her that my husband had just had knee surgery a couple of weeks back that it might be difficult for him, could we have a room on the first floor. Apparently, they had already rented out all the rooms on the first floor. He made it up the stairs slowly, but I definitely would have chose another hotel had the clerk told me the elevator was not working before checking in. It's supposed to be a pretty new hotel. It appeared to be clean. However, what really freaked me out was the little cockroach in the bathroom area of the room. Maybe a previous guest brought them in I have no idea but I know for sure we did not. Don't think we will visit this hotel again.

Staff at check-in. Terri asked if I needed a first floor room due to elevator being unavailable. Told me about the good breakfast in the morning and restaurants where I could eat dinner. Very helpful and friendly. Appreciated her thoughtful and caring attitude.

Booked through Expedia and they have this hotel listed as a 4 star hotel with great reviews but it’s more like a 1 star hotel. Room smelled like urine, carpet was frayed, walls were dirty. I prepaid for the room and front clerk was unable to give me a refund.

The room was definitely in need of repairs. Tub was stained, paint peeling, and carpets stained. Beds were clean and that’s all we needed for passing through. Bathroom is really tiny the smallest I’ve seen yet. Don’t plan on staying there again or any Sleep Inn.

Front desk staff was very helpful. I was just staying overnight. Upon entering the room, I found mold in the shower, stains on the sheets, and boogers wiped on the walls. It was an ok resting place while on the road, but definitely not the quality I expected from a sleep inn.

Staff was very friendly. Front desk clerk took the time to explain how to access the WiFi, breakfast hours, and which restaurants in the area offered a discount for showing your room key. Breakfast was good, I had a nice hot waffle, egg and coffee. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and plenty of free channels on the large TV. Very quiet, did not hear any noise from the other rooms.

The service at this hotel is excellent. I had a small issue with the room they gave us. The manager did not just give us a different room, he upgraded it to a larger bed with a larger room! That was so appreciated!

Person at counter was very friendly and did a great job. They let us check out the room before we paid. My OCD gets very bad if the room is not very clean or smells. I don’t do well in hotels because I’m very picky. This one was our half way stop to New Orleans Cruise. Very clean and I definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Checked in and there was no wifi service or cell phone service. I spent about 45 mins trying to get internet access so I could work but no success. I went back down to the lobby and said I would need to check out because I could notbwork without internet connectivity. I asked if I could have a refund as I had not used the room and they refused. They said they only give refunds after 10 mins from checkin. Will never stay at another SleepIn again.

Front desk was very friendly and room was clean. Backside of hotel is a large semi parking area that had trucks coming and going all night. The air conditioning would not cool to set temperature so room was a little warmer than we would prefer so between that and the truck traffic, sleep was not good. Had the feel of a remodeled Motel 6. Sink was in the main area not in the bathroom and very strange light switch positions. Due to inability to sleep, we left before breakfast was served. Coffee in lobby was the worst we had ever had. Was a little concerned when we saw so many 10/10 ratings and many appeared very similar. Many appeared AI generated. Would not stay again or recommend especially at that price point.

A lot disappointed after reading the reviews before booking Parking our RV was great. the grounds are clean. it’s an older hotel that has been updated but lots of little out of date things. The fire doors were propped open. The AC wouldn’t adjust. the coffee was out of order. Def overpriced for the condition.
