Beautiful hotel with nice indoor pool. Very clean and great staff! Ruby Tuesdays on site! Sweet little cafe and also a lovely outdoor courtyard. Loved the spacious room and the above & beyond staff service.

The property looks kind of old from outside, but the internal decoration is excellent. The laundry machines solved my problem of dirty clothes. The only catch is that you need to have enough quarters. The front desk may not have enough to finish both washing and drying.

The hotel itself was not bad, in regards to the decorations and the lobby upon entrance...it added a nice touch and flair. The staff was pleasant upon entering and had gotten both me and brother settled in for our weekend stay. However, the pool was closed and was very much looking forward to taking a swim. I understand things happen but would have been nice to know prior to booking. In addition, the fitness room was a very tight space and could only fit about 2 or 3 people being the maximum if possible, without feeling too claustrophobic. Furthermore, while we were in our hotel room, the refrigerator could barely fit one food container in, without it closing properly, let alone if you have a few water bottles to put in it. Although I will admit that the hotel housekeepers were generous and left us with new clean towels, while they took the dirty ones and emptied all of the bins in our room in a timely manner. Overall, I felt as though I did not get the full hotel experience as shown throughout the images on the website versus what I paid for.

First big shout out and thank you to Nester and Ana. I had booked with a 3rd party vendor and I had some questions about my reservation. I called and Nester provided me with the information I needed and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. When I arrived later that day I saw him. He and Ana greeted me and provided an excellent check in experience. 10 out of 10. They even told me about the shuttle which was able to take me to my location in the morning.

The front desk gentleman was very accommodating and kind. The room was clean and spacious. The ceilings are so high which I love. The room service was so easy and it’s a perk the food comes from Ruby Tuesdays.

Loved the property and the Ruby Tuesdays restaurant attached to it. Very convenient. The only issue was the elevator. At one point only one was working and it took a long time to wait especially when there was a lot of guests staying on the weekend.

I really enjoyed my stay. My sister and I stayed in a room with King sized bed and a sofa couch. We loved the hotel pool and it was nice that the pool closed later at 10:00 pm.

Check in was easy and there was plenty of parking available. The only thing about this visit was that the elevator was down once when i needed it but that's a rare occurrence. One of my favorite hotels for a staycation!

The room was great until I walked in the bathroom. The door didn’t close, the toilet didn’t flush and there was hair in the tub. Not usually one to complain but they should fix that up a bit. Other than that the bed was comfy

If it’s not clean nothing else matters. This is a typical old Marriott, with splatter toothpaste on the walls and smudges of whatever on the doors. My husband and I travel a lot and he is always uncomfortable in most hotels. The stains on the carpet, the splatters on the wall and don’t mention the tub. I’m going to have to figure out how to travel better, for a more comfortable experience.

The Starbucks staff is super nasty and tried cheating on the price. The front desk staff is Okay. The restaurant attached to the hotel will make you wait for the longest time and never serve your food. In top of that they have the most disgusting customer service I have ever encountered. The rooms have a weird smell. Will not stay here again

The WiFi was not working at all and it wasn’t just my room as my colleague also stayed the same night. The parking lot was not really well lit. However the room was clean but the bed was very soft.

Friendly staff, clean property, convenient location, but not the quietest room. I think because our room had a connecting door, we could hear our next door neighbor and their screaming kids. Our main door was also quite heavy and hard to open. The room itself was great. Loved the bed, pillows, refrigerator and rolling desk. Lot's of convenient features. However, the bathroom looked really dated and depressing compared to everything else. Great stay otherwise.

I loved the room layout! The mirrored closet doors were awesome and helped when styling my hair in the back. The room had everything we needed and a balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

The cafe in the lobby has the worst customer service I have seen. I was charged $5.50 for a Starbucks Latte which didn't taste like any sbux coffee I have had for the last 25 years. I took it back to the counter and was told that I was given a expresso instead of a Latte (not sure how those two words can be confused) and still didn't explain the taste. I was told that since I had sipped it, I would have to pay $5.50 again to get another cup! I'll have to develop the art of tasting coffee without taking a sip. I dumped a full cup of coffee into the trash located at the counter and left with disgust. NEVER use that cafe. Customer service at this hotel isn't exactly great.

No one answers the front desk phone, there were children completely out of control running down the hallway and all over the hotel at almost 3am. A man tried to get into my hotel room and was banging on my door at midnight saying “let me in” I wouldn’t feel comfortable staying again. None of my complaints were heard from staff

Contacted front desk at 11pm. room sharing a wall and middle door with us were extremely insensitive with the noise production. there were at least 2 adults and 3 kids in that room. kids were slamming the door coming in and out, stomping on the ground, and screaming. mentioned the kids to the front desk, which they said they’d “take care of it” for me. quiet hours had just begun (i assumed it was 10pm like most hotels but seems like not the case here). mind you they have been going at it since they arrived to their room around 830pm or so. it wasn’t until 12:20 that i heard staff knock on the door to notify the room. it took a whole hour until 1:30 for the room to finally quiet down and go to bed. i had to be up at 6.. this was not a pleasant night whatsoever. it took very long for staff to do anything about the complaint and add on the time it took for guests to finally go to bed (they obviously didn’t care about the warning as they continued to scream and sing). NOT ONLY THAT, but earlier in the day when we were out, we came back to our room to find the door we share with this other room to be opened. i assume the kids were curious and tried to enter. when we first checked in, the lock was positioned to where the arrow indicated for a locked door.. we didn’t realize that even though it was facing the direction of the arrow that it wasn’t fully locked! that is on us for not confirming the locked door, but i would’ve hoped we would be entering our room with the utmost safety.

This is a beautiful hotel at a very reasonable price. Comfortable beds and linens, clean, quiet, with very professional personnel. Nice to have restaurant attached in case you get in late and don’t want to get back in the car! Only downside was that considering they do not have the traditional free continental breakfast offered in almost every hotel now, their “breakfast grill” area was very pricey…$6 for a bagel, $12 for 2 small pieces of French toast. No free coffee except for Keurig or n the room…

Expedia advertised this hotel as having free breakfast which is honestly a must have for me. I was very disappointed to find out that not only was it not free but I had to pay $18 for oatmeal and a coffee in the cafe.
