It was an overnight stay, but the service was nice and the hotel was quiet. It is a little older and some things in the room were either missing, hanging off, or slightly dirty. The bed wasn’t the best, but again, it was a one night stay. There was breakfast and hot coffee in the lobby. Also, they have a pool. For what it was and the cost, it’s okay

We stopped for overnight stay en route to Florida. It has nice upgrades being done but work is in progress (May 2024) so some construction mess. It was clean and the rate was reasonable. It had all the amenities needed for overnight stay.

Room was clean, beds comfortable, good breakfast! Parking lot well lit. Night desk person seemed a bit ruffled and also didn’t give much info, where rooms are, breakfast times etc. Breakfast was really good and hot. The only complaint would be the noise of people hanging outside… you can hear them talking etc, which isn’t the motel’s fault, but maybe signs could be put up to let people know everyone can hear every word they say lol We just stayed an overnight traveling, would stay here again for an overnight.

This was a well cared for property except for one thing…the pool was cloudy and had debris in it. When I asked the excuse was the heat…that’s not a good reason. Our community keeps our pool pristine and weather is often over 90. It’s about skimming daily and checking ph…auto dispenser would be most helpful..or switch to salt water…less expensive and easier to keep in balance. Otherwise, good facility, I’ll stay again…just won’t be in the pool unless situation corrected. Unhealthy!

No elevator, so if you don’t do stairs they charge you extra to stay on the bottom floor. The light just seeps all around the door. The bed was ok and the room was clean. If you don’t mind light pouring in then you’re fine.

We just needed a clean, comfortable place to sleep on our 13 hour trip. This was perfect! Room was clean. Very cool AC. Breakfast was okay. Typical hotel breakfast, but it did the trick to get us started. Easy location right off the highway. Only issue was check in…desk employee had trouble finding our reservation but he was very patient and kept looking and found it. Didn’t take long so this is not a complaint…just FYI…booked through Expedia. Just keep all information with confirmations. Great stay. Would recommend!

Stayed in a room for 2 nights found a cockroach in closet. My room was moved to another then found a cockroach in the bed that night. Called the front desk and told them I was leaving. I paid for 7 night and stayed for 3 nights. Wanting a refund for the 4 night I did not stay. Still waiting to hear from the hotel.

We stayed twice. Once on the way to NOLA, once on the way back. It was affordable, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The free breakfast was quite good, but there are plenty of places to eat around if one wants something different. If I have one complaint, it would be that, on our second stay, the bathroom door didn't quite latch. Not a huge deal for a couple, but might be off putting for some. Additionally, also on the second stay, there was a cockroach in our room. I believe it probably came in from the outside, because our main door, like the bathroom door, didn't quite fit right and was a bit gappy (it did lock, though) and there was a trash can a few feet from our door.

There is a musty smell. Cob webs in the lamps by the bed. Not all outlets work. I use medical equipment at night. The unit would not stay on but about 1-1 1/2 hrs at a time. I had to get up and try to find another outlet to use the equipment. I got no sleep because of this. Tried to make coffee in our room and the same thing happened. Started making coffee using their coffee machine they provide but it quit midway through. The room would not cool down because the air conditioning unit would not stay on long enough. It kicked on and off all night but never cooled the room.

I did have a dirty sock left in the room and the floor wasn't vacuumed. I was charged twice for my room, once from expedia and again from the hotel directly. The manager was very helpful and sent a refund right back to my card.

The hotel room was SO DIRTY. Our comforter had a GIANT yellow stain in the middle. The bathroom had hair and what looked like mildew/mold on the shower tiles. There were also spots on the floor all around the toilet. Our room was near the pool and our room smelled so strongly of chlorine at times it made you dizzy. As well, our door did not have a good seal and we could see light coming in around the door on all sides (the doors are on the outside of the building).

The gap in the door . Flickering of the lights , Noise of the mini refrigerator, sink would fill up while brushing my teeth, bed sheets having burn holes , mattress cover had stains , and when maid came into vacuum , her vacuum didn’t suck up anything and she didn’t seem to notice.

My overnight stay was uneventful. The room and bath were nice sized and clean. The bed and beddings were clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was just okay. This location is just off the interstats so there was occasional road noise. Overall, a good value for the price.

Our car broke down right before we arrived. We still had another 400 miles to go to our next hotel. They let us keep our car there while we finished our trip. We came back five days later and our car was safe and sound. The people at the front desk were very accommodating, friendly, and just really good people.

I arrived at the hotel a little after midnight to a sign on the door saying to call the night manager. I got a busy tone when I called and even a rep from the national number couldn't get a hold of anyone. In the end, I waited 30 minutes before being told there wasn't anything they could do and I haf to book a second hotel. Your manager refused to provide me a refund. Horrible customer service!

When I walked in to check in I was not welcomed. The lady behind the desk didn’t greet me or smile at me. She shuffled around at the desk for a minute and then looked at me and said “drivers liscence.” And held out her hand. I got checked in but it wasn’t welcoming at all. When we stepped into our room it smelled horrible. The entire carpeted area between the air conditioner at the window and our bed was wet. It was disgusting. In the morning, there was no one at the desk to report the issue to. The condition of the room made it hard to sleep well and we are exhausted from not getting a good nights sleep and being grossed out by the smell and the room’s condition. The breakfast was the only decent piece of our stay. It had good variety and the breakfast area was nice. We will not be staying here again and would not recommend this hotel to any friends or family.

The warm breakfast of sausage patties, scrambled eggs biscuits and gravy was a treat! Waffles, baked goods and yogurt, rounded out the offerings. I loved that there were shampoo, conditioner and lotion dispensers in the bathroom. I appreciated that there was no Styrofoam in the dining area. Very green! I’d recommend having recycle bins in the guest rooms. The mattress was very comfortable, and the property was quiet all helpful for a good night sleep!

The property overall was a good value right off the highway. The breakfast is served from 5:30-9:30 and is very adequate. The only thing may have been biscuits were overdone (even burned) and gravy wasn’t refilled but still it was a quite nice variety and provided a hot element. There are some cameras in the parking lot which made us feel better traveling. The ice machine was empty our stay but it is right behind a gas station so ice was easily accessible and anything else we might need. There’s literally a McDonald’s right across the parking lot so very convenient for late night arrival or food. Many options for food and a Walmart a mile away so convenient stop during our trip to Florida.

First for the good. The front desk was very nice on check in. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. On to the bad. The chair in our room was broken and a couple of lights were out. All the rooms had doors directly to the outside. Very close to the highway. The room was very noisy all night. At breakfast, it was not being refilled. There were no eggs or milk left. Also no Creamer for coffee. We would not stay here again.
