This was just ok. We stayed as a halfway point to Florida. The bathroom was out of shampoo and body wash. The outlet in the bathroom didn’t work. My husband took a shower and walked around the room and his feet were dirty, so they did not clean the floors beforehand. The pool was dirty a full of so many bugs and there was no net or I would have cleaned some out. The “eggs” at breakfast were not eggs. They looked gritty, looked like they were made from powder and did not taste great. The few positives, the staff was so friendly and nice and it was convenient. Will try somewhere else next year.

This is definitely a motel level experience. The lobby smelled strongly of natural gas. The rooms had comfortable beds with clean linens, but there were some dead bugs and flies in the room. There was a water leak and peeling paint on the ceiling by the door. The bathroom shower was a bit dirty and the rod was falling apart. The pool area was clean, but feels a bit exposed to the parking lot area. There were a few people hanging around outside of their rooms at night which felt uncomfortable walking past from the pool to the room. The breakfast was OK waffle maker was a plus, biscuits and gravy felt old. Overall an OK stop for the night but a bit expensive for the quality.

We were locked out of our room for 20mins after coming back from dinner while the front desk found the manual key to unlock the door. Which was quickly followed by my son laying in bed and having a huge cockroach crawl on him. We were moved rooms because it was late and we just wanted to get on the road early in the morning. Our new room had no shower towels, the tv did not work, and the shower was either freezing or broiling. The front desk staff said he left a message for the manager and we would be called the next morning about all of our issues. We never received a call. Because we booked through Expedia, he said we would have to go through them for the refund. Expedia has since tried to contact the property and hasn’t gotten a response so our issue is now closed. So nice to know that NO ONE is responsible for this situation. Both Expedia and Red Roof Inn are passing the buck to each other and no one cares. Stay somewhere else.

There was a dirty nasty soiled towel behind door of the bathroom. I had to go to the desk and get a light bulb to change the light on my nightstand. The pillowcases were stained with what, I don't know. We had to use needle nose pliers to pull knob up for shower head. At breakfast I took a big drink of milk only for it to be spoiled, and the eggs were not eggs.

We had to switch rooms. The first one had hand print poop smears on the bathroom walls and doors.. a dirty mirror with black weird shapes. The fridge was dirty and it had no sheets blankets pillows for the 2nd pull out bed. The next room they put us in had a shower covered in other peoples hair at least 15 short curly black hair the mircowave is gross, still no sheets for the second bed and i had to catch and remove 28 stink bugs for my autistic son to sleep. The front guy seemed a little clueless and was trying to argue

Room floor was filthy. Asked specifically for floor to be cleaned to no avail. Laundry facility was so dirty and cluttered with trash it wasn’t useable. Trash and garbage jammed in overflowing can under the stairways. We left a day before our reservation ended. After complaining to the property they told me they wouldn’t issue a refund for the unused portion of our stay because we made the reservation through Expedia. Will never use Red Roof Inn again. Will never use Expedia again.

Staff were great. Location was great. Very convenient. Rooms need much upgrading. It had everything listed but there was peeling paint and water damage. Room smells of mold and dampness. Pipes in wall made noises intermittently all day and all night.

Comfy and convenient to 65. Behind a Cracker Barrel, gas station, and plenty of food options. We were 2 adults and a small dog just looking for somewhere quiet and safe to break up a long road trip. It is a very simple and older room with a big bathroom and a good-sized fridge. Staff was friendly.

Right around 6 pm I tried to draw a hot bath in the Jacuzzi suite and arguably to whole reason for getting the room and NO HOT water. Lukewarm at best. Used the phone in the room to try to call the front desk but it just gave me a busy signal so I use my cell phone to call the hotel directly. The front desk clerk was very nice and told me that she was in the middle of something but that she would come down in 15 minutes and worst case scenario they would just move us to the room next door. Was fine and I would have been totally satisfied with that outcome. So I wait and I wait and I wait and I wait and I wait and I'm still waiting. No one ever came down to the room to check on it and I never heard back anything from the front office stuff. Luckily... Around 10:00 p.m.... since I still had not heard from the front desk I thought I would give it another try and lo and behold it worked. It's like someone literally just turned the hot water on. Although the problem was solved for me... There's no way to front desk could have known and they never called or came by the room. For all they know... I was still in a room with no hot water. I'm fairly certain that the tub was not cleaned after the last persons stay so I had to clean it myself...

The rooms were really nice. Beautiful with wood floors. The bathtub was kinda gross and in need of update. The entry door had been upgraded to card tap but the actual handles stuck so bad it took a couple trys to get in the door. Breakfast was great with hot foods. Friendly staff.

No one at the desk for over 30 minutes while we were trying to check in. Room was dilapidated; instead of being repaired it looks like they just dumped 5 gallons of the cheapest paint on everything. Bed sheets had to be changed because they were covered in black dog hair from the previous user. Bathroom was disgusting….bathtub was cracked and been repaired with what I can only guess was sheetrock mud and caulk for some reason. Air conditioning unit was louder than my wife’s snoring so that was nice at least.

We didn’t get to stay here. When booking, I accidentally clicked on Friday Oct 11 instead of Oct 4 when we were heading south for vacation. We thought it would be a good halfway stop for the family. I was lucky and only booked 1 of the 2 rooms I needed. Within 1 minute, I realized my mistake and messaged the hotel. No reply. The next morning I called the hotel and they said it was non refundable. I said that is fine but if they would cancel the room that I would actually book 2 rooms for my family of 6. They said the manager would have to do it. I then sent customer service through hotels.com a message to help. They had no success. Finally I called the hotel and explained the situation again. I tried diligently to explain that I actually needed 2 rooms for Oct 4 and all they had to do was cancel the reservation that I accidentally made for Oct 11. They refused and actually lost out on business. They can have the 1 night rate that I paid through hotels.com but I encourage everyone to pass on booking at this hotel as they are greedy people that don’t understand customer service and business. I hope all of you read this review.

Comfy and convenient to 65. Behind a Cracker Barrel, gas station, and plenty of food options. We were 2 adults and a small dog just looking for somewhere quiet and safe to break up a long road trip. It is a very simple and older room with a big bathroom and a good-sized fridge. Staff was friendly.

Basic overnight stay for last night of family vacation. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was not well-stocked so went to the IHOP down the road. It was right off the highway which would have been a big plus if that bathroom had been cleaned properly. It was nice that there was no carpet but noticed floor wasn’t swept and mopped in hard to reach areas. The king size bed was very uncomfortable so I didn’t get much rest. Too tired traveling to wait for bathroom to be recleaned so didn’t shower before checking out. It was nice that there was an offering of a hot breakfast but the pastries were stale and the “eggs” were inedible. Everyone threw them in the trash. I asked for more waffle batter but he didn’t even fill it but just put in enough batter for maybe 2 or 3 waffles. It was overall not a good stay. I do not recommend staying here.

There was a dirty nasty soiled towel behind door of the bathroom. I had to go to the desk and get a light bulb to change the light on my nightstand. The pillowcases were stained with what, I don't know. We had to use needle nose pliers to pull knob up for shower head. At breakfast I took a big drink of milk only for it to be spoiled, and the eggs were not eggs.

This was just ok. We stayed as a halfway point to Florida. The bathroom was out of shampoo and body wash. The outlet in the bathroom didn’t work. My husband took a shower and walked around the room and his feet were dirty, so they did not clean the floors beforehand. The pool was dirty a full of so many bugs and there was no net or I would have cleaned some out. The “eggs” at breakfast were not eggs. They looked gritty, looked like they were made from powder and did not taste great. The few positives, the staff was so friendly and nice and it was convenient. Will try somewhere else next year.

We traveled to Hunstville for Space Camp graduation and needed a place to sleep & rest. The Red Roof Inn met those needs. The bed & pillows were soft, shower was clean and hot and the breakfast was delicious. We will return next year!

The rooms were really nice. Beautiful with wood floors. The bathtub was kinda gross and in need of update. The entry door had been upgraded to card tap but the actual handles stuck so bad it took a couple trys to get in the door. Breakfast was great with hot foods. Friendly staff.
